Hotel Corfu Andromeda by Konnect, Sidari

We arrived at check-in around 2 RMb the room was not checked, we left our stuff and went to the beach. After coming back we realized that the room smells like mold, shower is broken, hairdryer does not work, we informed the hotel manager about it, asked to change the room or fix at least what can be fixed, to what we received a refusal to move and information that we will fix, but then someday. As the plan was to stay in the hotel for 4 nights, we realized that we need to look for something else and reported about the intention to cancel the reservation. The manager made no attempt to smooth things over. After that we found a lovely room in a wonderful hotel 40 km away from the same place for the same price. The money paid for the room was never returned to us. I do not recommend this hotel.

Billy and his team made our stay blissful from start to finish , nothing was too much trouble. Amazing location, comfortable clean rooms and a lovely bar/restaurant area. If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful hotel then look no further , the Andromeda is heavenly. We arrived as strangers and left as friends

If you're wanting a quiet, tranquil and relaxing little piece of paradise then this is the place for you. Billy, the owner, and all the staff were welcoming, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. All spoke excellent English. On arrival we were given a welcome drink and bottle of water, upgraded to a spacious maisonette which was spotless - cleaned on a daily basis. Had all the facilities that we needed plus air con, wifi and safe provided free of charge. Balcony overlooked the fabulous pool area which was surrounded by lush gardens. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, no getting up at silly o'clock to reserve your bed! There was also plenty of hot water, no cold showers for us! Breakfast was amazing both the Greek continental and cooked English, best coffee I've had abroad. We were the only people on half board so we were treated like royalty, totally spoilt with a delicious three course home cooked meal. Billy asked everyday what we'd like, we could never decide so left it as a surprise - outstanding and never disappointed. The location is good, it took us 20 minutes to walk to the nearest beaches, bars and restaurants. We had the best of both worlds, Andromeda is set in a quite area but the action isn't too far away. Billy went out of his way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay, we felt like part of the family. We didn't want to leave and will definitely go back. I can't recommend this place enough, so relaxing and peaceful. We felt really safe and well looked after.

2 stelle in Grecia vuol dire scarso, non mi aspettavo infatti il paradiso.. ma il prezzo competitivo e le recensioni mi hanno portato con la mia famiglia in questa stamberga. Titolare sgarbato, stufo, insolente, incapace, buono solo a fumare sullo sgabello. Seccato per un piatto rotto dal mio bimbo di 1 anno. Sbaglia i conti sulle bevande e non trova la prenotazione in arrivo. Lo vedrei meglio con la zappa in mano. Pulizia appena sufficiente, manutenzione invece non pervenuta: fetore vicino alla ns camera, scopro un seminterrato allagato con cavi elettrici sospesi..tipo film horror, un richiamo per topi, insetti e zanzare. Menu ripetitivo. A favore la piscina e la zona tranquilla. Non lo consiglio.

Struttura molto bella immersa nel verde, circondata da maestosi alberi. Piscina grande, accogliente e molto funzionale. Stanze minimal ma adeguate. Location a pochi minuti di macchina sia dal centro di Sidari sia dal mare, incluso canal d' amour....a 5 min d auto (o 25 a piedi) Colazione buona, qualcosa di dolce (ciambellone, pane e marmellata, cornetti vuoti, a volte strudel di mele) soprattutto salata (rustici salati e un piatto a scelta tra toasts, uova, omelette, english breakfast ecc..). Cena con piatti internazionali sempre uguali (pizza, carbonara ecc..) e piatti tipici che si alternavano. Nel compleanno il giudizio è positivo, ma sarebbe stato migliore se arricchissero la colazione dolce (magari anche con qualche marmellata in piu visto che servono solo quella di fragole, o aggiungendo del cioccolato) variassero di più il menu della cena e soprattutto sveltissero il servizio. C è solo un cameriere (che parla anche poco inglese), anche in alta stagione, che insieme al gestore si occupa di tutto. Tempi di attesa lunghissimi (anche 50 minuti x far colazione, e bisogna chiamare più volte il cameriere x ordinare o farsi portare qualcosa). Sono troppo "rilassati", davano un po sui nervi visto che si dimenticavano totalmente di alcuni tavoli. Sala non grande abbastanza da ospitare tutti gli ospiti, a volte bisognava aspettare. Manutenzione delle stanze da migliorare. Pulizie inesistenti, entravano ogni giorno in camera ma non si capiva cosa facessero (una volta ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani, un altra volta ce li hanno piegati senza cambiarli non facendoci piu capire quale fosse il proprio). Prezzo molto competitivo. Da migliorare servizio, colazione ( ma essendo all estero capisco che vada bene così) e pulizie Giudizio: 7 su 10

Struttura potenzialmente molto bella, ma che necessita davvero molta manutenzione (soprattutto le camere….). Piscina bellissima, immersa nel silenzio e nella natura. Consigliato per vedere i posti più belli dell’isola (es. Canal D Amour..). Personale molto cortese.

Si volviera a Corfú, sin duda volvería a este Hotel. El personal muy amable, en todo momento intentan ayudarte. A la ida nuestro vuelo se atrasó casi 3 horas y Aris nos estuvo esperando para darnos las llaves hasta la 1 de la mañana. El lugar, en medio de tanta vegetación, es perfecto para descansar y pasar unos maravillosos días. La piscina muy limpia, sin aglomeraciones. El apartamento está muy bien, únicamente en el baño debería hacerse alguna pequeña reforma ( ducha perdía agua y tapa WC suelta ) El desayuno espectacular, buenísimo. Y la cena riquísima! Es cierto que como en algunas opiniones pone, hay poca variedad ( de primero hay ensalada, y de segundo platos a elegir que suelen ser siempre los mismos, y de postre fruta ) Pero es de una calidad muy buena, se nota que está hecho con amor y que la cocinera disfruta haciendo su trabajo. Para mi la comida ha sido de 10! Solo he encontrado a faltar que algún día hubiera pescado, pero en general espectular. No se puede pedir más! Gracias a todo el personal por estos maravillosos días. Os recomendaremos!
