She quickly helped with accommodation and helped with luggage The hotel environment is very good, very quiet, and Zongzi was also given for the Loong Boat Festival. The guest room is modern, spacious and very clean. Staff very attentive and friendly. Some staff need to improve English e.g. at Spa but they are still very helpful despite of language. The view from the window is the mountain view and it's very beautiful, similar like the mountain picture on the head board. The hotel has Executive lounge at the roof top with very nice city view to be enjoyed at night.
