24-25 12 2025 saya tidur sini. ************* semua ok. Bilik bersih . Balkoni luar pun bersih. Makanan sarapan pun semua banyakkkk. Sedap sgt. Kelebihan:
Bilik sangat luas. Pemandangan malamnya cantik. Di tingkat bawah terdapat banyak restoran makanan segera berantai. Sarapan paginya sangat pelbagai, walaupun tidak begitu menepati selera saya. Bilik juga dilengkapi dengan balkoni persendirian. Hotel ini tidak jauh dari Sungai Melaka, dan berdekatan sungai kami juga menemui seekor biawak besar.
Kekurangan:
Ketika *check-in*, kami terkejut menemui kuku jari di dalam bilik. Selama 3 hari menginap, bilik tidak dibersihkan dan tiada penghantaran air minuman. Staf di kaunter hadapan hanya berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggeris.
Kesimpulan:
Secara keseluruhan, saya mengesyorkan hotel ini kerana ia menawarkan nilai yang sangat berbaloi.

Baru dibuka pada minggu terakhir Disember 2025, jadi bilik dan kemudahan seperti kolam renang & gimnasium semuanya serba baharu. Ia lebih kepada pangsapuri servis daripada hotel, dengan tempat letak kereta yang luas. Kami sangat menikmati penginapan ini kerana biliknya besar dengan balkoni dan katilnya sangat selesa. Kakitangannya ramah dan servisnya cemerlang. Lokasinya hanya dalam 2km dari Jonker Street dan Kedai Kopi Kheng Juan Hin yang sangat saya sarankan untuk sarapan. Satu-satunya kekurangan adalah ambang lantai yang tinggi ketika melangkah masuk ke bilik dan bilik air, kami hampir tersandung dan jatuh. Pasti akan kembali jika saya melawat Melaka pada masa hadapan.

Lokasi sangat strategik, dan proses daftar masuk juga mudah. Kaunter pendaftaran terletak di lobi tingkat bawah. Hanya selang dua jalan, anda sudah akan dapati pelbagai kafe dan restoran. Secara keseluruhan, pangsapuri ini sebenarnya agak baik. Kebersihan bilik biasa-biasa saja. Salah satu penyaman udara tidak berfungsi; seorang juruteknik datang untuk membaiki dan didapati alat kawalan jauhnya yang rosak. Terdapat dua saluran air, tetapi salah satunya tidak berfungsi dan menyebabkan saliran air sangat perlahan. Saya telah maklumkan kepada kakitangan khidmat pelanggan dan mereka kata akan hantar orang baiki, namun saya rasa ia tidak mungkin dapat diperbaiki. Lagipun, sudah terlalu lewat dan kami pun ingin berehat, jadi saya biarkan saja. Selain itu, bunyi unit luar pendingin hawa pula sangat bising. Ini memang sangat mengganggu bagi mereka yang tidurnya tidak lena. Lain-lain semuanya okay, anak-anak suka kolam renang infiniti. Nilai untuk wang agak berbaloi.

Penginapan Cemerlang dengan Perkhidmatan Pelanggan Cemerlang!**
Ia benar-benar kagum dengan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang luar biasa dan kebersihan bilik yang sempurna.
Bilik itu bersihโkain linen yang segar, bilik mandi yang sangat bersih dan segala-galanya diselenggara dengan baik. Pengemasan melakukan kerja yang menakjubkan, dan perhatian terhadap perincian adalah jelas.
Apa yang benar-benar menonjol adalah kebaikan dan kesediaan kakitangan untuk membantu dengan sebarang permintaan.

Hotel wangi, bilik wangi jugak, tak ada bau perabot lama sbb perabot pun kira jenis up to date. Nak ke bandar melaka dalam 15 minit, pantai klebang dalam 30min. Kalau tak jem maybe boleh reach awal lagi. Area sini kurang kedai makan melayu, mostly chinese food. Swimming pool dia okay not too big and not too small, lepastu hotel ni kalau couple sesuai, if dengan kawan mcm tak sebab pintu toilet tak bole lock pun and kaca can see through bawah tu haha. Overall is okay!

This building is supposedly a mixed development with shops, offices, and residence. There are no shops nor offices. The building looks a little deserted. However, the residential unit we stayed in was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The cleaning is not done daily. We only stayed 2 nights, it was fine for us. We will consider staying here again in view of the reasonable pricing.

Hotel ini sangat baik, cuma agak sukar untuk ditemui.
Nama hotel dalam talian berbeza daripada nama hotel sebenar, itulah satu-satunya perbezaan.
Semua yang lain hebat! Bilik-biliknya luas, dan terdapat kolam renang di tingkat bawah, tempat untuk kanak-kanak bermain di dalam air, yang mana sangat bagus! ๐

CCS10I recently stayed at Hatten Hotel Melaka and had a very pleasant experience.
The location is excellent, right in the heart of Melaka and within walking distance to major attractions, shopping malls, and Jonker Street. It made getting around very convenient without needing much transportation.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and all the amenities were well-maintained and in good working condition. I especially enjoyed the nice city view from the room.
The hotel facilities were also impressive, including the swimming pool, gym, and rooftop area, which offered a great place to relax.
Breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and the food was enjoyable. Despite the crowd, the overall experience was still smooth.
Service was good as wellโstaff were friendly, attentive, and efficient. Check-in and check-out processes were hassle-free.
Overall, everything was good, and I had a very satisfying stay. I would definitely consider coming back again on my next visit to Melaka.

FFaizzul ImanI stayed at PARKROYAL AโFamosa Melaka, Room 0059, from 8/2/2026 to 9/2/2026.
The room itself was good, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The swimming pool is huge and very family-friendly. The food selection was generally good with a decent variety.
However, the major letdown was the electricity issue, which seriously affected our stay.
Our room and block experienced a blackout for a few minutes at night. Worse, while we were sleeping, the electricity kept tripping 3โ4 times. Each time this happened, the air-conditioning turned off. My children were sleeping and woke up sweating due to the heat. This was very uncomfortable and unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
Other issues:
โข The prayer mat provided in the room had a bad smell and clearly needed to be washed or replaced.
โข During breakfast, the putu mayam was served with grated coconut that had turned sour.
โข During checkout, the lobby was extremely crowded with a large group of people standing around. It felt very congested and uncomfortable, especially with families and children trying to move around.
Overall, the hotel has good facilities and strong potential, but the repeated electricity disruptions and poor crowd management during checkout need urgent improvement to ensure guest comfort.

Totally pissed me off, if you cant be nice and polite in your service industry then better just stay at home!!! Very arrogant.

MMuhd FirdausOur stay at Puteri Bay Melaka was great ๐๐ผ The location was great because we are able to have a good view of the beach, and it was near food places. The hotel reception and staff were also kind and helpful. Food selection for breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable and had a good sleep ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
The downside was that the toilet was not totally clean as there were strands of hairs sticking out from under the bed. Additionally, there were no toothbrushes provided in the room, and the prayer mat had an odour.
Generally, the stay was good although maybe staff need to ensure the room cleanliness and smell abit more?
I would still recommend the hotel for the comfortable beds and nice view and location beside the waterfront ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ

UUmmi TravellerMITC Hotel Melaka offers a comfortable and pleasant stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, although slightly small. It is suitable for solo travellers or short stays. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient, especially for those attending events at MITC. Overall, itโs a decent choice for business trips or solo travel in Melaka.

GGuest UserThe hotel overall is great, me and my family had good experience there. The rooms are spacious and nice; however, I do expect a larger space for family suite, but the balcony is large.
Complementary parking was given, the car park was a bit doggie to be frank.
One of the greatest highlights for us is the kids playground and kids club. It was huge and nice, my kid has awesome time there. Swimming pool is rather small for the size of the hotel though.
As for the hotel breakfast buffet, well, it was not to our preference. Too much of western, and the taste was far from delicious. Would suggest to add a bit more local delights eg Malay kuih.
Overall a good experience.

MMilfHunterThe first room we got from the management, door padlock ran out of battery, and the management rearranged another room for us, the whole procedure was smooth and easy, but we switched about 3 rooms in a row in just one night, the room we booked was premier king suite, the room setup was a little bit odd but it was fine the room look good, but the room definitely need some deep cleaning, because we found these bed bugs hatchlings in between the gap of the bed cushions. Even though the management handled it well but looks like all the similar room was having the same issue. In the end we got assigned to a family two bedroom suite, which is much better in terms of hygiene, no more pest issues.
Overall, management was polite and helpful, but the rooms definitely need some deep cleaning work done. Because of the experience of having only the family suite clean and liveable, Iโd say the stay only recommended for family trip.
Convenience: about 7min drive away from Jonker Street, Iโd say this location is great even for people who travel without a car, book a grab and you should be fine.

GGuest UserView from the 25th floor is beautiful. Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for the lifts though. This block seems to serve mainly visitors, and we waited more than 30 minutes for a lift to bring us down as its fully packed during check out time between 11am to 12pm. Ended up walking down the stairs from 25th floor, and we were faster than the lift while lugging along 2 luggages.

Apparently itโs under awanjiwa management of the *air-bnb* style of room which is the same hotel as The pines.
First,
If there is choice i may direct book frm the pines , we tried once under the shore & the swiss garden same thing yet also unforgettable trip ๐
I would say hotel charge the prices will assure give the best services maybe .
We consider lucky that awanjiwa person in charge is nice and responsible. We got some hicups on the check in and got settle to change another room as u can see frm photos the disaster of the first room we got i told the PIC only the bed and the sink is clean others is all dusty ๐ต๐ซ
We got changed to another better condition rooms also with some stain on the table n cupboard so i had to clean myself before place anything in.
Its not that bad tho, but i would say im not an airbnb guest . ๐
and its feel really weird when u stay in hotel but its like so weird u cant park in the same unit and u just dont feel u are away for a trip as the place u check in like ur neighbor home kind of feel .

It's rare to find a twin room in Malacca with single beds wider than 1.2m, which is incredibly important when traveling with children. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Red Square and Jonker Street. While it's a bit of a distance from the main attractions, it's actually nice because you get a glimpse of local life instead of being constantly surrounded by tourist shops. It's very quiet at night, and there's a 7-Eleven just a two or three-minute walk away.
