The entire team Ashu, Rajveer, mulsingh, manager shivshankar, Jashvant Singh, manager rajit from the concierge to the servers, embodied true hospitality with their warm smiles, helpful recommendations, and genuine commitment to making guests feel at home. I wholeheartedly recommend welcome hotel at ITC Khimsar for anyone seeking a luxurious stay where food, service, and comfort are at the highest standard. It was truly a five-star experience in every way.”

Very pleasant stay and wonderful experience of a royal stay as well as of a sand dunes. The stay for the fort was nice and the singers were expressing the song beautifully. The servers had given excellent service. We were getting service within seconds. I believe that the workers were happy to help. I loved the stay at both places and i hope everyone else does to.

Dedication and devotion matters a lot and it is what delights meI and my group whenever we are in a hotel managed or operated by well renowned group under ITC banner. At Khimsar Fort, one is truly overwhelmed by its beauty and absolutely friendly behaviour of staff at all levels. Ms Shivshankar, Suryavir, Rajat, Gulab singh ji, Ghanshyam ji are few to mention. We had a wonderful stay at this Heritage Hotel. The accommodation was luxurious and comfortable. The rooms were very neat and clean, quite spacious and comfortable with all modern amenities. We had a fantastic time by the pool. The swimming pool was clean & well maintained. The green area around the pool was perfect for strolls. The Sand dunes village which is about 6-7 km away from the Fort Hotel & operated by the same group is one of the major serene experiences. We enjoyed the place very much with kids by scaling up and down the dunes. Hi - tea served there was very good. In the evening, we enjoyed the Puppet show, magic show and folk dances performed by the local Rajasthani artists at the Fort hotel. Buffet breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was excellent with a lot of variety. Overall, the stay and the Hospitality was fantastic. A perfect place to enjoy your holidays. Highly recommend. .

We checked in around 3 pm but nobody bothered to check with us about our arrival from the hotel team. The check-in was not like one would expect from a property like this. We were served some mocktail in dirty smudged glasses, which we refused. We had booked 3 rooms, all three were big with good interiors but lack of cleaning in the visible corners and dirty rugged curtains triggered my OCD. The lizard in my brother’s room further turned down the entire experience, although it was removed by their housekeeping after a series of unattended calls. The food was good, they lack variety but the items served sufficed our taste buds. One thing that irritated us the most was the attitude of the staff, they are greedy. They expect a tip everytime. The way they stand and would not leave until you give them some money was really annoying. The housekeeping guy was tipped twice but still did not hesitate annoying us to the core on the checkout day by continuously looking into our room until we closed the door. The activities at the property are quite entertaining. We had a good time at the sand dunes village. The Rajasthani dance , magic show were quite enthralling. It is a beautiful property but not being managed well.

The food and service was excellent. Lovely staff that is very helpful. The place is well maintained. The staff members cater to your need. The buffet spread is good with fresh fruits and a wide spread of different foods from around the globe.
