The room is very spacious and comfortable. I booked a view room with an invincible city view. The restaurant is very comfortable, the service is warm and caring, and it is a pleasure to have breakfast outside. The room attendant made us an elephant out of towels specially.

Our room was equipped with an outdoor balcony. Although the friend's room did not have a balcony with a living room, it was much more comfortable than the ordinary standard room. The front desk of the hotel was very enthusiastic and helped us make an appointment for the driver to the national park. When we went, the service of booking the pick-up by email was also very good. The breakfast buffet was very rich, I ordered roast pork chops for dinner, which was quite delicious and the tip was included in the meal. The fly in the ointment is that the driver asked us for 60 knives after the return reservation from the hotel to the airport, and the front desk told us before that it would cost 35 knives.

The hotel service is very friendly. The view from the restaurant is also great. The room has a small balcony. The scenery is stunning. The environment of the hotel is very good. The single rooms have no windows, only a small high window in the bathroom. There is no air conditioning. Naturally there is no breeze and it is hot. When it is sunny in Kigali, it is too hot to stay in this hotel's single rooms without air conditioning. The single rooms also do not have refrigerators. The TVs turn on, but in many rooms (this is my fourth time staying at this hotel) nothing shows up. Even if they do, there are only three channels. There is a wide selection of breads for breakfast, and the cappuccinos and cafe lattes are also delicious. There is a wide variety of fruits, and the vegetable omelettes are very well salted. The front desk staff are also friendly. The only problem is the facilities.
