I recently stayed for two nights at the Radisson Blu and had a fantastic experience. The room was spotless, and I was greeted with thoughtful welcome treats. The gym facilities were top-notch, and the staff were extremely warm and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location offers plenty of activities and attractions nearby, and the area really comes alive at night, making it great for a leisurely walk. With numerous restaurants in the vicinity, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

很好，酒店設施齊全，超大泳池，行政酒廊餐廳很棒。

The hotel is very clean and very neat ,food is a a 10/10 The lounge staff are very nice especially Eugene nkuranga, Mike Ngabonziza , Thierry , phionah , Else ambassi, faridah , Gloria all of Lounge staff ,l will be back again Radisson was home away from home.

One of the best stays I had this year. Great hotel and customer service, right from check in with a warm welcome and a beautiful smile from a lady staff n smooth check in with a refreshing drink and hot towels. Room. Was great with comfortable bed with tennis court view. Decent bathroom with nice bathroom items for use. Food was good and our meeting went smooth and productive. Will return in future to Radisson hotel Kigali.

I stayed the Radisson for a week this summer. It was a very efficiently run hotel. The beds were comfortable, the meals were very good, the buffet was always fresh and the service was five star. I used the gym, the pool and all the restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. After checking, I just arrived inside my room, I heard a nock on my hotel door and two hotels stuff asked if everything was OK. Well, I had no other choice than saying yes. I would suggest that they go through their own hotel room to check if everything was alright and clean. I decided to visit the wellness lobby,I wanted to go in Zauna. But it was not possible without booking. It was full booked, I booked next day at 08:00. Next day,I was at my Zauna's appointment at 08:00 only to find out that it was under service Well,I went back to my hotel, took a shower and took one folded towel but I almost fainted The towel was dirty and had yellow stain on it. They have folded unclean towel.

My God! Radisson Blu Rwanda is extra extra beautiful. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed and to think that it’s in Africa and in Rwanda is mind blowing. The reception was great! The staff that made us to enjoy our stay most was Master Jean Claude who ushered us to our room and gave us a homey welcome. It is a must visit and a must stay to enjoy the kingly and Queenly feel!!!!!

The hotel was always busy with lots of guests but what stood out is how serviceable and pleasant the staff are. It was always clean and conducive. It was just a minute walk to the venue of my conference. I look forward to coming back soon.

Very fantastic customer service. Always ready to help. Shanice, Abasi and Nanda were particularly outstanding. Central location, great breakfast buffet and professional service. Overall great experience, detail oriented and good city views.

Review: Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Centre, Kigali I stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Centre in Kigali from September 6th to 13th and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is convenient, close to the city center and airport. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The amenities, including the fitness center, pool, and dining options, were excellent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The only minor downside was the pool water being a bit cold. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and great location.
