Comfortable room, very helpful and kind staff, great location ,leafy & quiet area Enjoyable breakfast. Very happy with our stay here. Short walking distance to the center. And free airport transfer. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Thank you Nadia,Alice ,Diane and all the other restaurant and hospitality staff. You are all brilliant .

One Click is a hotel that was recommended to me by my Rwandan guide from the previous visit. He obviously understood what my preferences are. The hotel is nicely situated in an upscale residential area, where there are several other hotels. My pick up from the airport was perfectly organized. The staff is not only adequate, but also very friendly. One benefit is that they have 24 hours restaurant service, which means that you never have to link your stomach to your watch; just eat when you feel hungry. I only realized that the hotel is quite small, about twelve rooms. This makes that within a day or two, you are familiar with all the staff. Room cleaning is adequate and stuff like water, coffee, even toothpaste is replenished on time. Oh and did I mention the quality of the food? Going for traditional, international, fast food or grills, all is available. I stayed for 10 days in this hotel and was allowed a late check out, so I could still fresh up before my evening flight. I can for sure recommend this hotel, and for my next trip to Kigali, my hotel is just One Click away.

I loved the welcome of the first day when I arrived, Miss Dayana greeted me with a good fruit juice and explained with great courtesy the rules of the hotel how I will be treated sincerely I enjoyed spending time in the hotel. At the restaurant with Miss Sophie, it's the class, friendly, courteous, ready to do anything to make your stay perfect. Thank, thank, thank you to all the employees. I will come back. See you soon.

This is a fantastic small boutique hotel located in a very quiet central area. Prices are reasonable for the excellent services rendered, including all-round airport service. And the staff is really very friendly. Can’t wait to go back to this nice place.

The hotel is a hidden gem especially for the price. The rooms are spacious and very clean and I had my own balcony. The restaurant options are very good - even for a vegan and the local dishes made it feel like a "home-a-away-from-home". The staff and service were exceptional and they went out of their way to ensure I had what I needed - from taxis, late dinner, tour guides etc. A big thank you to Diane, Joyce, Belyse and Alice from reception. The communication with the hotel team was very good as I was able to share key updates via whatsapp as well. Kudos for the personalized service.

It's beautiful place to stay in, ambiance, great staff @Alice receptionist was so kind, understanding and helpful. I also enjoyed the food and the music. I got more value than what I paid for. Rooms are cool, clean and comfortable. The wifi is fast if you are working. The bathroom is kinda too open but okay. Would recommend it to anyone.

I really Appreciate for such a wonderful service got here. I can say One Click Hotel is one of the best place to stay while in Kigali. We received a warmly well come from security Guard then to reception by lady labelled Alice. We really enjoyed the stay in Rwanda.

Excellent rooms with comfort bedding. A serene environment. Support staff are very discipline and attend to your request as soon as you place. The location is located at very convenient place with no noise neither disruptions from the moving vehicles

very nice hotel at an affordable price. Great location near city attractions and craft markets. A few good local restaurants nearby, within walking distance. The hotel restaurant is good for a simple meal and breakfast. The grounds are nice with outdoor seating in a small garden and a quiet neighborhood. The staff were very attentive and helpful and were able to arrange transport, recommend places to eat, go out and arrange day tours of the city. The rooms were nice and clean, very comfortable beds, hot water, personal balcony and TV. The location felt very secure and well maintained and managed. Highly recommended for a budget-mid range hotel.
