70 km to the south of Turku, Archipelago Sea / Dragsfjärd / Långvik 45 m, shallow soft clay bottom, at the end of the pier from water is deep, own boat.

A former estate manager's house 1953, completely renovated in 2014, kitchen, a large open-plan living room (with fireplace) and dining room (to which can be placed an additional bed), bedroom 2 beds, bedroom 2 beds, separate WC, shower room. Warm, open glazed terrace where good living and dining areas. Open porch (depending on the weather the grill can be placed on the porch or next to the glass terrace).

The house has electrical heating and partly floor heating. Water in the tap may occasionally smell bad, but it's tested and safe to use.

In the courtyard there is a new sauna building with dressing room and steam room (wood-burning stove, heater tank), and handheld shower. During cold weather the water to the sauna must be carried from the edge of the house (due to freezing possibility of water pipes). During winter time only main house shower can be used.

Yard area is light, spacious and grassy, gentle slope to shore. Between the house and the beach runs a walkway to the manor. Big swimming and boat dock. About 80 meters away at the beach is a pier which is used by the people living in the village.

Söderlångvik mansion is a former summer residence of Amos Anderson. Now a days the mansion is an art museum. The region also has a summer café, as well as a local product shop. There is good fishing possibilities. Catering available.
