Tiga laluan LRT utama
Di Kuala Lumpur, terdapat tiga laluan LRT utama yang dioperasikan oleh Rapid KL - Laluan Ampang, Laluan Sri Petaling, dan Laluan Kelana Jaya.
- Laluan LRT Ampang (No. 3 - Laluan jingga dalam peta)
- Laluan ini memulakan operasi pada 16 Disember 1996 dan mula-mula dikenali sebagai STAR (Sistem Transit Aliran Ringan). Laluan ini mempunyai 18 stesen dan meliputi jarak 27 km. Ia bermula dari Stesen LRT Ampang di Selangor dan berakhir di Stesen LRT Sentul Timur di Kuala Lumpur. Laluan ini juga melalui beberapa lokasi utama seperti Pudu, Hang Tuah, dan Masjid Jamek.
- Laluan LRT Sri Petaling (No. 4 - Laluan merah marun dalam peta)
- Laluan ini juga sebahagian daripada rangkaian asal STAR dan membentang dari Stesen LRT Sentul Timur ke Stesen LRT Putra Heights. Laluan ini mempunyai 29 stesen dan meliputi jarak 43 km. Laluan ini melalui beberapa lokasi penting seperti Bandaraya, Plaza Rakyat, dan Pudu.
- Laluan LRT Kelana Jaya (No. 5 - Laluan merah dalam peta)
- Dibuka pada 1 September 1998, Laluan LRT Kelana Jaya ialah laluan LRT kedua di Kuala Lumpur dan ia adalah laluan LRT pertama di Malaysia yang menggunakan teknologi tanpa pemandu. Laluan ini bermula dari Stesen LRT Gombak dan berakhir di Stesen LRT Putra Heights. Ia memiliki 37 stesen dan meliputi jarak 46.4 km. Laluan ini melalui beberapa lokasi utama di Kuala Lumpur, termasuk KLCC, KL Sentral, dan Pasar Seni.

LRT Rapid KL menawarkan pelbagai pilihan tiket dan pas, yang sesuai untuk kegunaan harian, mingguan, atau bulanan yang boleh dibeli di Pejabat Perkhidmatan Pelanggan Rapid KL di semua stesen LRT, MRT, Monorel dan BRT:

- Token ini digunakan untuk perjalanan pada RapidKL LRT, Monorel, BRT dan MRT dan sah untuk satu perjalanan tertentu pada hari pembelian.
- Pas MyCity

Etika Semasa Menunggang LRT
Menunggang LRT bukan sahaja tentang mencapai destinasi anda, tetapi juga tentang berinteraksi dengan penumpang lain dengan hormat dan sopan santun. Berikut adalah beberapa etika asas yang perlu diingat semasa menaiki LRT:
- Berdiri di sebelah kanan, berjalan di sebelah kiri
- Di eskalator, berdiri di sebelah kanan dan biarkan mereka yang ingin berjalan pantas mengunakan laluan sebelah kiri. Ini membantu aliran penumpang yang lancar dan menghormati mereka yang tergesa-gesa.
- Biarkan penumpang keluar dahulu
- Sebelum menaiki kereta api, beri laluan kepada penumpang yang ingin keluar. Ini bukan sahaja adalah adab tetapi juga memudahkan aliran penumpang.
- Hormati ruang peribadi orang lain
- Elak daripada memasuki ruang peribadi orang lain, terutamanya semasa waktu puncak. Jika perlu, letakkan beg di atas pangkuan atau di lantai di antara kaki anda.
- Berikan tempat duduk kepada mereka yang memerlukannya
- Berikan tempat duduk kepada penumpang yang lebih tua, ibu hamil, atau mereka yang memerlukan bantuan. Ini menunjukkan rasa hormat dan kesantunan anda.
- Kurangkan bunyi kuat
- Elakkan berbual dengan suara yang kuat atau mendengar muzik tanpa fon telinga. Hormatilah hak penumpang lain untuk menikmati perjalanan yang tenang.

The hotel room was comfortable with cold air conditioning, soft pillows, a cozy mattress, and warm blankets — perfect for a restful sleep after a long day. The lighting was good, and the work desk was practical. The power plug was only on the desk and not near the bedside, which made it a bit inconvenient to charge devices at night. Suitable for business travel.
It offers a partial view of the iconic KLCC. Parking includes free guest parking and valet at RM30 per day. Cafés on Level 13 and the ground floor have a pub-like vibe, ideal for relaxing and casual hangouts within the hotel compound.
Conveniently located near Saloma Bridge, MOTAC, Saloma Bistro, Pelita Nasi Kandar, public transport (LRT), and walking distance to KLCC. Nearby is the resting place of legendary Malaysian artist Tan Sri P. Ramlee.

And lo and behold, was truly surprise by how huge the place was and all the facilities it came with. Washing machine, small kitchenette, dining, living room, bedroom, spacious bath and also a study. Comes with free WiFi too. 🙂
Had a slight hiccup with the WiFi (our fault actually) but maintenance came within minutes of our call. Kudos!

One of the best stay in KL, have been to multiple hotel over the past few years, JW, Shangri-La, wolo, Mercure, intercontinental hotel are some of a few that I have stay.. I would put parkroyal collection as the few that went beyond… service is exceptional, from the moment u alight from the car, greeted with a smile. Receptionist Mr Hakimi (dunno if I remember it correctly) is super welcoming and friendly.
Had a couple of drinks at the botanist, again, service was noticeably good. Only con throughout the stay is, wanted to have a massage at st Geo, however the spa is manned without anyone, waited for 10mins and left.
Room is of good size, clean and have all the amenities. Although all staff that walked past me, greeted me with a smile and you can feel that it’s genuine smile. Much appreciated. I would definitely stay with them again.

Great location to get around, I like walking so I was happy that the hotel wasn’t in the city centre. The views of the Petronus Towers and KL Tower at night were stunning. The hotel is by the LRT line so you can jump on that, I did find it a bit confusing as you sometimes need to switch to the MRT lines. The staff were all friendly and very helpful.
The hotel is conveniently located by a shopping mall which has all amenities you could want during your stay.

The room was very clean and well maintained, and the concierge staff were polite and professional. I also appreciated that there was no deposit required, which is refreshing compared to many hotels I have stayed at in other parts of the country. The pool is located on the top floor and offers great city views, especially from the 25th floor, which is also the highest level of the building.
The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. The bath towel was large, the water pressure at the sink was extremely good, and small details like a clean, unbroken mug were taken care of. The fridge was working well, and the room also came with an iron and ironing board, which was very convenient. Overall, the facilities met expectations and made the stay comfortable.
Breakfast had a good variety, particularly the hot drinks selection. There was a proper coffee machine that grinds actual coffee beans, which was a nice touch. One thing that felt slightly inefficient was that breakfast seating was not free seating and required staff to assign tables, which took extra time for both guests and staff.
There were only a few minor issues. Some corners near the glass windows could use more detailed cleaning. Housekeeping missed the daily room make-up because I was sleeping in until around 12.30 pm, and they did not return later to check. Additionally, the shower area does not have a door, so water tends to splash into the toilet area.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay with strong positives that outweighed the small drawbacks, and I would still consider staying here again.DariNZD 59

Pros:
Comfort: Very soft mattress, effective blackout curtains, and a comfortable work chair.
Amenities: The room is well-equipped with an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. I really appreciated the water purifier and capsule coffee machine.
Service & Hygiene kits: Polite staff, good room service. High-quality toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, razor).
Cons:
Hygiene: This was the biggest disappointment. There were feces smeared on the wall right next to the toilet. This is absolutely unacceptable; housekeeping clearly failed here.
Internet: This is the first hotel in KL that disappointed me with the internet. Speeds were low: 10–25 Mbps in public areas and only 5–15 Mbps inside the room.
Noise: Very poor soundproofing. You can hear everything from the corridor, especially loud door slamming.

This hotel is located in the city center. There's a dedicated elevator on the ground floor that takes you directly to a skybridge on the second floor, connecting the hotel to the Pavilion Mall across the street. It's incredibly convenient for shopping for items like Orchid perfume and Labubu, and there are plenty of dining options. From another skybridge in Pavilion, you can walk directly to the Petronas Twin Towers in about 20 minutes, making it perfect for a city walk.
The hotel's front desk is on the 53rd floor, providing a very grand and ceremonial check-in experience. The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Walking distance to allotment of 'makan' place. No kettle provided in the room but there's plenty of food options nearby fr mamak, fast food, restaurants & convenience store. Was on business cum leisure trip n had to go to the restaurant below in order to work some on the laptop.DariNZD 40

Location is quite okay. However, the room is not as per advertised. My room located at the end of the hallway and the view in front of my room was ugly andnot very nice, all these rocks and grounds. There were mosquitos in the room. Room carpet dirty with lots of hair. Toilet biddet is not working. Asking the staff to fix or change to the other room. But its not fixed and they not changing me to other room because they said the small room are not available. However, i can see many rooms are still empty. I'm very glad I ultimately chose this hotel.
1. The location is excellent. For example, it's a 10-minute walk to the street food streets, and a 15-minute walk along a picturesque, quiet street to shopping centers like Pavilion. There are traffic jams in this area in the evening, so a 10-minute walk is absolutely fantastic.
2. The pool has a view, although you can only see one tower. The downside is that there's almost no place to put your luggage; there are only four sun loungers, and they're always occupied, so everyone throws them on the floor. The water was a little cool in October, not a big deal, but I would have liked it to be warmer.
There's a terrace with a sunset view; the hanging plants and greenery add a wonderful atmosphere to the rooftop.
3. The room itself is clean; the only dishes are mugs, and there's one towel per person. The room didn't smell, and the linens were fine; they weren't changed for three days. The view is also great. I stayed on the 18th floor, so it's quiet.
4. I had breakfast once, but it was very poor, so I wouldn't order it again.
The price is 100% justified, I recommend it.DariNZD 106
