I’ve stayed at this place multiple times and have never been disappointed. Their service is top notch and continues to be at a top level post covid. As an example, I saw the bartender Erica mopping the floors at 12.30 in the morning to ensure the place was ready for the morning. Just one example of the service level I’ve come to expect at this place.

This hotel offers great prices for fairly large rooms. The hotel is centrally located in King of Prussia. The KoP Mall is very close by - just a $6-7 uber trip away.

This Hotel was such a Bargain. CalAnn who work the front desk from 6 -2 most days was such a gracious host. Treated me like a king. She went above and beyond and immediately addressed any of my concerns and Ed the Cook put so much TLC into the food. Together they made my stay very comfortable. I told my company to consider the Best Western over where they were staying and shared my wonderful experience and they all changed to the Best Western.
