We were made to wait until exactly 3pm to check inn when the room was available at 2.15pm.
We went to the room and it wasn't the room that we booked, you couldn't swing a cat in it. So the photos of the room were different to the actual room.
We gave the keys back and said we weren't staying in that room, so we went home.
Very disappointed

Great value, free parking, bar and shop on site. There’s also a bus every 30 mins until 10pm, takes 15 - 20 minutes and only cost us £2 to get into town centre.
It is student digs so don’t expect anything special. But in terms of value, facilities and ease it was great for us. Would use again

The room was smaller than most hotel rooms but cosy enough for our needs. The shared kitchen was spotless with unlimited tea coffee. There was also bread and butter available so we had some toast with our morning brew, so that was a nice bonus. It was a 15 min taxi into holmfirth for the night out, so if you add the taxi fares, the meal and the drinks, this added up to the price just for a room in the centre - so its worth the effort for the reward.

I stayed in Beaumont. The housekeeping team kept the kitchen as clean as my own home. The room had also been thoroughly cleaned before my check in. Having access to a kitchen is so useful if you're working in the area, or just prefer to prepare your own meals. Well soundproofed so you can't hear the TV in the kitchen from your room.
Bus 398 gets you from Queensgate stand Q3 outside Huddersfield University to Storthes Hall Park during the day and term time Mon - Friday every 1/2 hour. At the weekend or out of term time there's an hourly service and the service is Bus 399. Yorkshire Buses operate the service now. Adult single £2 on mytrip app. All day West Yorkshire bus ticket for all operators £4.50.

Poor directions within the venue very confusing, its a typical dirty student digs with shared kitchen and lounge facilities NOT a serviced apartment. The room itself was dirty and the ensuite smelly and musty. Regretted not using air b'nb facilties which were cheaper for the night as I assumed this would be a standard serviced apartment.

check in instruction were virtually non existent. At the end of a long day i went to what was signed reception to have to be sent several other places each time humping my bags in and out and up and down various stairs each time moving my car from one place to the next... the most user un user friendly thing ever... the management and staff must be either brain dead or sadistic. It blighted was was otherwise a nice place to stay

Amazing for price, private room with bathroom! Not the most comfortable bed but definitely great for the money and would happily return. Basically a uni dorm room, as expected!!
