位置很好，樓下可以沿江散步。房間很大，江景房日景和夜景都很美，房間裏硬件設施設計很漂亮且很合理，包括洗浴花灑按鈕，燈光模式等用着比較舒適，吹風機是戴森的，很好用。工作人員服務都很熱情，感覺物有所值，還會選擇再入住。

We stayed in a room accommodating 3 people. The sofa bed is big in principle big enough for my daughter but she found it easily falling down probably because the base is a sofa which is apparently smaller than the mattress! The hotel room is generally clean. We had a shabushabu and teriyaki dinner at the hotel which was relatively expensive but the quality is excellent and we found it worth a try! More importantly, the hotel is conveniently located near the outlet where we had a happy shopping spree😊

I stayed at Shiotsubo Onsen for three nights at the end of November 2023. I was welcomed for early checkin and throughout my stay well taken care of by the highly hospitable staff. The meals were delicious and the service impeccable. The onsite Onsen is very comfortable and accessible. A larger public Onsen is available down the road at Hoshino. For birders / hikers / outdoor enthusiasts this place can't be beat for the location and price!

コストパフォーマンスが最高のホテルです。価格は中級クラスですが、クオリティは高級ホテルなみです。ですので、ひとまず泊まってみてください。改善点を以降書きますが、それは些末なことなので、宿泊を躊躇する必要は無いレベルです。 1つ目は、アメニティが少ないことです。特に化粧水やボディクリーム系がないです。最近の流れなので仕方ないですが、あれば最高と思います。 2つ目は温泉です。施設も雰囲気も最高のですが、浴槽内の水流が強いのでゆっくり座って…というのは難しいです。横に流されます。 スタッフはもう一歩ホスピタリティがついてくれば完璧です。ハイアット並みのトレーニングを実施すれば、恐らく価格的に20%プラスしても価値はあると思います。

黑鑽會員特意給前台小張點贊👍 從沒有功夫寫點評的我 今兒被小張的服務感動了 小前台小張的服務可以算是輕井澤是王子酒店的名牌 故事是這樣的：“入住當天被王子酒店周邊shopping mall的氛圍感渲染啦一波又一波 訂的小木屋格局很好有兩個房間，當中是個客廳，入住3-4人搓搓有餘。當晚上入睡的時候覺察到滑雪場的造雪機有噪音，本人聽覺特敏感類型，所以當即和攜程一對一客服聯繫也和酒店前台聯繫好，很快速的得到相應。前台日本夜班人員溝通好考慮到很晚了就讓我們先去酒店樓裏住一晚第二天再調整房間。 第二天前臺中國小張開着酒店車很颯爽的來到小木屋幫助我們把行李搬進酒店樓棟內，聽到國語非常親切，小張特別耐心又提行李又開車還幫助我們一起把行李送到新房間，期間還幫我們介紹了酒店和周邊諮詢。 將我們後續需要的服務也一併提供完成。 日本服務業周所周知都是讚的，當異鄉又遇到同胞在語言溝通上順暢又得到了實在的服務幫助。這次的旅途酒店體驗是近十年遊走日本最最滿意的。

分類的にはペンションとなるのでしょうか。 【部屋】 新館を利用したのですが、とてもおしゃれで清潔でした。 外のちょっとしたラウンジもよかった。 【食事】 朝食のみでしたが、満足のボリュームでパンとジュースおいしかったです。 【風呂】 部屋にヒノキの風呂があってこれがよかった。 大浴場もあまり大きくはないですが、たまたま貸切状態でこちらもとてもよかったですよ。 【サービス】 3点、特に良かった点 1.大浴場に行くまでに間違って妻のスリッパを履いてしまっていたのですが、「サイズを大きいものに変えましょうか？」とお気遣いいただき、足元まで見てるとはすごいなと感心しました。 2.食事の際、１歳の子供がぐずった時に、人形で遊んでくださって助かりました。 3.何気ないことですが、チェックアウトの際「よろしければ入口でお写真を撮りましょうか？」の一言。なかなか向こうから言ってくださるところはないですよね。 細かいことですが、これらは全て別のスタッフです。それだけ1人ひとりのプロ意識が高く、素晴らしい宿泊施設を形成しているのだなと感謝の気持ちでいっぱいでした。 また利用させていただきたいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

Standard Amenities: The facilities met our needs without exceeding expectations. Ski Area Access: While the hotel offers a shuttle to the ski area, there is still a walk involved to reach the ski gates, which might be a consideration for some guests. 💡 Tips and Recommendation: ♨Onsen Choices: Opt for the building with its own onsen for a private dip, or brave the open-air onsen for a magical winter experience. 🚘Transport Planning: While there's a shuttle service, having private transportation is convenient. First thing about the hotel is that it js huge hence if you stay here , you really need to do lots of walking. I was given a room in the B wing and most of the amenities are in the other wings. The hotel is on a massive ground with East and West side also with standalone cottages. The West side from what I knew is the more economical one, but walking from the wings within the West side is already a real workout. The location of the hotel is within walking distance from the JR Karuizawa station but the hotel runs free shuttle service regularly stopping right at the lobby of West side. The room is simplistic and well maintained typical in most Japanese hotels. What I like is that the wash basin is outside the shower room. Nothing fanciful about the room but large enough to have a sofa even for the basic rooms. As mentioned walking from my side of the wing to the onsen is a good 10 mins walk and also to the self service laundry area. Breakfast is good but very expensive if you did not include it at almost 4000 yen per person. There is a Famjly Mart convenience store right in the hotel which solves most of the issues. Overall a very decent hotel in this area.

二度目の滞在で今回は2泊しました。 1泊はファミリールームに滞在しましたが家族3人で過ごすには十分な広さで、とても快適でした。 バルコニーからは自然に囲まれたゴルフコースと浅間山を望むことができ、心が落ち着きます。 こちらのホテルは別館にある温泉が素晴らしいです。 天気の良い昼間には浅間山を見ながら湯船に浸かれてとても気持ちが良いです。 朝食ビュッフェでは感染対策がしっかりとなされていて安心して食事ができました。 フルーツジュースがおかわりするほど美味しくて好きです。 ホテルスタッフは物腰が柔らかく、すれ違う際には挨拶をしてくれる方々ばかり。 とても気持ちよく滞在することができました。

I had a horrible night in this hotel that started from the moment I arrived. (1) The ”forest view” rooms are actually a view right over the parking lot, and they intentionally don't show this on the website. So you have an open air bath on your balcony in full view of the parking lot. I never complain, but I asked for a different room because it was so horrible. The woman first said they had no rooms, so I said I'd rather have a refund and go to a different hotel. Then she said they have another room, magically, but I had to pay $200 to change rooms. Unbelieveable. Even once I changed rooms, there's still a heavily trafficked road just in front of the hotel, so you don't feel like you are in tranquil wilderness, just feels like being in the middle of town. Awful. (2) There is no room service breakfast. The website advertises room service breakfast and the menu in the room even says there is room service for breakfast. But I asked multiple people and they all said no, sorry, I had to go to the restaurant. Having a relaxing breakfast in my room is my favorite part of staying at a nice hotel - I would not have stayed here if I had known there is no room service breakfast. (3) Because there was no room service breakfast, I had to go to the restaurant in the morning. The hotel has two wings and you have to take two elevators to go to the restaurant. I took one elevator down to the lobby, then there was a woman standing guard in front of the other elevator. She said I couldn't enter the restaurant in my slippers which were in my room. I actually had to go back up the elevator to my room and put on my boots and then go to the restaurant again. It was unbelieveable. Insanity. (4) The website shows an outdoor camp area where you can have a drink and cook smores over an open fire in the evening. At check in they told me it was closed because it had snowed the previous day. That is the perfect time to have smores outside. I was so mad about this as well because it was a big part of the reason why I chose this hotel. Overall, this hotel has almost no customer service ability. They can't fix any problem and instead are very rude with you if you nicely ask for anything. The woman who dealt with me when I didn't want the parking lot view room was extremely rude, I've never seen anything like it before. This hotel is a disaster - I highly recommend you stay away!
