己開了6年的小型酒店但很新凈很温馨，房間有加濕器，空調靜音，有無限供應酒水咖啡茶，各種設施都很好，可請攜程聯繫有接高鐵，送高鐵服務，可在車站寄存行李後遊玩outlet和小鎮。酒店還有配套歺館，吃住行都不錯。

圭音羽之森酒店離輕井澤新幹線車站很近，交通也方便。酒店有定點巴士接送客人去車站，3分鐘的路程，時間準時的很。這次旅行選擇入住的第2家酒店，印象不錯👍酒店是法式白色建築，很歐式洋氣。分新舊館區域，舊館在重新裝修，這次入住新館，木質結構的樓梯，房間不大不小乾乾淨淨，洗漱用品一應具全，窗外能看到秋景。早餐是2個套餐供選擇，法式的4個不同品種麪包蛋糕，配上圭音羽之森特製的橙子與草莓醬（酒店小商場有售），讓我們這些吃貨都真得感到驚艷，鬆軟新鮮出爐太過美味😋記憶深刻。早餐在一個很大的餐廳，仔細觀察了下，入住的除了我們，基本都是來輕井澤度假的RB人。 酒店外部有個小花園，晴朗的天湛藍的天空，新鮮的空氣，紅黃斑斕的樹葉與落葉，真得美的不像話，詞窮無法表達😊酒店服務也不錯，詢問餐廳會親自帶路。出大門左拐是去車站，右拐可去輕井澤老街逛逛，有各種購物店與美食店。後面還有一條小道是富人區，別墅門口寫着名字，都空關着。都説輕井澤是日本富人後花園，果然如此。清晨我們散步了1公里多，環境非常幽靜空氣絕佳。 有緣有機會會再入住這家。

Hotel Marroad is just a few minutes by the shuttle bus from the station , and it can also be reached on foot. We booked a room for 4 people and the room size is good at a very reasonable price (include breakfast). The fixtures are a bit old. However, the room and the amenities are very clean. We come to skiing and the hotel has a rental service (much cheaper than you rent at the ski field) which is very convenient. Also, they send us to ski field every day. Staff can speak little English, but they are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious, and it is a must try.

分開訂了兩晚，老闆像外國人，確實是日本人，我日語不好，用翻譯軟件溝通，問了他一些問題，他很好的給我意見，幫我，早餐每天都有，三種可以挑，我吃了兩種，量很大，很好吃，西式早餐，我租了一天自行車，很開心，輕井澤真是個好地方啊，夏天還想來一次，也許明年，也許後年！一定！最後的合照我應該用自己手機也拍一個的，哈哈！

紅葉季非常美的法式酒店，客房錯落有致地分佈在山上。這次住在本館，房間很大且精緻，服務人員很專業、彬彬有禮，早餐在法餐廳，食物豐富、新鮮、美味。可惜幾晚都沒有訂到晚上的法餐，下次再試。

酒店有共 3 棟，我們住在3號樓，非常新，室內是品質感非常好木色，室外是有高級感的黑色，體驗到了森林日式木屋的極簡之美，感歎於每個細節的匠心和精緻。早餐在 1 號樓，很美味，服務非常熱情細心。酒店有多處公共空間，我們主要在3 號樓2層的三個公共空間閲讀和品茶。 白天和家人漫步森林，20 分鐘可以到星野温泉，好便宜，50 人民幣。偶遇路人彈奏鋼琴，小朋友也彈奏一曲，美好的體驗。星野温泉附近有很多餐廳和咖啡廳，很舒適。輕井澤帶狗出行人的遠大於帶娃的，狗狗都非常精緻可愛，很不一樣的慢節奏的生活。

黑鑽會員特意給前台小張點贊👍 從沒有功夫寫點評的我 今兒被小張的服務感動了 小前台小張的服務可以算是輕井澤是王子酒店的名牌 故事是這樣的：“入住當天被王子酒店周邊shopping mall的氛圍感渲染啦一波又一波 訂的小木屋格局很好有兩個房間，當中是個客廳，入住3-4人搓搓有餘。當晚上入睡的時候覺察到滑雪場的造雪機有噪音，本人聽覺特敏感類型，所以當即和攜程一對一客服聯繫也和酒店前台聯繫好，很快速的得到相應。前台日本夜班人員溝通好考慮到很晚了就讓我們先去酒店樓裏住一晚第二天再調整房間。 第二天前臺中國小張開着酒店車很颯爽的來到小木屋幫助我們把行李搬進酒店樓棟內，聽到國語非常親切，小張特別耐心又提行李又開車還幫助我們一起把行李送到新房間，期間還幫我們介紹了酒店和周邊諮詢。 將我們後續需要的服務也一併提供完成。 日本服務業周所周知都是讚的，當異鄉又遇到同胞在語言溝通上順暢又得到了實在的服務幫助。這次的旅途酒店體驗是近十年遊走日本最最滿意的。
