Ulasan Zleep Hotel Zürich-Kloten

Zleep Hotel Zurich-Kloten does what it sets out to do for an overnight stay before a flight out of Zurich Airport. It has the bare minimum in terms of amenities and customer service, with an automated check in machine that requires you to manually enter all your own details, and nothing (including no kettle, tea/coffee) in the room other than basic furniture and linen. DO NOT use the airport shuttle service advertised next to the check in machines. It is run by a third party provider called Simul Group, which is an absolute scam. I had booked and paid for a pick up for the morning of my check out, didn’t receive a confirmation and so called the company, who told me to check with reception the next morning. The next morning, reception did not have confirmation of my booking, so they called Simul Group, who claimed they did not receive my booking and advised me to book and pay again. I was not going to pay a second time, so called them twice myself but they did not pick up. Hotel reception helped me to call them again and they picked up immediately, saying they didn’t want to speak with me because they couldn’t speak English, even though they had spoken to me in English the night before. After much persuasion by hotel reception (including with proof from my banking app that I had indeed already paid), the company finally agreed to the pick up, but they still did not send any receipt or confirmation of payment. Avoid using Simul Group at all costs and go down the road to catch the public bus to the airport instead.

Convenient location. 15 mins train to Zurich HB (city centre). Friendly staff. There are also a few supermarkets nearby.

I stayed at this hotel due to its convenient location near the airport, but my experience was mixed. The bathroom in my room was quite small, making it feel cramped. The staffs were also not particularly friendly. While it’s a good option for quick airport access, improvements in service would make it much better.

Check-in requires manual input at the machine, which can take some time as all guest details need to be entered. The hotel is conveniently located near several supermarkets, with a burger restaurant right next door. There are a few 15-minute parking spots available in front of the hotel, and it’s also close to Kloten train station.

It’s the cost effective hotel and the kloten train station is just 2 min away of walking. And Coop supermarket is just 1 min from hotel. So, the location is super nice for me. I can take the train from Kloten station and explore around Switzerland. 🇨🇭

This hotel is new ! Can enjoy the self check in ! Most importantly it is near airport !

酒店距離機場很近，有公交車，酒店是自助入住，我們當時自助機操作了很久，要輸入什麼預訂號，關鍵是沒人告訴我預訂號。錢扣了，就應該輸入名字就能入住，搞的跟申根簽證一樣麻煩。後來讓攜程把酒店負責人喊過來，過了10分鐘，終於來人，那個服務員搞了很久也不行，後來不管了，直接給我們房卡！好吧，1個小時就這麼個活法～～酒店房間非常乾淨，很新，沒酒店用品。反正就住一晚，湊合一下是可以的。

駅から歩いてすぐのホテル✨ 清潔で、快適でした🙆♂️😊 無人フロントのチェックイン、チェックアウトで、最初は少し不安でしたが、問題なく手続きできました！ USBポートが沢山あり、とても助かりました🥹🙏 また、空調設備もあり機能的でとても過ごしやすいお部屋でした！ 旅行最終日での利用で、飛行機までの短い時間での滞在だったのが残念です😢 次回スイスに来る時は、是非食事付きで楽しませていただきたいです！ ありがとうございました！

酒店設施非常好，也物有所值，就是前台一位男士，看着挺嚴肅，女士服務員很熱情！離機場和地鐵站超市都非常近，推薦入住！
