Hotel 2 Bintang di Kluang

Lokasi hotel sangat baik. Ia betul-betul bersebelahan dengan Kluang Paradis. Terdapat koridor yang menghubungkan ke pusat membeli-belah. Ia juga sangat selesa untuk makan-makan. Mie Brisket Daging Tangkak yang terkenal dan Ayam Perut Babi hanyalah beberapa sahaja. minit berjalan kaki jauhnya. Ia juga hanya 5 minit berjalan kaki ke Kulang Mall.

For the price, this place exceeded my expectations. It is functional, and fulfills all the requirements of a simple hotel: - The room amenities are adequate for our family and we were able to find most of the things we needed within the room. - We booked the family room, and it was spacious - definitely adequate for a family with two adults and two children. - It is also relatively clean and we felt comfortable in the room and the hotel. - The staff members we encountered during our stay were also friendly and helpful. This included the security officer who helped us with securing a parking spot for our car. The only drawback was that the sound insulation was somewhat weak. We could hear conversations from our neighbours, and there was also plenty of noise coming in from the streets. Overall good value for the price. We probably will look at this hotel again the next time we are in Kluang.

OYO Oro Hotel is located in Kluang town area, accessible to lots of eatery, cafes and convenient stores. Just less than 2 minutes driving distance to my favorite kopitiam; Kluang Rail Coffee. Room is spacious and clean, and a comfy King bed with affordable price.

Checked in late for my first night, not much room available, so picked a no windows room but same floor with my sister which checked in earlier than me. It’s noisy night, regular weird sound from bathroom, not having a good sleep. Informed the front desk the next day and the hotel owner was there to explained me the root cause. I got my room changed for my 2nd night, it was a good sleep finally. Overall a good hotel with such reasonable price, down sides would be limited car park, and old building conditions need to be upgrade

Saya tidak tahu mengapa saya membayar cukai sebanyak MYR 5.61 ke kedai. Pengangkutannya sangat senang. Terdapat makanan di mana-mana, patut dikunjungi, dan Gunung Nanba juga patut dikunjungi! Saya mahu pergi lain kali! ,

Bilik sesuai dengan harga, tempat pun strategik dkt dgn kedai mkn, parking kita guna istilah siapa cpt dia dpt haa gtu.. Overall nice stay.. (sorry gmbr amik dri google and agoda sbb lupa nk snap hri tu)

*WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!* My sister booked this hotel for a one-night stay, expecting a peaceful rest before an early checkout for sightseeing. But the front desk continuously disturbed us, calling our room every 30 minutes throughout the night, ruining our sleep! When we checked in, a Malay lady assisted us. We were a total of four, and she never mentioned that the fourth person would incur additional charges. She only informed us that if there was an extra person, we’d need to book an additional room for RM 170++. We declined, as it was already 10 PM when we checked in, and we planned to check out early the next day. She said visitors could stay until 12 PM. However, once we reached our room, we started receiving calls from the front desk insisting the fourth person leave—even after midnight, at 1 AM, 2 AM! IS THIS HOW YOU TRAIN YOUR STAFF? Completely untrained, unprofessional behavior! We are a family, bringing along elderly members, and this harassment was simply unacceptable. This experience left us utterly disappointed with the front desk service. Is it such a big issue for a family to stay in one room? The repeated late-night calls were infuriating! I expect an explanation from management on why this kind of issue happened. Absolutely not recommended for families—service deserves a 0! Only the room amenities were decent, but that doesn’t make up for this dreadful experience.
