This was a return visit for us at SpringHill Suites, like the convenience to shopping & restaurants and the safety this facility provides. Room clean & tidy, we had a couple fix-its for them this time which they responded to immediately. Breakfast offered was adequate. Staying here added the peace we needed while visiting family in the area. And the staff, friendly & helpful! Happy with our stay, again! Thank You!

Room 120 Proximity to freeway noise therefore could not sleep.
They put us in a room for handicapped people and we were not handicapped. The shower leeked to the whole bathroom and was dangerous to fall or slip. Ended up using the towels to block the water from flowing.

I was impressed when we walked into our suite. It was roomy & the ceilings were so high. The beds were comfy , but sleeping 2 adults in each bed was rough. When I got the extra bedding down for the pull out sofa there was a roach in the blanket. It was either there the night before or from the floor where I had laid it.
The breakfast was sub par. The waffles were actually donuts. Which we had already added syrup too. So it was all too sweet. The staff was friendly though. When I told them about roach he said well have our eco team look into that. For $186 a night I expected better.

Would like to have better parking spaces. Hard to find a spot at the hotel with texas roadhouse adjoining the parking lot.

disappointed with breakfast (watery oatmeal, bitter coffee, first morning we arrived for breakfast at 7:00 am - scrambled eggs completely gone, 4 very pitiful looking waffles - went across the street for breakfast.

I drove from Orlando and stayed the night at this hotel, it’s nice and clean and they have very nice staff. The location is very strategic but it needs sound proofing to isolate the highway noise.
