Location is in downtown, very convinient to connect everywhere. It's an old fasion hotel. The service is good. Since it was a business trip, we rent a car for easier transport but the hotel parking charges a lot.

We were visiting UT for my son, and this was the perfect location! We could walk to Market Square for great restaurants, bars, and shopping. The area was very walk-able. The hotel itself has the Top Golf Suite - $50for an hour - our family played golf, hockey, football, and of course, zombie dodgeball. It was so much fun. Valet was $32 and they do recommend letting them know 15 mins before you're ready to leave, and that worked out great. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic as always with lots of options. The staff at breakfast were so happy! The rooftop bar did not disappoint. Gorgeous views, multiple fire pits outside, lots of inside space too when it was too cold. Complimentary happy hour was enjoyable, and the snacks were pretty good (cheeses, pepperoni, saltines, fruits and veggies). I would definitely stay here again!

Worst motel I have ever been too!! First, it’s tucked way back and hard to find. The parking lot is very dimly lit. Lots of shady people circling in the parking lot. People listening at the doors of the rooms in the middle of the night. The room was so bad we showered and left. The bathroom was disgusting. The shower curtain Was ripped and caked with mildew. The beds covers had burn holes, the pillow cases were dirty, the smoke detector was broken off of the wall. The AC didn’t work well and the room was hot and muggy. We asked for more towels and we’re only giving 2 because that’s all they had. The lamps didn’t work, the floor was gross that my daughter had to through her socks away. And a big crawled out from the bed. While my husband was packing up the car, my husband grabbed something to defend himself due to the strange activity that was taking place. Please please don’t stay here!! It is not safe!

Hotel is conveniently located just off the interstate near a number of restaurants (mostly fast food but there is a Cracker Barrel restaurant). Large rooms, good sized TV with free Showtime, hot shower with good water pressure, form mattress. Continental breakfast is pitiful though…instant oatmeal, kids’ cereals, packaged muffins, fruit, frozen breakfast sandwiches, protein bars, nothing hot. Friendly staff, clean hotel.
