Очень понравился этот отель. Персонал довольно приветливый, все стараются тебе помочь, с самого раннего утра каждый трудится как пчёлка, чтобы ваш отдых был приятным и беззаботным. У нас был хороший просторный номер, удобная кровать с жёстким матрасом, мягкие подушки и хрустящее постельное белье. Отдельное удовольствие - душ под звёздами ☺️☺️☺️ Из недостатков - тапочки не одноразовые и они были грязными. И звукоизоляция в смежном номере очень плохая. Но в целом это очень хороший отель за свои деньги. Завтраки замечательные - все свежее и вкусное 🔥

the hotel’s location,room and facilities to be satisfactory despite being a bit dated. However, it’s unfortunate that the service didn’t meet my expectations. Dealing with unfriendly staff and experiencing long waits and poor quality at breakfast.Hopefully, the hotel can address these service issues to improve the experience for all visitors.

Beautiful resort with nice bungalows. Swimming pool was great, self service laundry was very affordable and ideal and the scooter rental is also very affordable and great. The scooter rental comes with helmets for free which should be used, far too many people riding on the bumpy roads with no helmets. Location is a little far from main strips which is good for peace but means that it’s a bit of a walk (10 mins) to shops/restaurants. Beautiful Beach is a 5 minute walk and is beautiful. Breakfast was great, pancakes and French toast cooked fresh in front of you and good selection of yoghurt, fruit, cereal and some hot food. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked well although was unusually loud and outdoor bathroom was really aesthetic, although it’s not my personal preference to have the toilet outside. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room and for some reason, there was no bin in the room. We had to create our own bin out of plastic bags. The doors into the room didn’t seal completely either, not a huge issue.

Free WiFi and sportroom and massage. Washing machines available Restaurant for Breakfast and Lunch. Also rental for car and scooter. Taxi service from and to the pier available

Our stay here was pleasant enough. Some of the hotel staff were friendly and smiling. The two members of staff behind their breakfast stations always looked like they didn't want to be there. The breakfast was average. If you want to make sure you get a fair share of the 2 type of fruit, yoghurt or scrambled egg I suggest going early. We didn't eat at the restaurant as it shuts at 6pm and most of the time we were out anyway. The rooms themselves were good, air con and mini fridge so you can put your drinks in etc and we were given 2 bottles of water a day by the hotel staff. However, if you are looking for a quiet stay there is some road noise from passing traffic. The pool area is nice as long as you manage to get a sun bed. Unfortunately towards the end of our stay groups of people that were travelling together we found were putting towels on sunbeds leaving them and not returning for ages. The hotel is equipped with a gym and massage service and laundry. The hotel offers taxi and trip services. We hired a bike as it was cheaper than a taxi to get around.

We had a lovely stay at Tropicana Lanta, the rooms were lovely and the resort was so relaxing and tranquil. Easily rented a scooter from reception and they offered taxis to many different areas on the island. Breakfast was very good and staff very friendly. Pool area was lovely too!

Amazing stay, a really nice boutique hotel in the garden with a great pool and super friendly and helpful staff. I loved breakfast, we easily rented a scooter at reception with no deposit or formalities. Bathroom outside is also cool experience. Great value for the money. Will be back for sure!

Lovely resort. A Tranquil and calm place to explore the island from. Breakfast was fresh and well presented , staff friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a few trips to neighbouring island and hired a scooter via the hotel. There is also a laundry room And a gym. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The outdoor bathroom a real treat in the climate. Would recommend this resort.

From check in to check out this team couldn’t have done more ! Such helpful Friendly staff - & excellent manager. The resort is spotless - beautiful pool & stunning gardens. Across road from ‘beautiful beach, go there for sunset, massage, food etc … Food at hotel restaurant is excellent. They don’t do dinner but many restaurants close by. 7/11 just down road a short walk. Resort has a small fitness room with weights etc … all you need. Massage room Yoga room Breakfast is Buffett & excellent. Beds are comfy, rooms are HUGE We are a family of 5 - 2 teenagers, & 11yr old - they all loved it. Bathrooms are semi outdoor which is so lovely ! Can’t find any faults - the staff made the stay over Christmas 6 nights, perfect ☺️

This hotel was our first in Koh Lanta And it was very beautiful. I wonder it has only 3 stars. In my opinion it Is 4*. Once you arrive you receive very nice welcome drink. Staff is very polite and professional. I absolutely loved breakfasts here. Hotel gym is small but very good. Pool area and hotel itself are new and very good maintained. I wish I could stay longer.
