Hotel berhampiran King's Fashion Lanta, Krabi - Thailand, Daerah Ko Lanta

Recommended for couples. We upgraded to a pool access room. We had a lovely 3 days in Avani + the staff were all lovely and we felt very relaxed and looked after during our stay. The resort is in a great spot for a quiet rest and renting a motorbike from the front desk is recommended for the 5 min drive to the main town. Facilities were very clean and looked after. Pools were immaculate and perfect for a nice quiet few days of relaxing. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Overall would recommend and would stay again! Thanks again to all the staff, we loved every minute.

Stayed here as part of two families travelling round Thailand, with 3 young children in tow. Really family friendly and had a lovely infinity pool which overlooks the sunset every evening. Room - cute bungalow type rooms with basic essentials. AC worked well and WiFi in rooms with a lovely balcony to relax on. On a steep hill but nothing too far. Breakfast - tasty and fairly basic but does the job! We ate a few lunches here and the food was great including the beach bar. Spa - best massage we had in Thailand! Beautiful relaxing semi outside area with the breeze blowing in and birds tweeting. Friendly staff and highly recommend!

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with my girlfriend. Firstly the staff on the desk were very welcoming and collected our bags from the door and delivered them to our room. We were given a welcome drink on arrival and the check in process was effortless and very efficient. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The pool and beach were a 2 min walk from our door and the beach restaurant serves excellent food. There were no issues during our stay and I was able to rent a bike from the hotel reception which arrived in 5 mins which was also a very efficient service. After checking out a staff member dropped us to the pier where we continued our journey. Shortly after checking out the manager of the hotel (never got his name) emailed me to say I had managed to leave my €300 camera behind in the room. He rang me to organise how to get the camera back to me and went to the effort of bubble wrapping, and boxing up my camera to be delivered to Koh Phi Phi on the same day and rang me during each stage to keep me in the loop as to where my camera is. Once the camera arrived on the island he rang me to tell me where I was able to collect it. This level of customer service cannot go unrecognised and he asked for nothing in return. I can’t urge travellers enough to stay in this hotel. I will be returning 100%. Thank you very much Lanta Staff & Manager!

Hotel yang sangat berpuas hati! Di Koh Lanta, semua rumah adalah vila keluarga tunggal dengan kehijauan yang baik, sama seperti tinggal di hutan hujan tropika. Terdapat pantai persendirian dengan beberapa orang dan air laut yang bersih Terdapat kolam renang, kuda dan ayam, restoran, bar, dan gimnasium Terdapat aktiviti yang berbeza setiap hari. Perkhidmatan ini sangat baik. Pertama sekali, terdapat kakitangan penyambut tetamu yang berbahasa Cina yang akan menerangkan kandungan hotel dengan sabar. Kedua, terdapat perkhidmatan jemput dan hantar (sangat penting. Ia adalah 2 jam + memandu dari lapangan terbang dan anda perlu menaiki feri sangat menyusahkan untuk pergi ke sana sendiri). Kami berjalan di jalan raya. Pengurus pun datang untuk mengucapkan selamat tinggal ketika kami mendaftar keluar. Lain kali saya berharap berpeluang untuk tinggal lebih lama!

We had a fantastic stay at Long Beach Chalet! Our lagoon pavilion room was beautiful and the perfect place to relax. For my girlfriend's birthday, the staff surprised us with a card and decorations in the room, which made her entire day! The resort itself offered a lot. We enjoyed watching the fire dance show on Saturday night, and it was amazing to see hermit crabs scuttling along the beach at sunset. The pool was a great place to chill out and soak up the sun. We also enjoyed renting moterbikes to see what lanta had to offer, as well as visiting the amazing Lanta Animal Welfare charity during our stay. The breakfast buffet was incredible! There was a huge variety of options, including cereals, juices, fruits, breads, and hot meals. Everything was fresh and delicious. However, a word of caution for vegans like myself, or anyone with allergies: the soy milk they offer contains dairy. Please can I requested that the management label ingredients more clearly and offer a non-dairy milk option, as there currently aren't any plant-based milks available. Also the vegan tofu burger should not automatically come with cheese or an egg based mayo. This is not vegan and can cause some confusion. Despite this minor point, we absolutely loved our stay at Long Beach Chalet. The value was fantastic, and the staff were exceptional. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway!

事實上除了kwun先生。 其他人都不怎麼微笑。 還不如賣泰國小吃的商販笑得燦爛。 作為一個定位比較高的酒店。 錢你收得開心的同時。 你的服務水準，你的衛生環境，你的地理位置，你的各項配套設施也要跟上。 其中服務人員的綜合素質非常重要。 同理心也很重要。 戴頭巾的女士（對白人微笑，對中國人冷漠），帶我們去到酒店房間。 有兩間空房，讓我們衹用其中一間房。 當然我們一家三口確實沒必要。 但不是你可以向我提出來的。 因為我默認支付的是整個房間的費用。 不管有幾間房我認為我有權利使用。（最後我們沒有使用因為不想讓打掃清潔的員工受累，確實我們也用不上） 因為定了下午五點去甲米機場。 所以酒店退房（下午2點）以後。酒店的BOSS安排了另外一個別墅給我們休息。非常感謝。 不過戴頭巾的前台女士，卻領我們到了沒有空調的客廳。 7月份還是很熱。這點讓我不舒服。 不知道是頭巾女士自己的主意，還是酒店boss的決定。 大家別噴我，住免費房還挑三揀四，前一天我直接提的是加錢延時退房多少錢。 kwun先生說免費。我才決定就在酒店休息的。。 如何當時知道價格太高或者沒有空調，我直接會單獨定一個價格便宜的酒店休息也沒關係。 原本boss的好心，被頭巾女士帶到客廳休息，我睡了又熱醒了。 難受。 後面又向boss申請了，去卧室有空調的間房睡。 酒店boss也同意了。 但不知道為什麼多出這一段曲折。 最後，我離開時，放了100泰銖給打掃房間的人。 下麪放和boss的聊天截圖。 我實在沒辦法理解，既然給我免費休息的別墅，但又不給我空調房的操作是為了什麼。？ 最後再次感謝kwun先生的幫助。 謝謝。 下麪是和酒店boss（也許是管理者）的微信對話。

As a couple from different countries who met in a foreign land but now reside together, we sought an intimate wedding with 33 guests. Rawi Warin stood out among the 20 resorts we researched on Krabi/Ko Lanta due to its remarkable beauty and elegant ambiance, ultimately leading us to book our wedding there. Throughout the planning process, the resort's communication was frequent and efficient, ensuring all our queries were promptly addressed. Upon our arrival three days before the wedding, we were struck by the well-maintained gardens, picturesque pond, and exquisite buildings, all of which contributed to the resort's appeal. The resort staff was undoubtedly the highlight of our experience, displaying genuine warmth and hospitality. They consistently greeted us with smiles and ensured our needs were met throughout our, and our guests stay. Rawi Warin's wedding package included essential elements such as decor, flowers, stationery, a wedding officiant, wedding cake and a wedding coordinator, making the planning process more streamlined. While an outdoor wedding was not possible due to weather conditions, the resort efficiently transitioned to an indoor setting, which turned out to be equally enchanting. The attention to detail in the wedding arrangements and the quality of service provided by the staff exceeded our expectations. The resort's pool was also a standout feature, and the surrounding natural beauty added to the overall allure. Our heartfelt appreciation goes out to Rawi Warin and its dedicated team for their contribution to making our wedding a memorable occasion. Lanta Miami is a beautiful, well maintained beachfront resort. The staff are incredibly helpful and gracious. They can help arrange taxi vans to get around the island easily. The food is delicious and there's lots of variety. The rooms are simple and cleaned daily. There is lots of greenery on the hotel grounds as well as soft lighting at night, making it a very pleasant place to stay. The pool and dining areas open up right onto the beach which is very beautiful. The resort is alcohol-free which makes it great for families, although there are plenty of places nearby that serve it if that's more your style. All in all, a great gem of a location! Would recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy Koh Lanta!

This is our 4th hotel out of 7 on this particular trip but sadly comes in a bit lacking for me, I had very high expectations. Firstly on check we asked about hiring a moped. The girl on the tours desk barely looked up from her phone and said “no”. We managed to rent one down the road at Miami but this is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in Thailand that doesn’t help with motorbike rental. We didn’t approach her for anything else as for me, first impressions last. Our room was okay, can’t imagine when booking why I thought a bath on the balcony was a good idea! My bad! There was tons of wardrobe space and the bed and pillows were comfy. Lacked conditioner & body lotion which I’ve found in other hotels. Generally the room was a bit tired and needed a good deep clean. The bathroom mirror hadn’t been cleaned since the last guest and we had ants around the sink on day three. The shower had very intermittent water temperatures and had black mould at the bottom near the drain. Also tea/coffee spills on the floor that hadn’t been mopped. The communal areas I also found to be grubby and unkempt. No-one sweeps up leaves and they get mingled with bits of rubbish. The sunbed areas aren’t mopped so drink spillages give sticky dirty patches. You get the gist. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and half decent coffee. I just found the ambience to be generally quite standoffish and unfriendly, apart from Mr Bunty who was lovely. Most days we went out to Horizon Bar on the beach, much nicer vibe. There are no showers or foot washes between the beach and the pools which results in the pool being full of sand. All in all I have been disappointed, for the price I expected better. Small improvements would make this hotel much better.

Rooms were fairly spartan but comfortable and spotless. TV's exist but it's all Thai-language channels only of course that's not what you're coming here for anyways. Wi-Fi was spotty but there is good AIS 5G coverage. The room category I booked was garden-view but what I ended up in offered a lovely view of the ocean and had a huge outdoor terrace. Unfortunately the outdoor seating on the terrace was quite uncomfortable. Bed was great and I slept quite well. Weak water pressure in the shower was a little irritating. Beach was lovely and as an early riser, getting a seaside seat wasn't a problem. These loungers were actually fairly comfortable. Food was generally pretty good but walkable options on this part of the island are few and far between. There's not much beyond the hotel's facility and a couple of other local spots on the beach and on the main road. The location is generally remote whether that's a plus or minus depending on what you're looking to do here. Staff and service were very good. I got a load of laundry done here and was happy with the price and quality.
