I like this hotel!, This is my second visit and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody staying in the area. Good location next to the train station and several good restaurants nearby.

Due to a change in plans, I booked this last minute. The hotel is 40 minutes away from Sannomiya subway station, so the travel time cost is quite high. The facilities are a bit old. The staff's attitude was okay.

Beyond amazing in every way. The staff was accommodating and I loved the laundry service that had my shirts pressed for me.

Great hotel that provides a huge room, amazing service, and a great breakfast. The only shortcoming is that it’s really far from the city centre. You will need to spend about 30 minutes on the train to go downtown.

Hotel is quite old style but spacious. Breakfast is good. Carpark space is enough and there are many restaurants in the hotel building.

Convenient for a business trip in Kobe. Very close to a main train station. There is a swimming pool available to hotel guests, but unfortunately, the information pertaining to the use of the pool was absent, so I did not bring a swim suit and was very disappointed. The information for this hotel should be updated to clarify what the facilities are and what the conditions are (e.g. obligatory swim cap, use of room towels etc). Guests from overseas will be confused and disappointed, as I was.

Good staffs, big and clean room, and location is not bad. Shopping mall is near. Overall is very good.

the location was perfect for a conference I had at KCUFS. the first room smelled like smoke but we moved to another one that was fine. The hotel reminded me of Vegas Tropicana. Surrounding area was very convenient for what I needed. Beds were hard but otherwise everything was fine. thank you.

The hotel is very close to the station, and the location is far from the centre of Kobe. Moreover, the hotel‘s facilities are also a little old, but the restaurant upstairs has a good view and the food is delicious.

The location was really good, there’s a mall right beside the hotel with various food options, it was great specially during the winter to avoid long walks in the cold, my only dislike was the smell in the room, ir had a strong like old smell.

The location is very good, just 200 meters from Kobe Seishinchuo subway station. It is located in the most central business district in the area, with a supermarket opposite. There are barbecue restaurants, hospitals and schools nearby. There is delicious teppanyaki on the eighth floor.

The doorman was very kind and left a good impression! The room was spacious and nice, but there was hair on the sink and the water was dirty, so I didn't want to use it much. My child's toy fell under the bed, so when I looked down to pick it up, there were tissues and snacks from the previous guest lying around, which was disappointing. It was in a very convenient location near the station and there was a very large, beautiful park nearby, so it was a great place, but the room didn't seem very clean, so I don't think I'll come back.

The light in the middle of the room was broken, the wires were exposed and the light bulbs were removed. It was very dark at night, and there was a Bible in the drawer. The whole hotel has a very old atmosphere and European interiors. I felt like it was a hotel from an American horror movie. Hahaha, I was a little scared alone, but overall it was just like that, ordinary. I saw a swimming pool and a gym, but I only stayed for one night and didn't go there. The buffet downstairs was quite delicious, although I didn't see the menu clearly and was put on a pedestal.

The room is also very large, you can walk freely, and there is no problem with putting boxes. Disadvantages: The bathroom is not separated, which makes people feel uncomfortable. People who take a shower and go to the toilet have to accommodate each other and cannot do it at the same time. Bathing and bathing cannot be done at the same time. Moreover, the service at the front desk is not very enthusiastic, and it is 23 km away from the city of Kobe, which is not suitable for tourists. We are traveling by car this time, so we don’t care much. But it is not suitable for people who travel by public transportation.
