We used the hotel for our second wedding anniversary. The welcome service hand towel smells good and makes you feel relaxed immediately. All rooms have a luxurious rococo style with an ocean view. You can spend a blissful time while enjoying the scenery that is unique to Kobe, such as　the Mosaic Ferris wheel and the Port Tower. We had dinner in the room to prevent infectious diseases.It was an impression that it was cold overall..Next time I would like to have it in the restaurant. After taking a jacuzzi bath with a view of the sea, we stayed up late relaxing on the terrace with the night breeze.When you get sleepy, you can snuggle up in the fluffy bed. Breakfast was very satisfying with lots of bread and fruit.

神戸ハーバーランドの入口にあるクラウンパレス神戸は、デュオこうべ内の地下道で、地下鉄海岸線のハーバーランド駅、JRの神戸駅、神戸高速線の高速神戸駅と繋がっているので、雨が降っていたとしても濡れずに各路線から行くことができ、とても便利な立地にあります。神戸ハーバーランドのシーサイドにもすぐに行けます。建物は一昔前の施設といった感じはありますが、現在でも全く問題なく、快適に過ごせます。朝食ブッフェの会場は、眺めがよく広々とした17Fのグリルテーブルウィズスカイバーです。ぼっかけや明石焼きなどのご当地メニューもあり、とても美味しく満足できる朝食でした。宿泊していて気になる点はほとんどありませんでしたが、あえて言うと、宿泊した山側の部屋は、高速道路を走る車が道路の継ぎ目を通るたびに、ゴトンゴトンと微かに聞こえるところです。気になる人は気になるけど、気にならない人は気にならないレベルの音です。私は熟睡できました。

Superb concierge and all staffs service. Truly helpful and we really appreciate the outstanding service of all the crew. Big scale hotel in Kobe. A bit date for its 30s years history of the hotel yet very clean and comfortable. Amenities and facilities are really good. Kids playground, indoor golf, gym, Japanese garden, shops, parking, restaurants, and etc. Breakfast buffet also worth the pay. Another plus point is that there is pet hotel in the area outside main building. Location is prime, just few steps to port area and BeKobe. During our stay, there is Kobe hanabi festival and the location of our hotel is the most benefit. Indoor parking with fee.

Hotel ini mempunyai kemudahan yang lengkap dan kedai serbaneka, yang sangat mudah. Lalat dalam salap adalah bahawa wabak itu telah menjejaskan perubahan restoran untuk sarapan pagi, dan kepelbagaian makanan tidak banyak. 來日本很多次，第一次住酒店，這個酒店給我印象很好，以後短期行程都會選擇酒店首先位置非常好，就在三宮站附近，不管是去哪裡都很方便，樓下有711還有很多連鎖餐飲店可以選擇，好吃又實惠自助入住很方便，機器有中文，一樓大堂提供各種日用品，防曬卸粧油洗面奶化粧水保濕乳甚至面膜發膜都有，真的是可以什麼都不用帶，太方便了，也有提供煎茶粉和茶包咖啡定的是大床房，房間是真的小，但好在有窗户，窗户還可以欣賞日落時分的天際線，設施其實是都有的，如果是1個人其實很合適，以後會考慮定21平米的雙床房房間很乾凈，感覺設施也維護的挺好，需要的話可以每天要求打掃，打掃的也很乾凈，毛巾也可以每天換退房以後還可以行李寄存，我們去淡路島過夜一個晚上，行李寄存了兩天也完全沒問題，真的很方便，特別滿意，以後會經常考慮這個品牌

The hotel is very close to the train station and delightful European quarter and 1 stop from the restaurants, bars and shops. The breakfast buffet is excellent and has a wide range of Western and Japanese choices. I particularly enjoyed the soft scoop on tap with expresso machine. The room is very clean.

Stayed a couple of nights in this Hotel on our recent trip to Japan and it was the best of the lot. From the moment you are greeted at reception on the 17th Floor the service you get is excellent at this hotel. The room was a good size and the 3 of us had enough room. It was very clean with a great bathroom and a wonderfully powerful shower. The supplied cotton pyjamas were so good we ended up buying a set to take away. The breakfast was very good, a standard buffet with Japanese items available as well. Plus its the only breakfast I've had where sparkling wine was available. The terrace bar is also based on the 17th floor and has a great view of the city and a good selection of Japanese whiskeys and cocktails. We had dinner one night at the steakhouse which served us with the best Wagyu beef we had in Japan. If we are in Kobe again we will stay in this hotel. The staff were very attentive and always did their best to please us and the quality of the accommodation and the food was excellent.
