Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Do Had a very pleasant stay experience at the Luxo, Excellent Rooms, Great Ambiance, Very Good Room Service, Excellent Connectivity to the Metro. An excellent restaurant with some lip smacking dishes, a pleasant welcome for Vegetarian eaters, their menu is elaborate and has ample Veg Options.

The hospitality industry kochi luxo hotel is wonderful. Really enjoyed everything in luxo . The staff were very cooperative and especially front office was excellent. Rooms are very nice . It's obvious they are updating the interiors of the rooms with the latest features

I was stayed in luxo last March that was memorable experience when me and my family reached at hotel we are very tired beache of traveling. The check in time the front office team give us warm welcoming and done all checking process very quickly. I didn't see before like this front office team they are so sweet and help full . One girl came to me and show our room. Room was very neat and clean. She help us all. I don't know here name. I strongly recommend to visit and stay at luxo kochi. When we reach hotel something function also going that time only i realise at luxo function rooms also there. Next time also will stay luxo only..

Wonderful Hotel Such a wonderful and comfortable stay in Luxo , the front office staffs are very friendly and helpful, really enjoyed their infinity pool, food was also good, we had tried both South Indian and Noth Indian varieties. Very hygiene room and bathroom. It's really worth and refreshing stay. Thanking you Luxo for the beautiful hospitality.

We are a group of 5 friends , it was extremely pleasant stay in Luxo,the room was clean and the food was really delicious especially North Indian food also enjoyed their South Indian varities,The view from the pools rooftop was excellent & the most important thing is their service especially Front Office Team,we will visit again.
