Really recommend, so beautiful landscape and pool,

Good service

We went as two couples and 3 kids (all 4 years and below). Overall amazing experience. Great hospitality. Loved the entire stay. made our trip from Bangalore worthwhile. the property is also great. the location, the pool and the backwatets view was great.

We experienced tasty food and well maintained swimming pool. I also experienced nice hospitality from front office executives especially the trainee Miss Anamika. Rooms fell well maintained up to my expectations. Well maintained campus and kayal view were helped to relax our mind Over all it was a fantastic stay

Good Lakeview resort. Nice swimming pool. Has a pool bar near to the pool. The evening spend was nice with food and drinks. Nice hospitality. The service of the staff members was good. Check in and check out was smooth without delay. Clean environment and well maintained.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment..

It’s a beautiful resort very near to Kochi yet away from hustle bustle of the city. Nice place to spend a day or two. Food at resort was also nice, especially the breakfast spread which had lot of healthy vegetarian options. It has a large pool overlooking the beautiful backwaters.

We were really disappointed from the minute we checked in. We travelled from far away, when we went into the room the toilet seat was completely broken.when complained, they asked us to wait for repair, I said I can't wait and eventually moved us to another room, even then the room was not upto standard. Then we were told the items outside the fridge was complementary, at the checkout the receptionist asked us to pay for it. When we said it was free, she treus like that we were not saying the truth. Never again. The property is nowhere near to the photos. Outdated rooms

The overall experience was satisfactory, but there were several areas that could be significantly improved. The room facilities fell short of expectations, and the water provided at the property was locally manufactured, which felt subpar for the standard of the hotel. Additionally, the taxi service could benefit from better quality control—while the in-house cabs are limited, the external taxi vendors used need to be vetted for better service and reliability. Another point of concern is the behavior of the staff at the pool. They could have been more friendly and welcoming, which would greatly enhance the guest experience. Similarly, the restaurant staff repeatedly asking for the room number during each visit became uncomfortable and intrusive, almost giving the impression of mistrust. This practice should be reconsidered to ensure a more seamless dining experience. Additionally, it would be far more convenient if the bill could be settled at the restaurant itself, rather than having the staff come to the room after every meal to get signatures. Regarding housekeeping, the cleaning staff were overly chatty, which detracted from their efficiency. It would be appreciated if they could focus more on their work with minimal distractions. Lastly, while most services were decent, the reception staff on the day shift need to be more attentive to customer requests. There was a mix-up with my taxi booking, which could have been avoided with better communication and note-taking. Furthermore, the rooms listed on the Wyndham website and MakeMyTrip do not match the actual description and quality of the rooms provided at the property, which was disappointing.

big resort and a very peaceful location. The staff were very friendly and very welcoming. booked a king size Lakeview room which had a beautiful view and even got a pool bar and even inside bar as well.. room service and food were soo good as well. Easy check in and checkout as well.

We (5 ladies) stayed at Ramada Kochi for 2 nights in a Lake view “cottage” room with balcony. The room was comfortable and spacious with a strong shower pressure. Enjoying the balcony in September was so soothing and really tropical. We had lunch at The restaurant (fennel) and lunch was well prepared and tasty. Breakfast options are endless, the Indian vegan & vegetarian counter is super tasty. I will come back in the future. See 2 photos

Terrible experience. Disappointing from a supposed 5 star hotel. Hotel needs upgrading and some quality management. At least 5 significant issues raised and Mgr agreed with them but made only only perfunctory apology and did not make anything right with us. Suggest you go elsewhere. The GM could use guest relations training .

During our recent stay at one of the most beautiful properties in Kochi, we were greeted by stunning views and an overall picturesque environment that truly stood out. The property itself is among the best we've encountered, with an aesthetic appeal that makes it a perfect getaway spot. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, whose attentiveness and hospitality set a positive tone for our stay. They were always ready to assist with a smile, providing recommendations and ensuring all our needs were met promptly. The rooms were another highlight of our stay. They were spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and comfortable, offering all the amenities one might expect from a top-tier property. The attention to detail in the room decor added to the sense of luxury and comfort. However, despite these positives, we found the view from our room to be somewhat disappointing. While the property boasts breathtaking views, it seemed that our particular room didn't take full advantage of this feature.

very bad service staffs are very rude they will not take calls if we tell something they will feel like they are athe guest and we are the servants morning we went to have breakfast and the lady there she is verymuch dispointed that we are taking food
