Great location, close to the station and plenty of food options. Ample parking available and excellent service. The room was clean.

Big, clean and comfortable hotel right next to the train station. It has two parkings free of charge which is really convenient. The only thing i missed is that being a big hotel it would be great if it had some coin laundry machines.

I use it every month. The hotel has its own paper point card, which I look forward to collecting. You can also earn points on the hotel's plastic card. When I went in October, they added points to my plastic card, but this time, they wouldn't accept my card. I didn't understand why, which was very frustrating. And it's disappointing. I'm considering staying at a different hotel next year.

It's been a while since I've stayed at a hotel like this, so I really appreciated the free amenities. I had a great trip. Thank you.

The location was great; you can walk everywhere. Breakfast was very good.

I think it's okay. I felt sad that the breakfast cook only browned the oyaki. *I wish the cook would do things like grilling or making pancakes.

Even though I made the reservation for the night, they upgraded my room for the same price! I hope to stay with you again if I have the opportunity!

I use this hotel because I have a study group in Nagano Prefecture every month. Everyone at the front desk is kind and polite. Breakfast is a buffet and the contents remain the same, but I think breakfast is pretty much the same everywhere. If you get tired of it, you can purchase something at a nearby convenience store. I come by car, but when it snows, the train is fine too. It's convenient as it's right next to the station. I'll use it again.
