Tempat peranginan yang sangat cantik, saya suka semua unsur semula jadi di sini & kolam ikan di mana-mana & 2 anjing pantai yang sangat mesra. Terdapat restoran berhadapan pantai, gim yang sangat baik, 2 kolam renang, spa, penyewaan kayak. Kami mengambil masa hampir 2 jam untuk mendaftar masuk, yang agak mengecewakan tetapi kami datang pada waktu yang sangat sibuk semasa COVID jadi mungkin hanya sibuk. Saya akan mengesyorkan tempat ini walaupun, ia indah.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 3 nights during our visit to Thailand and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff were so helpful and lovely, they really couldn’t do enough for you. One night we had left it too late to get any water from the local shop as it has closed- and the lady on reception sent house keeping to the room to give us two bottles of water- which we really appreciated!! The location of this hotel is perfect, you’ve got the beach and a pool to choose from- the beach is beautiful- so quiet and clean! The breakfast was great- not many English kind of options, only cereal, pancakes and fruit but lots of Thai options which my boyfriend enjoyed. The only negatives I would have to say was the wifi wasn’t great - it kept logging us out after an hour or and their were ants in our room but not many- they were only on walls now and again- but I’m such a clean freak and even i would stay there again- it really wasn’t that bad.

We had family visiting Thailand for the first time, and we stayed at both the Koh Chang Paradise Hill Resort and the sister resort Koh Chang Paradise Resort across the street. If you want to read about my awful experience at the sister resort, Koh Chang Paradise, you can read my other review. Our stay at the Koh Chang Paradise Hill Resort was fun and relaxing. My kids enjoyed the waterpark and the beach. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Two thumbs up for the staff! The only negative experience I had with a staff member was at breakfast one morning. I had sprained my ankle right before our beach holiday and was hobbling around at breakfast filling up my personal mug with tea because the provided cups were really small and I didn’t want to have to get up multiple times to refill the small cup. A chef got angry at me and told me to not use my personal mug. He raised his voice at me and told me unkindly to not do what I was doing. I explained to him that I had hurt my ankle and did not want to get up multiple times to get more tea. I don’t think he really listened to me because he kept talking to me with an angry voice about not using my cup. Thankfully all the other staff at breakfast have been great. The lifeguards at the pool were great. One of the kids in our group slipped and cut her foot, and they cared for her with proper first aid. I appreciated their professional approach! Cleaning ladies were cheerful and smiled a lot.

Kho Chang is a beautiful island covered with trees, mountains and waterfalls. There are perfect beaches on its western shore. On one of these is Coconut Beach Resort. It's scale and architecture suit this island. Some larger hotels there might as well be in overdeveloped cities. Accommodation is in clusters of two-story buildings innThai style, grouped around a beautiful swimming pool and tropical gardens. There are trees on the beach with hanging swings and womb chairs. The restaurant has tables at the edge of the beach. The Thai food is delicious - seafood in red curry, whole fish simmering at your table, grilled prawns - and there are cocktails to complete the holiday treat. Service is friendly and efficient.

This place is heaven on earth! The welcome at reception sets the tone for the rest of your stay! We arrived with back packs from Pattaya and We were treated like VIPs. Absolute top class! Staff are amazing! Food was amazing. The rooms are outstanding and the local town is warm and friendly! The random visits from monkeys is an amazing addition! But be aware, they actually do creep up on you and open your room doors!! Staff aren’t joking! We’ve stayed on many islands and many places in Thailand but our expectations were exceeded here. The grounds are well kept, the surroundings are superb! My only disappointment was that the tides were high so we didn’t have any beach during our stay! (No fault of Sylvan!) I just hope the cost doesn’t get too high that they price us out of spending another break there next year!

This hotel has been operating for over 10 yrs. It was good back then and still a good vibe here. Its got to be the best budget option on Lonely beach for sure. The room I was allocated was so clean, nice and had a new feel about it. Large bathroom and fridge in the room. Good price Restaurant food is not bad. The Cambodians working there are friendly. But I imagine they dont suffer fools. If you treat them well they will treat you well. If I were management I would probably keep a closer eye on them to make sure they are being polite to all customers. If you plan to walk into town at nighttime you need a torch. Its not far but dangerous in the dark with the bikes and cars zipping past. Highly recommend this hotel and restaurant. Right on the stunning beach. White sand and nice water. Cant wait to go back!

Traveling to Koh Chang on Songkran Day, if the Accor Group uses benefits, it must be considered. Mercure Koh Chang Hideaway booked a Standard room but was upgraded to a Deluxe Seaview room and received Platinum benefits. Quite complete. The room is okay. I like it because I have to pay only 1,402 baht per night. The room is full due to a long holiday. I'm glad I upgraded. I have reserved 3 rooms, there are welcome drinks for all 3 rooms. For dinner, most of the guests leave their stomachs at the Buffet Hotel because it is Songkran Festival. Accor Plus cannot use the discount at all. The price is not expensive, only 530 baht per person, but.. Phra Chuay Thai food is delicious. Anyone staying here recommends trying Thai food. The happy hour here is satisfyingly long from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Anyone who eats the buffet will receive a buy 1 free 1 promotion until 10:00 p.m., very worthwhile. The highlight of this place is a lot of photo angles, and taking beautiful photos, but the beach is not okay, which is a weak point. The sea water is hardly played because there are a lot of rocks. I mostly stay at the swimming pool 100% recommend if anyone sleeps here to relax and snorkel on the last day, come back to swim at the pool, take chic photos and eat buffet 🙂 Breakfast is quite suitable for Thai people, focusing on spicy Thai food. It also has my favorite pizza. The hotel has a Starbucks on the beach but does not participate in a star or membership program. For me, April 13-15 is a rest day. I'm pretty happy here. Let's just say for Accor members or group members. If anyone comes to Koh Chang, recommend here. You can get both nights and points. If there is any problem during your stay, I suggest you don't wait, hurry and share with him. He knows the problem and is ready to take care of it immediately. Come to Koh Chang next time, Mercure is still our choice.

The location is seafront not beachfront as seen from photos if you bother to do some simple research. However, the resort provides a man made sand area with furniture overlooking the sea. Alternatively, walk a mere 2 minutes down the main road to access White Sands beach. The property enjoys a 7-11, Macro and beer bar complex nearby. It is only a short walk to White Elephant Sports bar and to restaurants, travel agencies and your typical beach shops down along the main road. The seaside complex provides an infinity pool, a long pool beside the bungalow rooms, beach bar and restaurant where all guests partake breakfast. Both the seaside and hillside complexes have a dedicated reception area. I found staff at both were friendly and probably able to assist you if you have done no research about Koh Chang. On this visit I opted for a hillside room as I was seeking overall value. I had read reviews that seaside rooms can be affected by noise at night emanating from the nearby beer bar complex. My room was situated on the east side of the building (3 floors) and was not affected by any noise at night. I even had a water view from my balcony. My room was spacious and clean. The aircon, fridge and TV worked fine. The wardrobe had hangers with some shelving space. A long bench space with drawers to place your things. A small table and two children was useful. Lighting was very good. The bathroom was also modern looking with segregated shower recess. Good hot water with good pressure. The buffet breakfast was excellent. All the possible food options have you covered including an egg station. Enough seating given the number of guests coming and going. Overall, the resort and my room provided me with what I wanted, a comfortable and quiet stay.

Уютная атмосфера, хорошие завтраки, доброжелательный персонал. Особенно хочется отметить менеджеров отеля и управляющую Jing. Получил истинное удовольствие от пребывания!

Everything during the stay was taking care of perfectly by the hotel staff. We got different birthday surprises which was a nice touch . The gym could be better as we couldn’t workout properly and went to a gym down the road . It’s also unfortunate that the pool isn’t heated as now nobody is using them. Great stay for families and elderly people

Travel duration: ~45 minutes by ferry from the Koh Chang Ferry port on the coastal Trat. ~20 minutes by car to get on the other side of the island
Hotel: occupies both sides of the road. Check in is available in the inner building, from where friendly and attentive staff take you with your belongings to your lodge. Hotel offers two types of stays: private cottages and apartment suites. Main attraction of hotel is private cottage with also private pool and nicest view of the sea, but it was reserved during my stay, so we will skip that.
Full amenities: robes, water, mini bar, and towels are set in a way that a guest feels most welcome.
On-site restaurant offers not only local, but also European kitchen and daily fire show after an amazing sunset.
What to do on the island: more like what not to do, because I don’t believe one can be bored there. Starting from scooter ride across the island and finished with diving, there are activities for any kind of character.
BB Divers offers amazing full day experience for professional or beginner divers (which I happen to be).
In conclusion: go there. It’s not full of people like other thai islands, but it’s more than unforgettable

PPengguna TetamuThis time-beaten resort is overpriced. It is no on Kaie Bae beach, it is relatively close to it. The hotel's beach itself is poor. It is very narrow, with sharp rocks from the very first steps in the water and quite shallow on low tide. You have to go in quite a bit to start swimming without hitting some submerged rock with your hands and feet. Bring water shoes for swimming. The facilities are rundown. A single restaurant serves a good breakfast (included) and mediocre dinners (for extra $$). Two pools are boring. The property should spend some money on redecoration and a general cleanup. The ”adults-only” reservoir is filled with dirty water, of course no one hangs around that place. The villas are OK, but their walls do not hold any sound inside. If you are a couple, you have to rely on people not being too inquisitive and passing by your hut quickly enough. It is instructive that, once you book this property, your money is seized. You cannot cancel and get a refund. The only option is to change the dates and pay the difference, if any. All trips are to be paid in cash, as the property management apparently have no idea how the modern credit system works. When I needed to pay something with the credit card, they insisted I should sign a blank form authorization for my cc use (with my passport number and all the personal data) - and no sum to be charged was included anywhere on the form! It's like signing a blank cheque, surely enough, I had to refuse. As other reviewers note, the overall quality is OK, quite passable, yet the idea that you could get a substantially better accommodation on a better beach for the same price or less is discouraging. Those who consider GajaPuri should consider 5-star resorts on the island and compare prices. You might be surprised.

BBrianna PierreCame here with a friend for a Christmas holiday and it was great. The guest manager was a delight and he was very personable, helping with breakfast and conversing with guests about places he loved on the island and life in general. He seems to actually love his job which is refreshing. The rooms were delightful and clean and the bath tub was so soothing as was the view. But note that the resort is at the top of the island so if you want to go to beaches like bang bao bay or lonely island you’ll have to hire a car or taxi. Luckily the resort helped us with that. A staffer named Q even helped my friend find a spot for a late night snack. Overall our stay was great. I would suggest adding a vending machine to the resort for snacks when the kitchen is closed as well as maybe having an additional shuttle available for beaches farther away to allow for guests to sign up to pay a travel fee that they could split evenly. (For example, Mondays is lonely island, Tuesdays you may go to bang bao bay etc). Other than that everything was easy and well accommodated. Would definitely stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuHeavily talked up all over the Internet we booked 3 nights here for a beach break. On arrival the staff were slow and uninterested during check in. The room was nice but smelt of damp. The owners are aware of this because there were 3 airfresheners in our bathroom. After our first night our room was not cleaned the next day. Upon enquiring that afternoon we learnt that if we wanted fresh towels and the room cleaned etc that we should have put a hanging sign on the room door. Fine, but tell us on check in or have a note in the room to that effect. There was a whiff of using environmental impacts as an excuse for no cleaning. You have to get up early to get a beach chair under the tree for some shade. Would like to suggest that 15 Palms manage the allocation of beach chairs for their residents. Restaurant is overpriced and the Thai food beyond poor. We had 2 curries which were more like watery soup. It's a place to eat Sunday lunch. Staff although good at what they do lacked that Thai smile and attentiveness. Quite often the bar area filled with expats. Nothing wrong with that in the right place but for a beachside family/couples orientated hotel perhaps should be reconsidered?

PPengguna TetamuBeautiful structure buit on stilts over the waters with one of the best seafood restaurant of Koh Chang. Large room well equiped nicely decorated and well maintained. Free kayaks to explore the bay or to spend some lovely times at the small white sand beach on Koh Phrao Nok. Best is to rent a scooter to explore the area since the roads are flat and safe on this side of the island. Not only Long Beach or Memorial Beach but Salakphet Temple, the waterfall and the mangrove forest is a must to visit !!! We had a great private tour boat at a very affordable price with several stops on different islands. Just ask the manager Khun Big and she will do her best to fulfil your expectations for a customized experience. Be aware Salakphet is a quiet traditional fishing village so do not expect bars or discos in the surroundings but is a great spot for nature lovers. We could spend only 3 days here and it was not enough to discover everything so we will come back again.

PPengguna TetamuWe have stayed at Koh Chang Paradise Resort several times and have loved our visit every time except this last time. My in-laws came from the USA for their first ever visit to Thailand, so we chose the Koh Chang Paradise Resort with full confidence that they would enjoy their dream beach vacation with excellent “Thai hospitality.” The guest relations employee, Alex, who has worked at this resort for over 7 years handled our check-in process at the Koh Chang Paradise Resort. His behavior towards us is the reason why we will never stay here again. The resort double-booked the beachfront room we had reserved for my visiting in-laws, but they didn’t tell us that. Instead, Alex said they would upgrade my in-laws to a brand new beachfront room for the last three nights of our stay. These rooms were literally still under construction when we arrived. The room was not ready the morning of the move, so my in-laws told the front desk before breakfast that they would rather stay in the room they already were using. The front desk agreed, so my in-laws went to breakfast. After breakfast Alex found my in-laws and assured them that the new room would be ready by the supposed move time later that same day at noon, but my relatives have young children and were afraid that if something wasn’t constructed quite right or if there were any construction materials left by accident that someone would get hurt. Also, my in-laws were heading out shortly for an elephant experience, so they would not be present at the hotel at noon when the move was supposedly happening. My in-laws politely declined the move, but Alex escalated the situation by raising his voice and forcefully trying to intimidate my in-laws to acquiesce to his will. This is entirely inappropriate! No one should ever talk to a guest in this way, ever! My in-laws needed to leave for the excursion, so I stepped in and had to interact with Alex. I am disappointed with how Alex managed himself. We have rights as guests, and he raised his voice at me and tried to intimidate me into saying that my in-laws would move. He told us that the guests who were arriving always came every year and booked the same room that my in-laws were using. It’s not our fault that the room got double-booked. In fact, why did Alex even give us the room knowing that this double booking could be a problem? Completely the resort’s fault and not ours. I’m disappointed that Alex tried to blame his mistake on us. We as hotel guests who were given that room had just as much right to stay there as these incoming guests. Alex made us feel like we were insignificant and had no right to stay in the room in his attempt to intimidate us into moving so that the “VIP” guests could have the room. It was the resort’s fault, and Alex made us feel terrible with his forceful yelling. We felt belittled. As Alex was yelling at me and being extremely pushy, I could tell that the Thai staff who were watching the whole situation felt embarrassed about how

KKangGood location and a very very friendly owner! However the weather was very hot and I was literally not able to sleep in a Fan room. I ended up booking another resort around since the resort was full.. so never slept in this resort. It’s a cute little cottage but if you are picturing a real cottage made with wood, which allows air circulation inside, this is not that. So please book for a room with AC!

PPengguna TetamuTropical is on Klong Kloi beach, right at the very end of the road on the southern most beach on Koh Chang. The bungalows are spacious with large comfortable beds and the air-conditioning works very well & is quiet. The photographs of the resort are accurate & up to date. Whilst they do not have a restaurant currently, breakfast is provided at the Coco Chacha restaurant just a 50m. walk on the beach & is excellent! The surrounding area is well kept & although the beach is a little rocky in front of Tropical, it's just a short walk to find perfectly sandy spots. as well as Coco Chacha restaurant, there are others a short walk along the beach. Cholly, the manager is a wonderful asset to the resort, as is Kong Tub & all the staff are friendly & helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. If you need supplies and drinks for your fridge, then I suggest you shop in Bang Bao before you check in or hire a scooter from them to get around.

Отличный отель.  Мы жили в стандартном номере, на втором этаже. Огромная большая кровать, телевизор, холодильник, кондиционер все работает отлично! На завтраки предлагают пять вариантов на выбор. Чистый хороший бассейн. В этом отеле останавливаются люди на долгое время, мы общались с нашими соотечественниками, есть такие которые приезжают уже 10 лет именно в этот отель. Дружелюбный персонал. На ресепшене есть холодильник можно купить напитки на выбор. Также в фойе отеля есть экскурсионная лавка, где можно заказать такси или приобрести экскурсию. Напротив отеля много лавок с фруктами продуктами, вкусное недорогое кафе. Рядом с отелем несколько больших ресторанов. Расположение очень хорошее, аптеки и супермаркеты в шаговой доступности. Также в отеле можно арендовать байк по низкой цене. Каждый день уборка, свежие полотенца и водичка питьевая. Качество уборки удовлетворительное. Мы люди простые, не вредные))) нам все понравилось! 
Отдельное спасибо сервису trip.com!!!!!Очень сложно забронировать отели без иностранных банковских карт но тут легко можно привязать карту платёжной системы Unione Pay любого российского банка и всё оплатить !!!! подтверждение приходит очень быстро, цены не выше других популярных сервисов бронирования, а порой и намного ниже, если попасть под акцию. Сравнивала много раз много отелей. Всем рекомендую!

As the pictures can attest this is probably the worst place to stay oj the island. The pool is dirty. Broken dirty deck chairs. No wifi. Noisy aircon. No HOT water rubbisglh piled everywhere. Even in reception.... 🤯 Broken wooden walkways dirty and Mouldly bathroom. Greasy bed linen. Checked out promptly and found cheaper and more comfortable accomodation 1 block away. Much better places just a few steps away. The pictures on their hotels. Com agoda and Expedia are old and dated. Noisy kids in the dirty pool. The receptionist is the cleaner as well. Infested with insects mosquitos crickets and 🦎 geckos
