Hotel terbaik di Koh Chang

Situé à l'extrême sud de l'ile, cet hotel offre de très belles prestations avec une piscine à débordement offrant une vue imprenable. Un véritable havre de paix à 20 mn à pied du très joli port de Bao Bang. Nous avons profité des villas avec balcon et magnifique vue sur la mer depuis notre lit. Chambre très propres. Restaurant de qualité et petits déjeuners délicieux

We stayed for 2 weeks in a sea view deluxe room (403). The room was very nice with a comfortable large bed. The room is clean and well designed, with lots of space to store the suitcases and room for clothes and other stuff. We had a nice view of the sea and the street, so we could enjoy the sunset from the balcony, if we did not watch it on the beach. Every night Oodies next door played live music (blues and rock), so there was music on the balcony :-) The music was noticeable in the room, but faint, so we did not mind. Water, coffee and tea in the room was refilled every day.  The hotel has a special wooden staircase in the middle, this makes the hotel feel very open and with a lot of space as compared to long halls. On the roof there is a swimming pool and a rooftop terrace. We used the beach, but if you prefer to be out of the sand, this is a nice option. The view is very good from here, jungle and mountain on one side and the sea on the other side. The staff are the kindest and you feel very welcome and special. There is always a smile and a greeting from everybody; reception, cleaning, the kitchen or at breakfast. The breakfast buffet offer what you need whether you like Thai food, Continental or American for breakfast. You can have your coffee made to order and with a smile.  Thanks to everybody at The Erawan for great hospitality. 

Booked a two night stay here with friends, but ended up extending our stay and I would have stayed forever if it was possible! We started off in the standard double rooms, which were perfectly nice, well equipped and great value. I then moved in to one of the bungalows, which was another level! Sooooo lovely, traditional Thai, very pretty and massive king bed. They also have a tree house, which looked pretty cool! There is a small pool, which is perfect for cooling off and a pretty bar area. The owner, Marcel and his wife (sorry, didn’t catch her name) were great hosts, very helpful and friendly. We all got our laundry done here and we hired bikes from them at a reasonable price. In walking distance there are a few bars and eateries, as well as a supermarket, but you are only five minutes on the bike from the much busier White Sands resort. Thank you for a great stay, I will definitely be back, hopefully in the not too distant future 😊

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were all so friendly and always carried a warm smile which was very contagious. Food was delicious and the pool was so nice, I love how it overlooks the beach. My favourite spot was the swing over the rocks, it was peaceful and I felt very welcomed by all the staff. Also, A very comfortable bed! I was so thrilled to have had a soft mattress that I could melt into! Loved our chats, you have great banter! Thank you for a very enjoyable stay at your resort! Keep up the great work! I’ll be back again I’m sure of it.

Nice quiet clean place to stay and recharge your batteries. Practically on the beach & surrounded by quality restaurants. Small beach bar next door doing good cocktails with excellent happy hour prices. Great 6 night stay.

I had a great time in the Lonely Beach off-season thanks to Thomas, Nils, and their people at the Lonely Beach Resort. It’s located on the main road and they have standard bar food like 🍔 & 🍕. AMAZING!!!! But Tom’s hospitality and spirit as a genuine bar man comes across very authentically. Feel blessed to have met these guys.

It is sad to see how hard it is for owners to maintain hotels without tourists. Beautiful place, the territory is looked after, although the pool does not look very good. The rooms and equipment are old, the TV is 20 years old. No kettle, hair dryer, shampoo, only small soap. The bathroom is a bit dirty and dark. The air conditioner does not work well, does not cool to the desired temperature. The staff is very responsive. In general, for this money for 1-2 nights is normal.

Basic but comfortable room with fridge and air con. Good sleep, hot water and loads of room. Located centrally, close to excellent bars and eateries. Bakery over road serving fresh pastries and great coffee. My room [15] was very close to the bar. They have a great band and pool table. It was loud but didn't disturb me. Not much privacy. The rooms have a large window with curtains and a bench outside. Overall OK.. very social spot.

We were able to check in early which was nice for us, Villa Garden room. It shared a deck with another room with a view of the garden and ocean. The deck also had a regular sized table and 2 chairs, great for working on a laptop, visiting or playing games. The room was clean, had a large king bed (2 doubles pushed together), choice of soft or hard pillow, nice. Fridge, coffee, kettle, TV (Thai), 2 bottles of water provided. Bathroom with nice shower, separated from rest of bathroom by short wall. Good wifi. No problems with noise bothering our sleep. Breakfast buffet was a selection of Western and Thai, all good. They varied everyday. Also egg station, bread for toast, fresh fruit and salads also. We loved their pool. It was large with a view of the water and deep enough for swimming but shallow enough to stand in and visit. It had lounge chairs around in the shade and sun and some had umbrellas. There is a separate small pool for the little kids. Nice vegetation around and a bathroom close by. The restaurant is next to the pool so handy to order food and beverages. All along Khnong Prao the beach, it is getting smaller over time. Nature is taking the sand slowly and since we started going there several years ago, several metres of beach has disappeared affecting all resorts along that beach. Chai Chet has a large shaded area that opens onto the beach and had loungers for sitting. When tide is out, the loungers can be taken onto the sand for the sun lovers. We enjoy the shade and had ample room for that while enjoying the view. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We've stayed there several times in the past and will stay there again in the future.

Booked her for 3 nights and booked for another 6! This hotel is perfect, we loved having our own balcony looking straight onto the pool with only a short 10/15 minute walk from the beach. It is a little further from all of the restaurants in the area but that wasn’t a problem for us, there is still enough with in the area to keep you watered and fed (especially the bar joined onto the hotel) Cannot wait to come back here in the future!!
