Ulasan Koh Chang Thai Garden Hill Resort

Stayed here for three nights. Shower was broken and had to be replaced in two of the rooms. Hotel was okay but I wouldn’t return. Taxis are easy to come by during the day. Parking available if needed. Short walk to the beach and 7/eleven which is good. Staff helpful when needed. All in all it was okay :)

Some pros and cons for this hotel. Shower didn’t work and was cold so was replaced. This left a mess in my room and nails etc all over the floor. Lots of bugs in the room which wasn’t nice and door didn’t close fully so any bugs could get in. Bed was hard and towels linen stained and almost grey not white. Pool was dirty and didn’t use this due to that fact. This was not the cheapest place to stay on the island and hotel is in need of repair and renovation. Close walk to the beach which is good and staff were helpful when needed. 24hour reception was a plus. Booked a return to Bangkok at the hotel which was a really good price and good service so big thank you for this :-)

I have stayed here now for over 10 days and it's been a good experience. The staff and cleaners are very good! It's got some nice food places close by and then only a short drive to better night life etc.

It is sad to see how hard it is for owners to maintain hotels without tourists. Beautiful place, the territory is looked after, although the pool does not look very good. The rooms and equipment are old, the TV is 20 years old. No kettle, hair dryer, shampoo, only small soap. The bathroom is a bit dirty and dark. The air conditioner does not work well, does not cool to the desired temperature. The staff is very responsive. In general, for this money for 1-2 nights is normal.

Ansich eine schöne Anlage mit sehr schönem Garten leider alles in reparaturbedürftigen Zustand, es könnte eine Spitzenanlage sein wenn man etwas Arbeit investieren würde …wie zb. Zimmer streichen oder Möbel nicht zusammenwürfeln sondern erneuern oder passend ergänzen …alles Kleinigkeiten aber dafür viele. Das Personal ist super und das Frühstück ist ausreichend und gut .

Декабрь 2022 г. Отличный отель.  Мы жили в стандартном номере, на втором этаже. Огромная большая кровать, телевизор, холодильник, кондиционер все работает отлично! На завтраки предлагают пять вариантов на выбор. Чистый хороший бассейн. В этом отеле останавливаются люди на долгое время, мы общались с нашими соотечественниками, есть такие которые приезжают уже 10 лет именно в этот отель. Дружелюбный персонал. На ресепшене есть холодильник можно купить напитки на выбор. Также в фойе отеля есть экскурсионная лавка, где можно заказать такси или приобрести экскурсию. Напротив отеля много лавок с фруктами продуктами, вкусное недорогое кафе. Рядом с отелем несколько больших ресторанов. Расположение очень хорошее, аптеки и супермаркеты в шаговой доступности. Также в отеле можно арендовать байк по низкой цене. Каждый день уборка, свежие полотенца и водичка питьевая. Качество уборки удовлетворительное. Мы люди простые, не вредные))) нам все понравилось!  Отдельное спасибо сервису trip.com!!!!!Очень сложно забронировать отели без иностранных банковских карт но тут легко можно привязать карту платёжной системы Unione Pay любого российского банка и всё оплатить !!!! подтверждение приходит очень быстро, цены не выше других популярных сервисов бронирования, а порой и намного ниже, если попасть под акцию. Сравнивала много раз много отелей. Всем рекомендую!

บริการดีมากเลยค่ะ แนะนำ ป้าแม่บ้านเป็นกันเองมากเลยค่ะ พี่ๆที่ Cashier ก็น่ารัก มีบริการให้เช่ารถมอไซค์ด้วย วันที่2 พี่ลดค่าเช่าให้ใจดีมากๆเลยค่ะ ใครมาเกาะช้างแนะนำ ที่นี้เลย เป็นกันเองมากๆ ราคาที่พักก็น่ารักคุ้มแน่นนอน

สถานที่พักผ่อนสงบเงียบ เหมาะกับการพักผ่อน จริง จริง บริการแสนประทับใจ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกก็โอเคระดับหนึ่ง อาหารน่าทานค่ะ

這家酒店還不錯

We loved the place. The bungalow was nice and clean. Lots of choice for breakfast, cheap scooter rental (we had a brand new scooter), we even bought our transport back to Bangkok with them and it was the cheaper we found on the island. Ideal location 5 min walk to the best sunset beach, 10 minutes drive to white sand beach area and 10 minutes drive to lonely beach. Lots of restaurant in the area. We would stay there again.
