Ulasan Centara Koh Chang Tropicana Resort

Tempat peranginan yang sangat cantik, saya suka semua unsur semula jadi di sini & kolam ikan di mana-mana & 2 anjing pantai yang sangat mesra. Terdapat restoran berhadapan pantai, gim yang sangat baik, 2 kolam renang, spa, penyewaan kayak. Kami mengambil masa hampir 2 jam untuk mendaftar masuk, yang agak mengecewakan tetapi kami datang pada waktu yang sangat sibuk semasa COVID jadi mungkin hanya sibuk. Saya akan mengesyorkan tempat ini walaupun, ia indah.

Staff are very kind and helpful. Hotel feels very old, as well its facilities. GYM has prehistorical equipments. For the level of the whole island. It is accepted, as i checked out from 2 different hotels the same day.

Very private resort, suitable for those who needed to relax and to stay in the peaceful environment. The room was clean, and it’s pretty convenience to access the pool. Clothe rack was also provided on the balcony, so there’s no need to worry about the wet clothes. Breakfast was okay but not so much variety of food to select. However, the overall was great. It was a wonderful vacation staying there.

Some stunning views around the hotel grounds but it’s not really a resort. Sure, it’s a big hotel but there is no entertainment or things to do within the hotel. There is a beach and small pool but no night time shows, no daytime activities. Room was average, not bad but not wow. Definitely not worth the price as it seemed to be built quite an old time ago and just refurnished every now and then. Room had AC which is good. Location of the hotel was ok as it was close to a Lotus shop and a small high street, this wasn’t a far walk. There are wider issues with the island itself but for as much as the hotel can do, it has done. Staff are lovely and so kind and helpful. Overall there definitely needs to be an overhaul on the entertainment side. Most resorts have a dedicated entertainment/animation team that are responsible for putting on shows, planning activities and overall improving guest satisfaction.

Nice beaches, perfect for sunset watching. A bit disappointed with thai food menu in BF but good thing is they offer fresh made Thai tea glass by glass

(Check in 29/05/2024) Compliment: Reception ดีมาก โดยเฉพาะวันที่2 (30/05/2024) น้องที่ใส่แว่นตัวเล็กๆน่ารักมาก ถามเรื่องสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว very helpful ข้อแย่: พนักงานที่ seabreeze restaurant ตอนเย็น สั่งแค่น้ำเปล่า น้ำแข็ง และโซดา รอนานมาก(มากกว่าครึ่งชั่วโมง) อาหารก็รอนาน ไม่ได้มีแขกจำนวนมากเลย แล้วถ้าวันไหน มีแขกมาก ไม่รอเป็นชั่วโมงเลยหรือครึ่งวัน ตอน check out (31/05/2024) พนักงาน reception ผู้ชายใส่แว่น ไม่ทราบว่ามีปัญหาอะไรเป็นใบ้หรือมีปัญหาทางด้านการสื่อสารเพราะไม่ทักทายหรือพูดคุยกับลูกค้า ไม่แม้กระทั่งยิ้มแย้ม คือโอเคมั้ย!? คุณเป็น reception ของโรงแรม the first point of contact of your resort....do you think it's acceptable? How disappointing that we chose your resort.

Nothing to complain about the hospitality and food quality. We stayed two nights at Centara but quite unexpectedly we got flea bites all over on the second morning. Fortunately we didn’t need to stay for another night.

Very relaxing staff. Location of resort is right on the beach front. Room was great. Breakfast was delicious.

We loved the pool and the beach was nice. People were nice and polite, the resort was very green and felt very tropical, with many palm trees. Amazing sunsets can be enjoyed from the beach, pool and the bar! On the con side, the food wasn’t great - e.g. undercooked red chicken, too sweet mango rice cake etc. Surprisingly bad food for Thailand. Breakfast was slightly better. Room cleaners didn’t really clean bathtubs, nor replace stuff provided for free in the toilet, collect dirty plates from the room. AC was the central one - pretty loud, and those sensitive wouldn’t find the bed or pillows comfortable. Overall, it was OK, but I wouldn’t go back.

We are really enjoyed while stay there. One of the reasons that our holiday was perfect is the hotel. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. We stay at premium deluxe room and it's very large and clean. We will definitely go back.

Great resort, bungalows are spaced out. Good garden, staff, and food, especially the breakfast.

I fell in love with Centara Koh Chang. It is a beautiful, tranquil resort with friendly and hospitable staff. The grounds and gardens are lovely and carefully maintained. The best place to kick back and relax. The highlight was that it is located directly opposite the elephants. Visiting and feeding the elephants daily was an unforgettable experience.

It was wonderful stay. A beautiful resort. Amazing breakfest (The Best one of all hotels we stayed). The Access to The pool and beach was perfect. The staff was very helpful and kind. we will come back for sure:)

Although the hotel a bit old, but this place still has some charm: hotel surrounded by beautiful nature. Price for accommodation was cheap, staff were friendly and attentive. Nice breakfast with good choices of food.
