Hotel dengan Sarapan pagi di Koh Ngai

Having seen the previous review before travelled I wanted to reassure any future visitors… this place is paradise. I went with lowish expectations at a high season price but knew that Koh Ngai was worth the risk having passed by in 2006 returning from Koh Mook. I am so glad we ventured back and took our teenage kids! We are now in Koh Lanta wishing we had stayed longer! Rooms are simple, a little dated, but are clean and have everything you need including aircon and more importantly views to die for and traditional Thai bungalow style. Beds are hard, and you are virtually sleeping in nature so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as the birds and insect dawn chorus got a few choice words from the teenagers. Views are to die for as is the resort. Ignore the previous review about the dirty pool… it’s a natural stone finish which blends perfectly with its surroundings and is cleaned daily at dawn. The beach and sea… well having travelled around most of Thailand I confirm that they are is unbeatable. Do not go to Koh Lanta or Krabi and not venture down to the Trang islands… they are unmissable. Restaurant food pretty good. Breakfast simple but excellent panckaes and omelette station and decent coffee. Chom View restaurant best food on the island and BMH for cocktails as the sunsets behind you on the other side of the island were excellent. Yes everything is a little more pricey however drinks no more expensive than Koh Lanta.

Just wonderful. Outstandingly beautiful location. We loved: The welcome from our longtail and help from the staff to take our luggage to shore. Free kayaks and snorkel gear...and water! Spacious bathrooms Interesting wildlife including tucans...hermit crabs...lizards Dive man!!! Took our 11 year old for first dive Fabulous chef...utterly wonderful food. First class Great waiters Comfy beds Child friendly and felt safe

Spędziliśmy kilka dni mieszkając w pokoju typu superior. Pokoje superior położone są na lekkim wzniesieniu, ale warto zrobić kilka krokòw pod gòrę, ponieważ dają więcej prywatności niż te w dolnej części (nawet te o wyższym standardzie) i mają lepszy widok (poza najdroższymi willami). Sam domek miał już trochę lat, ale był przestronny i czysty. Na minus dosyć głośny klimatyzator na tarasie. Śniadania bez rewelacji, ale to raczej standard w tajskich hotelach. Natomiast potrawy z karty bardzo smaczne. Położenie oczywiście rewelacyjne. Koh Ngai jest kameralną, piękną rajską wyspą. Zrobiła na mnie największe wrażenie z odwiedzonych do tej pory miejsc w Tajlandii. Warto spędzić tam kilka dni odcinając się od cywilizacji. Ceny na Koh Ngai wysokie (jak na Tajlandię), ale wiadomo - im mniejsza wyspa tym drożej:)
