Excellent location. Very nice service. Friendly and helpful staff. The room is comfortable and we were luck to get an upgrade to a room with a balcony facing Gran Via. The hotel design is avante grade whichbis a plus for those who apprexiate this architectura nstyle.

very good location, if you want to stay in the very center of Madrid, this will be the best choice. the rooftop bar also great, and staff were friendly.

Great location at gran via. Supermarket is just 1 minute opposite hotel. A lot of shops and restaurants around. El corte engles shopping mall 2 minute away. Taxi always stops in front of hotel, and next to a metro station. Room is austria view is nice. Shower water temperature is good. Bed is comfortable. Rooftop bar is nice.

Chose this because of the location, and it had high reviews. However, the general cleanliness of the room is not great. The towels in the bathroom look like it was used and had lumps of grey dust on it. The mattress had a piece of hair. Besides, the lifts can be accessed by anyone so security feels inadequate.

Hotel was very clean. Location was amazing in the city centre close to all the shops. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

不錯的酒店，出門右邊就是地鐵。出門左側就是西西班牙廣場。右側再右直行就是太陽廣場等等總之出門左右兩次步行都能到達景點。可以和前台要熱水壺。需要自帶拖鞋。住了兩天。下次再去馬德里還會選擇入住的

Отель находится на центральной улице Мадрида, рядом магазины, кафе, театры, все в пешей доступности. Метро в шаге от гостиницы. Вежливый и доброжелательный персонал. Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак с прекрасным видом из окон ресторана.
