Ulasan Power Beach Resort

A total nightmare! The location is not the one that you find on internet next to the Harmony beach, but it’s 15m walk from there. The room was totally different from the pictures on the site, so we kindly asked the hotel to change it, after 30m they finally decided to give us another option, so we tried to sleep for the night but the night time was a complete disaster, animals in the bathroom (100 cockroach and snake in the toilet) the beds were not clean, the staff unprepared. We are 3 female travelers and there were other hosts (50years old man) disturbing us. We run away after the first night. I would not recommend.

Koh Phangan is filled with villas and bungalows on the beach. What the Relax Resort doesn’t hAve in amenities, it makes up for in location. The beach front bungalows are just $20 a night here, which is cheaper than just about everywhere else.

Lo peor que he visto nunca. Una chabola horrible. Carísimo y ningún servicio, Las fotos serán de hace tiempo. No tiene mantenimiento desde hace años. El colchón sucio y de muelles que se invocaban. En el baño salen cucarachas grandes y arañas. Las instalaciones pésimas, sucio y desagradable.

The photos are very misleading, there is more than one resort shown. We stayed at Relax Beach Resort. It's dirty ( rubbish behind units) unit serviced once every 8 days. Most units don't have a kitchen so you would need to eat out. It does have a shared " kitchen", that's what they call it Not somewhere I could recommend not would I stay again.

I stayed in this resort with my family for one month but unfortunately we didn't enjoy the staying in this place: Old and unrenovated rooms, Dirty and old air conditioning; Plastic burned every night; Broken Ethernit everywhere on the resort. Not to mention the dislike and rudeness of some people. From my experience quality/price is totally disappropriate as the resort it's old and the service is lacking. Furthermore, I recommend, if by chance you have to book in this place, take photos of the things already broken in the room at the time of check-in, in order to avoid being told that you have broken something without having done so. Mine doesn't want to be a controversy or revenge but it seemed right to let people know what they are about to book!
