Overall the hotel was nice but in several point not what we expected: We booked a „villa with sea view“. There was no sea view at the villa that was assigned to us. You couldn’t see the sea neither from within the villa nor from the pool nor from the sun beds nor from the outside bath tub. The only way to see a glimpse of the sea was to stand up on a certain spot on the terrace. That’s not what we expected from a room advertised as „with sea view“ and the (trip.com) booking page also suggested otherwise. When we complained, we got assigned another villa where we could see the sea partly. Thank you for that. However, the manager told us that the photos from the booking page were in fact another villa. But it's not my responsibility to make sure that the photos and pictures provided on booking pages are correct. The hotel has to take care of that! This holds also true for the next issue: The gym was closed due to renovation. In the booking process, they advertised a huge fitness center with lots of machines. Now it’s shut down and we did not get any information about this. The „mini gym“, which does not even have at least one multi exercise machine, is nothing but a bad joke and no replacement at all for a proper gym! Again the staff told us they would inform about this on their website. When I checked that, I still found the photos of the large gym on their own website. It was just called ”mini gym”. But how am I supposed to know what they mean by that and that the provided photos are no longer correct??

Good location and nice, helpful staff. Convenient for exploring the island. Clean room and easy check in . Stayed here for a few days to explore the area. Close to a nice beach and local shops. Would stay again Good price and easy to book

A reasonable hotel, centrally located near the Full Moon Party Beach offering a pool and massage services. Reasonable breakfast, lots of flies, hot, not so clean, the bedroom was outdated, the air conditioner barely worked and was not particularly clean. I would not return to this hotel.

La struttura è bellissima ed il paesaggio soprattutto al tramonto è meraviglioso, il letto era comodissimo e la quiete serale era da sogno! Come mi manca.... Due appunti però vanno fatti: 1 solo asciugamano per persona è davvero poco. Ho i capelli lunghi ed uscita dalla doccia non avevo un altro asciugamano per raccoglierli. Purtroppo ho.dimenticato il mio accappatoio a casa pertanto dovevo usare quello della piscina. Ne ho chiesto un secondo ma il giorno seguente non mi è più stato rimesso ed avendomi detto che ne danno solo 1 non ho più chiesto ma era davvero scomodo. Inoltre sostituiranno solo 1 asciugamano ad ospite e l'altro no. Avere l'asciugamano bagnato il giorno dopo non va bene, non mi è mai successo. La piscina quando siamo arrivati era in uno stato pietoso. L'acqua era verde, sporca e disgustosa. Abbiamo aspettato per vedere se qualcuno avrebbe pulito ma il giorno seguente ancora nulla. Abbiamo fatto presente la cosa in reception, hanno dato una semi pulita ma non era ancora a posto. Il terzo giorno finalmente siamo riusciti ad usarla ma su 4 giorni, 2 l'abbiamo solo guardata e non va bene. C'è il mare ma vista la presenza di cubo meduse letali nella stagione delle piogge, non rischio la vita e preferisco la piscina visto che le uniche reti di protezione contro le meduse sono ad haad rin. Non c'è l'enoteca come in foto ma data l'isola abbiamo compreso il perchè. Se avessimo avuto modo di parlare con il proprietario avremo detto tutto di persona ma magari sarà per un'altra volta perché è un posto favoloso e torneremo sicuramente! La colazione non era male ma poca scelta per vegani.

Hired a truck/taxi from the pier to take us to the hotel but he drove like a complete psycho and then dropped us off at the resort before. Not a huge deal but we didn't notice until he'd gone and had to walk around, dragging our huge luggage around trying to find the correct resort. Would recommend organizing the hotel shuttle if possible. Front desk staff were always friendly to us, as well as the golf cart driver who drove us and our luggage to our unit and showed us around the room and how to use everything. Room was nice, clean and quiet except when the maintenance crew sat on our front deck area chatting at 7:45am one morning :) Pool was big, cool and clean. Only recommendation is more attention being paid to random people from nearby resorts and hostels taking up the lounge chairs around it when they aren't even staying there. Restaurant staff were attentive and friendly and the food was good. The way some of the guests treated the staff was shocking. They couldn't have been more demanding and rude which the poor staff didn't deserve. Best viewpoint restaurant/bar we only found the day before we left unfortunately but it had the most AMAZING views. Was the 420 Bar/360 Viewpoint that is accessed at the end of the road, near the main road. It's a bit far out of any busy area so you're limited to the on-site restaurant or the few that are a short walk away. We liked the Big O the best out of all of them. There is also a family run mart that seemed to have the best prices for things and we used the most. It was the one with the counter top made up of tons of different currencies. He was missing CAD so we gave him a $5 bill and a $1 Loonie. Hopefully he got them added to his collection.

We booked as it was close to KBA kitesurfing and it was a great find. We had a bungalow on the beach with a veranda overlooking the restaurant/bar and beach. The room was everything we needed, the big steps down to the bathroom can be a little challenging in the dark at night. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the loungers on the beach are great to hangout and chill. There is a restaurant on site but also plenty of places to walk to or short ride on a motorbike

Amazing place with great view. The staff is just the best I’ve ever seen, we became great friends. The room was very nice and clean, Wi-Fi router was present inside the room, the speed was great too. Utopia on Phangan is strait up legendary, you will not be disappointed. Make sure you ask every question to the staff, they will help you with any problem, I’ve never seen such dedication. One of the best places to get familiar with the island, as it’s quite and has everything you need.

This was the best hotel I stayed in Koh Phangan. Bryan in reception is AMAZING. This man deserves a raise. He really went above and beyond to help me get back a pair of shoes I left in a taxi. All of the staff was wonderful, especially the hard-working guys in the restaurant. Koko greeted me each morning at breakfast with my coconut coffee. I had the best massage and facial at the spa with Lin. I’ve been dreaming about it ever since I left! I stayed in the beachfront villa which was perfect. I loved being able to walk straight out the door (climbing over the rocks) and into the sea. Watching the sunset each night was beautiful. It’s an easy walk to shops and restaurants nearby if you don’t rent a scooter. This section of beach is very peaceful. I’m looking forward to staying here again!

The room is clean and nicely decorated in a nature theme, especially the bathroom with the stone floor and walls. The beach area of the hotel is a little bit small compared to the neighboring hotels but still good. But what convinced me most of all is the service. The hotel staff is super nice and very helpful with everything you need. The hotel area is pretty big so there is a cart service that can pick you up at your hotel room and drive you out to the entrance (or beach, pool, …). Very convenient because the street with all the restaurants is right outside the entrance (and a 7-eleven right across the entrance). So all in all a very pleasant experience and i would definitely stay there again.
