Hotel dengan WiFi di Koh Samet

First, I chose Koh Samet because I asked a local Thailand friend which island has not been overdeveloped since my early days coming to Thailand in the 1990s. His response was ”head to Koh Samet”. I looked for a value hotel on one of the more southern, less developed beaches which led me to Wong Duean Bay and the Vongdeuan Resort. The pool was a big draw. With the low tide being pretty extreme, it is really nice to have the salt water pool to cool off in and swim laps. The food seemed pretty authentic to me. With mainly Thai visitors coming in on the weekends it figures the food would be good at the Vongdeuan Resort. :) The staff were wonderful and always so fun to share a story or two with. The beach area all along the bay was extremely clean with no plastic on the beach or garbage in the water. This is a big plus when going to the shore in SE Asian countries. There are several beach restaurants but none of them had loud music, at least during the weekdays when I was there. It is definitely a sleepy and peaceful place to enjoy the water at high tide as well as the white sand beach for walks.

Удобное расположение. Практически в центре острова. Вроде бы в отдалении от шумного торгового центра, но в шаговой доступности. Вроде бы и не на пляже, но он рядом через дорогу. В номерах и в самом отеле есть всё необходимое для отдыха (включая бесплатные сапы, коврики и пляжные полотенца). К бесплатной воде в номере, бонусом идут снеки и сок в коробочках (обновляются ежедневно при уборке). Отзывчивое отношение хозяев к постояльцам. Завтраки могут показаться однообразными, но горячее под заказ и его несколько видов. Плюс наличие кофемашины на завтрак - редкость для отелей ЮВА последнего времени. При отеле есть небольшой магазин. Правда работает до 7 часов вечера и цены чуть повыше, чем в ”7/11”, но очень удобно что под рукой, в условиях острова.

Right in front of the beautiful beach, which has sand as soft as corn starch and many restaurants. The restaurant Winkk has live band and a fire show which is like watching fireworks. The cafe also has fancy drinks. The hotel rooms are mainly bungalows which are bit small but not bad.

I dont know how this place is when its more people here and no covid situation but at this time I love this place. Clean beUtiful beach with a nice home reef just outside. There are just enough sunchairs so the beach does not feel cluttered. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. You can borrow both snorkeling gear and kayaks. The food in the restaurant tastes great and just a small walk away is a minimart and a bigger beach with more restaurants and bars. The rooms are clean and well kept. There are also alot of small details that Inreally love they thought about like a flashlight in every room if you want to go out when its dark. Hairbands for the forgetfull girlfriend in the free toiletrees. A beachbag marked with your roomnumberbto bring stuff in to the beach. I warmly recomend this place. Clean friendly and relaxing. I will gladly come back.

This is a very nice accommodation , consisting of a a main open alley with rooms on each side of the hall way , there is a reception area which sell drinks and at the end of the short alleyway there is a lovely cafe which sell fruit, coffees, smoothies , juices , and croissants and various toasts topped with fruit etc and they sell a nice burger and chips also, this is on the beach with loungers and bean bags and other options if you want to stay off the sand , some of the staff are friendly and smiley and some are not. the rooms are cleaned when requested no problem just leave your key at reception, the location is ideal , 5 minute walk to 7/11 and the village , I have to say this accommodation is idyllic with its thatch roofs and minimalistic style , I loved it here and I will stay here again , the only negative I had about the place is they didn’t clean the rubbish from the beach , the beach is the reason we go here … only 1 or 2 businesses on this beach clean the rubbish regularly , all the others do not clean up and it is unsightly , all the businesses on this island should all make sure it is clean all of the time .

I was in Vietnam and Thailand on business, had been to this place back in December 2022 with my wife and daughter, so it was the perfect place to come for the weekend. Got a taxi from Anantara riverside resort and spa in Bangkok Saturday lunchtime to the Resort Ai Prao Pier at Rayong, 2500 thb, caught the 4pm hotel boat 660 thb for return trip. Dropped off in Ao Prao bay directly at the hotel. It makes you feel like James Bond. “Biw” greeted me like long lost friend, these are the sort of touches that make a difference to me. my cottage was 706 on the highest level with views over rooftops of cottages below and the sea. On Saturday night I eat at Kerala Coco next door, BBQ night with fire show, delicious and thrilling. the hotel has a pizza oven so I had pizza twice, the second one was a mixed seafood with huge prawns and scallops. The rooms are big, big comfortable bed, good air con, large shower, veranda with chairs and tables if you wish to watch the sunsets from there. if you have thought of going to ko samet and worry about the cost and hassle then think again, it’s super easy, wish I could have stayed for a week. I write this after catching the 3pm boat back to Rayong in the taxi.

Чистый номер. Большая ванная комната. Отзывчивый персонал. Бюджетный вариант, для тех кому не важно наличие моря сразу у отеля. У каждого номера есть небольшая терраса со столиком и стульями. Один из немногих отелей на Самеде, в котором есть трёхместные номера.

Tidak banyak jenis sarapan pagi, tetapi ia sangat lazat Bidang yang perlu diperbaiki: 1. Kolam renang terlalu kecil. Terdapat platform yang besar di kolam renang yang kecil itu. Ia sepatutnya digunakan untuk tetamu duduk di kolam, tetapi ia akan bertemu dengannya untuk perenang. 2. Airnya bersih tetapi tidak sesuai untuk berenang. Batu di dalamnya bukanlah batu biasa. Mereka adalah terumbu yang sangat tajam. Kaki saya tercalar. Walaupun mereka tidak patah, mereka sangat menyakitkan. Jika anda hanya melihat laut dan menikmati keselesaan, persekitaran dan harga ini sangat menjimatkan

A little expensive.. But worth it. Great service from the staff. Well kept rooms and a great little pool for the kids. The breakfast was the best I've had on Samed for 20 years. The rooms very new and comfortable. They could improve by having satellite TV, but we are not there to watch the TV. Also they could buy some beach space for guests, but personally letting the kids swim km the pool, sand free, was better. Very close to eating areas but secluded enough to be romantic. The best resort in the area. We'll done guys.
