Hotel berhampiran Alibaba di Koh Samui

The large hotel has modern and very clean rooms and a very good room service. The TV in my room did not work. The swimming pool is very nice but unfortunately there is no gym available. You can rent a motorbike there for 300 baht per day (quite expensive) but unfortunately the staff there is not easy to reach when you wanna return the bike. You can park the bike at the nearby Central shopping mall which is quite complicated because the parking space is very narrow. All in all I would recommend the hotel!

Best experience with our private pool room suite Room is so spacious and with your own infinity pool overlooking the ocean it is just magical and mystical Th staff are absolutely welcoming and go over and beyond to help you have the best stay Although communication isn’t the best they try to understand and accommodate your personal preferences Cannot name all the staff there but all of them from the main boss down to security guard just will do everything to make you happy A mention to Mr Joe, he always was there to help us enjoy our stay and even gave us a personal tour to our wonderful buffet seafood dinner, thanks Joe Also San and Joe for our special anniversary dinner which you designed so we could have it on the beach which almost didn’t happen because of the weather The girls in restaurant and the top chef making our meals All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay most memorable Thank you all for your welcoming arms We wish you all good health hope to see you all again Angela and Bill Mihalakis room 108

Была на Пхукете в далеком 2014. безумно понравился Тай! Влюбилась. после Индонезии с подругой решили все же поехать в Таиланд! но теперь через Пхукет на Самуи и Панган! что ж ! 6 лет прошло! а тай изменился. Пхукет стал дико руссским, бездушным,никаким. туристическим одним словом! благо был всего 1 день и мы на утро стартанули на Самуи. ехать с Пхукета минимум 5 часов по скучной дороге. ждать паром час. и плыть мин 40. и вот мы на Самуи! едем еще час до отеля по бездорожью.. ну в целом, первые впечатления, че то не то( приехали в отель. Здрасьте приехали. номер без балкона.... дышать нечем.. душно. в номере пахнет могнолией(ненавижу ее) утро.. завтрак. так себе. но голодным не останетесь. кофе на любой вкус. горячее, салаты. из фруктов арбуз вкусный и дыня не ок).. ну все. и да. русских 80%. будьте готовы! Тагил ждет вас))) другое дело остров Панган.. но это уже совсем др история.)

1. Had 2 separate bookings and requested them to make it a back-to-back reservation so I have the same room throughout my stay. Had informed them prior to arrival (assured me it’s done), had to request and remind again upon check in (apparently wasn’t done). Came by the front desk to check on it a day before my 2nd booking (it wasn’t done yet again!). The next day, my key wasn’t working as it wasn’t programmed for my entire stay. They gave me a bogus reason that I need to check in again when I was assured everything was resolved on 3 occasions! 2. Requested for late check out and was told to check again on the eve of my departure. Checked on the eve of my departure, to only be rejected for late check out. Was repeatedly told to keep my luggage at 12pm when I was trying to reason with them. We know we can leave our luggage like any other hotel but didn’t want to. Hence, the late check out. The staff should be able to see the occupancy forecasts and manage my expectations upon check in and not disappoint me on a later day. 3. Shared my negative experience and after some empathetic requests (I didn’t want any monetary service recovery), was given an extra hour for late check out. They said that’s the best they can do. 4. Make sure to lock all your valuables in the safe. Housekeeping left my door ajar after make up room. I only found out when I returned at night! 5. Nice beach bar but basic cocktails. The minimum spent for a sofa/bed is ridiculously high. So visit other beach bars with better service and cocktails. 6. To all that’s reading this, don’t expect any empathy and assistance from this hotel. Don’t make any request! They can’t resolve them! I gave them 2 stars for the below. Positives: 1. Location is okay, quiet area with some stores and restaurants 2. Staff was friendly and pool is warm to dip 3. Breakfast acceptable.

Great Boutique hotel in Chaweng. Excellent value. The room were sparking clean and has everything one needs including beach towels and umbrellas. There is a pool but not gym which is fine. It is centrally located. The breakfast is OK but sufficient. Had a quick dinner meal one night since it was raining and had a long day and did not want to venture out to the many restaurants in the area. There was no one else so we did not have high expectations but the meals were excellent and my friend raved about the drink he got. The entire staff were excellent and so kind. Front desk were efficient and warm. The concierge had GREAT recommendations on tours. We took all the ones she recommended and were not disappointed. This part of Chaweng beach is OK. Not a swimmers beach, more of a just a dip in the ocean place. I was not able to take advantage of the Kayak but did that anyway on one of the tours we took. I love Samui and will definitely return and if staying in Chaweng will definitely want to be at The Stay again.

We had a beach bungalow (737) and it was absolutely amazing, it was right on the beach front a few steps away from the sand, bed was comfy the tv was good and the air con was efficient and kept us cool of a night time. You can just sit on the terrace and stare out onto the gorgeous beach with crystal clear water. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and really went above and beyond for my 21st birthday and done the room up and made me a cake. They was very friendly and polite and always made an effort to speak to you as you passed them. The food was good especially for free. The location was very good as you had the peace and quiet of an essentially private beach in a quiet area but down the road a 400 baht return taxi ride away was chaweng (central samui) which was very lively and had a lot of resteraunts and bars. Overall a faultless stay and I’d recommend this hotel to anybody.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. But for the first time since the pandemic. Its main advantage is access to the private beach of Chaweng Noi and the infrastructure of the First family hotels. The hotel itself consists of several buildings with an average pool. The room has everything you need to relax. Because the hotel had just opened, there were only a couple of guests, breakfast, which was included, was served to us personally or in the room or on the terrace of the floor. Everything is delicious and quite varied. Checked in earlier without additional charges and discharged later without additional charges. I really don't want to write anything bad about this hotel. The staff works very hard and it shows. During the pandemic, the entire infrastructure of Koh Samui was badly damaged. They just recently opened. Access to the beach by the bridge (this is the only way to get there) was permanently closed. I had to ask the front desk to open it every time. Or go through First Boongalo and prove that you are on the same network. The pool is not cleaned, because there are no guests. Rooms are a bit old. They tried to freshen up, painted, but it does not help, because the furniture is the same ancient and plumbing too. Everything leaks and looks unreliable. Especially need to change all bedding. Very old pillowcases, bedspreads stained and stained. Loud air conditioning, in which it is difficult to set the temperature, but after a while you get used to the noise.

When we arrived at Ko Samui airport, the transfer service from the hotel worked perfectly. We received a very warm welcome at the hotel and were given our room straight away. The room (Grand Deluxe Room) far exceeded our expectations. It's less of a room and more of a small apartment without a kitchen. The hotel complex is absolutely paradisiacal. Lots of beautiful plants and very well maintained. The beach was amazing, the most beautiful beach we have seen on Ko Samui (we explored the whole island by motorbike that we also rent from the hotel). The sea - turquoise blue clear water. The great thing is that it is a private beach so only accessible to hotel guests and therefore not overcrowded. The food was fantastic. There is a very large selection and there really is something for everyone. The pool area directly on the beach with an included pool bar is very beautiful. And the cleanliness of the whole hotel was excellent. What particularly impressed us and what we have never experienced on our many trips... was the warmth and friendliness of all the staff. Everyone was always helpful, funny and good organized. Friendships developed in this short time, for which we are very grateful. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for what you have done for us. You gave us a wonderful honeymoon and organized such a beautiful candlelight dinner that we will never forget in our lives. We stayed at Escape for one week in the middle of December in the economy apartment style rooms. Pros to our stay: We really enjoyed the KOB restaurant attached to Escape. A wide variety of breakfast options. Thai food was good and between 150-200 baht. Western food was great and between 150-300 baht. The pool is small, but nice. There is a nice view facing out toward the ocean. Escape has an easy access to the ocean and a short walk to neighboring beaches. There is a convenient store in the lobby for cheap drinks and snacks. Cons: The walls of the rooms are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors talking, fighting, and then making up. If you are like me and my girlfriend and you want to suntan, there are limited spaces by the pool. There are a lot of trees over the lounge chairs that block the sun. It is hard to leave escape. It is about a 20 minute uphill walk to the main road. Scooters are not always available to rent. We would stay at Escape again, but in a bungalow style room for more privacy.
