Very good family hotel

酒店品質差得一塌胡塗，臟臭舊，全部佔了，酒店裡的蟲子一會在沙發一會在床上，我朋友睡覺的時候還有一個小的蟲子鑽進了耳朵 ，廁所下水臭的進不去人。我再住這一晚上就瘋了，還有就是根本沒服務根本沒服務，私人開的名宿。最後歡迎入住人來到蟲谷！

房間真的又大又舒服，管家和阿姨都很好！景色一絕，出行離查文和春蒙都很近，離機場也很近，下次還會去！就是沒有中文服務，其他都很好！

首先，必須説這個服務真的，我給200分。從下飛機開始，我們的管家BALL就為我們很科學的規劃了行程和安排。讓我們不辦入住也可以有事做有地方去。然後酒店本身是管家式服務，基本上就是你要喝一杯咖啡可樂果汁都給你遞到手裡那種。點餐也很方便，不算貴，但是非常好吃，廚師會到別墅來做。然後環境不用説，整個泳池很大，而且設計很合理，拍照無敵好看。然後一樓功能很完善。spa也可以到房間做。唯一的我的遺憾是，我的戒指丟了，我其實不願意相信是酒店的人拿的，因為我提到報警他們很支持配合也很着急的給我找，翻垃圾桶。我想説的是，這裏沒有監控，所以自己還是鎖好房間。因為可能你的管家也不知道誰進過別墅。但願是被當成垃圾扔了而不是被拿了吧。不然我願意稱完美的體驗。很棒，晚上會有很多小壁虎。不過也不傷害人。關好門窗即可

如果你人多，需求是度假，不到處跑真的不錯的，性價比也不錯，遊游泳散散步自己做點吃的看看電視非常愜意，管家honey非常善於溝通解決問題，附近的anong 餐廳比那些網紅餐廳更適合中國人口味，吃了好幾頓，老闆也可以開車接送。

性價比極高的酒店，其他酒店一天兩千多，房間可能也就六七十平米的樣子，而薩穆嘉納是獨棟別墅，三百多平米，還有獨立泳池和餐廳，如果是兩家人或三家人一起出行，那絕對是絕佳的選擇！ 對於愛照相的朋友來説，也是不二選擇，無邊泳池永遠也不會有其他人打擾我們照相，頂層的觀景平台也是出大片的好地方！ 私密性也是絕佳的，酒店門口24小時保安，外面的車輛除了接送乘客，根本不能進入酒店。每棟別墅之間都有一定的距離，隔絕了所有的喧囂和嘈雜！ 如果非要挑出不足，可能就是酒店附近的海灘沙子沒有那麼細膩，對於愛挖沙子的小朋友會有一點點遺憾，但別墅能的獨立泳池完美的彌補了這個不足，利用泳池邊的遮陽傘，做好泳池的遮陽工作，就能小朋友盡情玩耍！ 酒店會有接送機服務，預訂完酒店，找攜程的管家溝通，會幫我們安排好接送機服務！如果到蘇梅島的航班過早，酒店會把乘客送到附近的商場或咖啡廳，要一直待到下午可以入住的時間，但要注意，機場到商場再回酒店是需要單獨收費的，可以讓攜程的管家幫忙溝通，不要這個行程，直接把我們送回酒店！ 細節方面各人覺得不可能完全按照五星級酒店去要求，因為平米數太大了，三百平米的別墅如果要求做到所有小細節都沒有，就太吹毛求疵了，當然了，別墅內的管家和廚師也會把我們照顧的很好，還會給我們提供一些蘇梅島上很好的餐廳和打卡地點！ 每個人的體驗都不一樣，也許有人喜歡也許有人不喜歡，沒關係，如果感興趣的朋友可以去這個別墅體驗一下，也許它給你的感受要比我的文字直觀！

很喜歡 寶寶玩得很開心

What a place ! We chose the SAMUJANA Villa for 3 couples (4 rooms available) with a private pool, a TV room and a gym. The Villa is already around 10 years old and you can tell it’s not new (two rooms were affected by water infiltrations). A part from that, we spend an amazing vacation especially thanks to the crew assigned to our Villa : Ruda was on point for everything and we were really lucky to have her, very kind, devoted and professional. It was the same for Yin ! Also, a van was available by request for outside trip and Ben was a really kind driver and helped us find beautiful places in Ko Samui. We were lucky to be there for the New Year’s Eve and we had an amazing view on the bay for the fireworks…! I heavily recommend this place !

Rebooked our Christmas vacation to accomodate 3 nights here as a family of 4. We stayed in 11A and despite some upkeep issues which the management responded to positively, it must be said that Samujana is a luxury apartment and not a hotel. I do not understand how 3 stars for michelin = exceptional stay can be awarded for the lack of facilities. The property is showing some signs of age. It poured for three consecutive days. No beach to use, an abandoned drink area with no attendant, no common facilities like workout area or pool, tennis court unusable for duration of stay, big gardens with no sports equipment etc. We hate watching TV on vacation, but given the lack of options, and the poor weather this is what we looked forward to most. Unfortunately, the weather made the internet spotty, and we looked forward to leaving the villa to explore restaurants on the island after being stuck all day in a most unusable paradise with not further options. Positive: House manager and attendant K Nan and Honey were terrific, landscape was beautiful, and infinity pool was great as well (even though not able to be enjoyed). For the amount we paid (although we were reminded we didn't pay high season prices) we are really disappointed. A stay's quality should not be determined entirely by weather. This was a once in a lifetime trip and fell very short. Hope the scene in White Lotus was worth it!

We had the fortune to stay here over October half term. The villa was outstanding & beyond our expectations. The amenities were incredible with a gym, cinema room & private infinity pool. The attentiveness of staff was only matched by the magnificent views out across the ocean. The location is perfect for exploring the island. A special thank you to Honey for making our stay extra special & looking after my family & I. I cannot fault the place - just incredible.

From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty We stayed in 11A . Two of the 3 bedrooms were superb however bedroom 3 was average. We had Sai and Patt assigned to us and they were fantastic Sai was amazing. Nothing was too hard for her. Her English was great and she organised everything for us. Whatever we wanted , she had it organised. I would recommend anyone to ask for her in their villa. We will be back

Returned to this little bit of paradise. Can’t stay away! Beautifully decorated and appointed villa 28. Stunning views and hospitality. The attentive staff are really efficient, delightful and so helpful, nothing ever too much trouble. Thank you Phorn and her team. The yoga was sublime, the massage options following use of the well equipped gym to die for and the cinema room fabulous . As if swimming in the beautiful infinity pool was not enough, a highlight was sundowners in the pool or sitting in the BBQ area chatting as another glorious day drew to a close ..

Amazing place amazing stuff and wonderful view. Breakfast excelant and so many options to select from. Pool larg and amazing. Rooms spacious and clean. Cooking class was very good we did enjoy our stay.

We had a fabulous stay at Samujana in Villa 19. A stunning pool with a fabulous outdoor space - both for dining and for lounging around. Such a beautiful villa - extremely well maintained and in very good quality. Billie and Jenny looked after all of our needs and were extremely professional and helpful. The villa was totally private. A great sound system so we could play music by the pool. We also loved our home cinema - somewhere cool to retreat too when the heat got too much for us. We will definitely come back and stay at Samujana again.
