Villa is good. Breakfast is in room cooking by servant but tbh those are so-so. Privacy is excellent. Suitable for families need quiet environment. The house keepers services level is not at a level we expect from some 5-star villa’s butler used to have. My daughter was fallen down from the stairs.  The stairs are designed next to swimming pool, some water do spilled over and she slipped. Hurt quite seriously as the stairs are built by rocks. Not saying it is related but seemingly we all need to be careful. Overall a fine villa and nice to stay. But next time I would probably find or try another one.

Very good family hotel

The hotel is of poor quality, dirty, smelly and old, all occupied. The bugs in the hotel are on the sofa and on the bed. When my friend was sleeping, a small bug got into his ear. The toilet was so smelly that people couldn't go in. I would go crazy if I stayed there for another night. There is no service at all. It is a privately owned inn. Finally, welcome to the Insect Valley!

The room is really big and comfortable, the housekeeper and auntie are very nice! The scenery is amazing, it is very close to Chaweng and Chunmeng, and also very close to the airport. I will go there again next time! There is just no Chinese service, everything else is very good!

First of all, I must say that this service is really good, I give it 200 points. From the moment we got off the plane, our butler BALL scientifically planned our itinerary and arrangements. Let us have something to do and somewhere to go without checking in. Then the hotel itself has a butler-style service, which basically means that if you want to drink a cup of coffee, cola and juice, they will hand it to you. Ordering food is also very convenient, not expensive, but very delicious, and the chef will come to the villa to cook it. Needless to say about the environment, the entire swimming pool is very large and well designed, making it incomparably beautiful when taking photos. Then the first floor is very functional. The spa can also be done in the room. My only regret is that I lost my ring. I actually don’t want to believe that someone from the hotel took it, because I mentioned calling the police and they were very supportive and cooperative and looked for it for me anxiously, searching through the trash can. What I want to say is that there is no surveillance here, so you should lock the room yourself. Because maybe your housekeeper doesn't know who has entered the villa. I hope it was thrown away as garbage instead of taken. Otherwise I would call it a perfect experience. It's great, there are lots of little geckos at night. But it's not harmful either. Just close the doors and windows

If you have a lot of people and want to take a vacation, it is really good not to run around, and the price/performance ratio is also good. It is very comfortable to swim, take a walk, cook something to eat and watch TV. The housekeeper Honey is very good at communicating and solving problems. The nearby anong restaurant is better than those Internet celebrity restaurants are more suitable for Chinese tastes. After several meals, the boss can also drive to pick you up.

A very cost-effective hotel. Other hotels cost more than 2,000 a day, and the room may only be 60 to 70 square meters. Samujana is a single-family villa with more than 300 square meters. There is also an independent swimming pool and restaurant. If you are traveling with two or three families, it is definitely an excellent choice! For friends who love to take pictures, it is also the best choice. The infinity pool will never be disturbed by other people to take pictures. The viewing platform on the top floor is also a good place to make blockbuster movies! The privacy is also excellent. There is 24-hour security at the entrance of the hotel. The vehicles outside are not allowed to enter the hotel except for picking up and dropping off passengers. There is a certain distance between each villa, which isolates all the hustle and bustle! If you have to pick out the shortcomings, it may be that the sand on the beach near the hotel is not so fine. It will be a little regretful for children who love to dig sand, but the independent swimming pool of the villa can perfectly make up for this deficiency. Use the umbrellas by the pool and do a good job of shading the pool, so that children can play to their heart's content! The hotel will have a pick-up and drop-off service. After booking the hotel, communicate with the butler of Ctrip, and they will help us arrange the pick-up and drop-off service! If the flight to Koh Samui is too early, the hotel will send the passengers to a nearby shopping mall or coffee shop and stay until the afternoon when you can check in. However, it should be noted that there is a separate charge from the airport to the shopping mall and back to the hotel. You can ask Ctrip's butler to help communicate. Don't take this itinerary and send us back to the hotel directly! In terms of details, everyone feels that it is impossible to fully follow the requirements of a five-star hotel, because the square meter is too large. If a villa of 300 square meters is required to have all the small details, it will be too picky. Of course, the housekeeper and chef in the villa will take good care of us and provide us with some good restaurants and check-in locations on Koh Samui! Everyone's experience is different, maybe some people like it, some people don't like it, it doesn't matter, if you are interested, you can go to this villa to experience it, maybe it gives you a more intuitive feeling than my words!

From the moment we arrived at samujana villa Jacinta, we were absolutely blown away. This place is nothing short of spectacular – from the panoramic ocean views to the elegant architecture, every detail is designed to impress and provide the ultimate in luxury and comfort. The villa itself is incredibly spacious and beautifully maintained, with stunning design elements that perfectly blend indoor and outdoor living. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was our favorite spot – perfect for a morning swim or a sunset cocktail. The staff were exceptional – attentive, discreet, and always ready to go the extra mile to make our stay memorable. From arranging in-villa meals to organizing day trips and spa services, they made everything effortless. We especially loved the private cinema room and the fully equipped kitchen, which made it feel like a true home away from home (a very glamorous home). Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, Villa Jacinta offers the perfect mix of relaxation, privacy, and high-end amenities. Can’t recommend this place enough – we’re already planning our return trip. If you’re looking for luxury on Koh Samui, this is it.

We were extremely disappointed with the property. Besides the pool area, everything in the villa was very dated and not well maintained. Vegetarian breakfast was very limited, and it was either noodles or fried rice every day. More options would have been great.

We had an amazing week at Samujana, staying in villa 3. The villa’s are perfect in every way, very spacious, spectacular views and unbelievable service. Ruda the villa’s manager, ably supported by Khing, could not have been more helpful…from amazing cooked breakfasts, great recommendations, and flawlessly keeping the villa running while we were there. Nothing was too much to ask, one guest with a nut allergy had his meals specially prepared and when it rained massages and manicures were on hand in the villa.

Excellent stay and great hospitality:) the breakfast served was very tasty and the carers were wonderful. Every detail was taken care of. The swimming pool is of a good length and the family enjoyed swimming.

We had a wonderful time at Samujana villa 27. There are not really any negative points, just minor details that I think they can change to improve their service even more. So before I start with me being a little perfectionist, I want to say that it was very close to perfection. The villa was very spacious, neat and we enjoyed staying there so much. Our villa host Na did a wonderful job at making us feel at home. The only feedback I have consists of a few things that I think they should change to make it even nicer for guests to stay and really get that 5 star hotel feeling which most guest desire. First of all, it would be nice to include a fresh bottle of water with the turndown service for every guest. This was not done and it was ‘annoying’ to wake up with a dry mouth in the middle of the night without water. And secondly, the management should consider making the villas an all inclusive experience when it comes to mini bars and breakfasts. This eliminates the little bills I was asked to sign every day. They annoyed me a bit to be honest. I did not understand the breakfast formula. Continental breakfast was included but if I wanted an omelette I had to pay extra (and sign another bill). Same with drinks, water was included but coke and beers were not? It is better to make all of this inclusive. Increase the day rate if you must, but we do not want to be bothered with these little bills. For the larger lunches and diners I understand it. Those are the only two things that I think would improve the experience even further. And that is me just looking fot details to improve upon. For the rest it was really a 10/10. Such a nice holiday!

What a place ! We chose the SAMUJANA Villa for 3 couples (4 rooms available) with a private pool, a TV room and a gym. The Villa is already around 10 years old and you can tell it’s not new (two rooms were affected by water infiltrations). A part from that, we spend an amazing vacation especially thanks to the crew assigned to our Villa : Ruda was on point for everything and we were really lucky to have her, very kind, devoted and professional. It was the same for Yin ! Also, a van was available by request for outside trip and Ben was a really kind driver and helped us find beautiful places in Ko Samui. We were lucky to be there for the New Year’s Eve and we had an amazing view on the bay for the fireworks…! I heavily recommend this place !
