"Our stay at the Sarann was unforgettable! Our room was so big and luxurious we were stunned- it had a jacuzzi bath in the bathroom and a jacuzzi hot tub on the patio! The room had a massive bed, seating area and closet, and of course it had AC and hot water! The views from the restaurant and pool are STUNNING, and the beach is right on the door step that gives you access to more bars and restaurants and also water sports! We ate at the resort restaurant every night with endless menu options to choose from all being delicious and reasonably priced! All the staff were so kind and friendly and always making sure you have everything you need! The reception staff also spoke good English! Overall our stay at the Sarann was excellent and I would definitely stay here again!!"

"The furniture design in the room had flaws. Photo 1 shows the foot of the bed, where the wooden corners were extremely sharp. My family of three all ended up with scratches or bumps from these corners. If you have young children, this truly poses a significant safety hazard. Photo 2 shows the washbasin, which was very shallow, and the faucet wasn't splash-proof, so water splashed everywhere as soon as it was turned on. The hotel is massive, and you need to call an electric buggy to get around. Upon arrival, the young lady who helped us with check-in was very sweet and spoke excellent Chinese; my first impression was initially very good. However, we waited almost an hour for our room in a very large lounge near the beach. There was also construction going on near our room. In the afternoon, while resting in the room, the power went out a few times, but it was quickly restored each time. When we went out for dinner in the evening, I informed the hotel about these issues, and they said they would send someone to check. Who knew that evening, while I was showering, the power suddenly went out again and lasted for about 20 minutes? I finished showering in complete darkness, and the hotel only offered a phone call apology. The most infuriating part was the next day: I called an electric buggy to go to the spa, but it never arrived even after half an hour. I called again to ask if they had forgotten, and they told me it would be there shortly and to wait a bit longer. A few minutes later, the phone rang, saying the buggy had arrived and I should come out. To my surprise, when I came out, that buggy was carrying other guests! They actually explained that someone else came out before me. So, I asked, did those other guests book a buggy? If they did, shouldn't two buggies have been dispatched? I was absolutely livid and gave them an earful. After swimming at the spa, I returned to my room, and their manager, Pony, came over. She understood the situation and apologized to me. Finally, to express their apology, she covered our dinner on the beach that evening. I suppose this is what a large resort group should do for crisis management."

"Excellent place all over. Pools were very clean, great housekeeping, friendly. Honestly I'll be going back. Great access to the beach and the food on site was delicious albeit not the cheapest. Not far from fisherman's market, there's some convenience stores very close. A gym onsite which offers fresh towels and good equipment. fantastic overall. 10/10"

"We had a very pleasant stay here. The location is excellent—right behind the beach and directly opposite a convenience shop, which was so handy. The room was clean and the pool area was lovely. However, two things really need to be improved. First, there should be a rule to ban smoking at the poolside, as the smell was unpleasant for non-smokers. Second, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the area; providing repellent or doing more frequent pest control would make a big difference. A great spot that could be perfect with a few changes! ---"

"The extra bed for the child was 1,000 baht, and they only gave me a mat. The hotel breakfast was 700 baht, and there was nothing to eat. Except for the bad location, the hotel scenery is still very good! But there are only three elephants"

"The welcome was incredibly warm. Our room was absolutely stunning, very spacious and featured a huge bathtub! It was clean and luxurious. The services were top-notch; they even provided beach towels and a beach bag as an extra perk! Our room offered a magnificent view of the pool and palm trees. The beach was only a 2-minute walk from my room, as the hotel is located right on the beachfront. There's also a swim-up bar in the pool. The only drawback is that it's a bit far from Chaweng center, so taxis can be quite expensive. BUT, the hotel offers a free shuttle! So, phew! 🥰"

"This will be part one of review (reason is we already extended stay for another 4 nights) Hotel is wonderful, 2 great pools (one right in the garden with lots of lovely trees around amd right next to the room) balcony of room also has a great view of pool and the garden. 2nd pool larger and also surrounded by great salas and decking etc. The beach which is maybe 100m walk from room is fantastic, lovely sandy beach with plenty of chairs and decking for comfort. The staff from the reception to the maids to the serving staff all super nice and friendly. I came with wife and daughter for 3 nights originally bit extended for another 4 nights as the hotel amd grounds and staff just all so nice.. everything you need is right here. As the hotel is just off the chaweng main strip thought maybe would be noisy but absolutely not.. it's far enough down towards the beach that the main strip isn't an issue, (unless of course you want to see the main strip and the many bars resteraunts s etc well no problem either as all of this is walking distance away so best of both worlds) Breakfast buffet has plenty of options also. So after another 4 days we may extend a bit more as I day it has everything you need for a great beach tropical holiday. Food amd drinks all reasonably priced (food is excellent with a wide selection)"

"Nice and clean, comfy bungalows with modern styling bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet with peekaboo windows from room, and outdoor shower with rack for hanging wet towels and swimming wear. Nice terrace with table and chairs to sit outside and enjoy fresh morning air, and lovely evenings. The staff is very friendly and the ladies in the restaurant were very gracious. The 3 tiered pools were lovely with gorgeous view.  The middle one needed some cleaning of leaves that blew down from the wind. The hot water filled only half the tub, but after waiting 15min the water heater was able to fill up the rest of the tub, which was enjoyable and worth the extra effort. Good value and comfortable."
