This hotel is great if you want a quieter area of Samui but right by the beach (the longest on the island). Staff are polite, friendly and helpful, breakfast is ample and the pool(s) area with bar/restaurant is simply wonderful. I left some items behind by mistake and contacted the hotel and of course I had to pay but they were very efficient in organising their return to me in China. Hope to see you again! The rooms were simple, yet clean and comfortable. The gym was solid and the pool are was nice, especially the beach in front of the pool. Location was also great since it was right in between one of the most famous beaches and the centre.

I went on my own and loved it. 39 year old single female. Ibis had everything I needed. It was right on the beach with an adult swimming pool too. The service was excellent and they connected me to a fantastic and safe driver Kasim, call him (**********) for your taxi service. He was always punctual too. Id definitely rate Ibis as the perfect stay.

As an economy chain of Accor group this hotel offers just very very very basic services. Awfully terrible soundproofing. You can hear literary everything that is going on around including birds and shouting kids in the morning. I might suggest that is it the worst part. Also of course this hotel NEEDS renovation.  The rest in rather fine.

I really enjoyed my 2-week holiday at ibis Samui Bophut. It is located just beach-front. There are a lot of sun loungers by the swimming pools and you can easily access to the lovely sandy beach. Members of staff at the hotel, including receptionists, are always very friendly. I have to say that the size of the room is rather small, but I had everything I needed, such as a safe, a fridge, a small sofa and two bed-side tables. There is a kettle in the room and two bottles of water, tea and coffee are provided every day. There are a lot of local restaurants nearby within an easy walking distance. I even walked and jogged to Fisherman's Village a few times in the evening. So, my stay was very comfortable. A few taxis are always parked just in front of the hotel, waiting for people who need one. Also, there is a taxi service desk / tour desk inside the hotel. They charged 400THB to the airport, which was exactly the same amount that the airport taxi service charged me when I arrived. I was told that booking an airport-run taxi the day before was needed, though.

Economy class hotel, nice pool area, very narrow beach, not so many places around the hotel.

The pool and beach view was amazing. They also had a reasonable happy hour. The room was a bit small but clean.

Best place to stay, good staff, secure parking spaces, recommended hotel

We stayed here just for two nights. The room was tiny. The AC made very weird noise, so it was impossible to use it at night, too noisy.. Breakfast was okay: omelette, vegetables/fruits, pastries, coffee.

Helpful staff, few pools around, right at the beach. It’s nice and clean 🤗
