Ulasan KC Beach Club & Pool Villas

Pada masa ini, kami tidak bersedia untuk menerima sebarang tetamu sama sekali. Lokasinya bagus, tetapi tidak ada kelebihan lain. Kami menempah vila kolam renang sebagai keluarga empat orang, tetapi kami terkejut bahawa kolam renang di bilik pertama yang diberikan kepada kami sangat kotor. Akhirnya, saya ditugaskan semula ke bilik. Jika anda merancang perjalanan dalam masa terdekat, sila tempah tempat lain.

The KC beach club is in a good location close to shops, restaurants and a clean part of the beach. The view of the beach from the rooms and pool is lovely. The front desk staff were friendly and the parking security guard always greeted us with a big smile. They had a locked luggage room and stored our luggage for us on check out. However, I received two stained towels in a 24hr period- my beach towel had blood stains all over it and my bathroom towel had brown stains (see photo). When I pulled back my bed covers, there was black hair in the bed (see photo). The sink did not drain water and the shower leaked. The bedroom was really bright at night because the light from the hallway was shining in through the bathroom- no way to block it out. The bath is not a Jacuzzi as shown in the pictures- the manager decided to turn it off. We asked for a late checkout and they said it would be an additional ¥3000 for 2 hours. The breakfast had limited options and the coffee machine broke down a few times. we found the service at the restaurant very poor and rude staff. The pools did not look clean enough so we didn’t swim in them. The sea was beautiful to swim in though and it was nice relaxing on the KC beach club lounge chairs. I would not recommend this resort based on the price of the room.

Hotel is great, good service, I booked for the anniversary trip and hotel did make a memorable stay experience for me, very good I will recommend to my friends

Utilizing outdated photos for a misleading impression is, in my opinion, deceptive. The bathroom is antiquated and in disrepair. Checked in at 13:30, but my room wasn't ready until 15:15. When I requested compensation for the late check-out, the staff's response was that it couldn't be provided, citing a strict policy. The overall price and value do not align fairly.

The service of hotel was good it’s clean and good location near to beach

Pleasant stay good breakfast selection, hotel is abit dated but sufficient. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Great location short walk to a massive shopping mall and lots of great bars. We went to the Duke a few nights for the live band which were really great and came to talk to us. Would Recommend that.

Lovely hotel and location in Chaweng beach area. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby and walking distance to the Central shopping centre. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice. Good value for the money. Would recommend.

Very nice and very big the facilities in the room are great . We loved the private pool it was lovely .

Hygiene, service, food, courtesy, all poor There is no hot water in the bath, and the pool has a lot of different things floating. Asked them to clean the room, and said in a very impolite tone that it would only be cleaned once in three days

Hotel quiet and good location near everything

上個月入住的這家AVANI，回來一直忙都沒來得及評價。這一家其實是非常驚喜的選擇，在旺季這家價格並不算太高，但整個酒店才開業不久，非常新。 度假村有自己的沙灘，沿着沙灘有自己的酒吧SEEN, 還有個餐廳，早晚景色絕了。坐在沙灘邊喝喝酒，吹吹風，度假的需求不過如此。 度假村裝修算是比較年輕化，到處塗鴉風格的宣傳，還有很cool的宣傳短片，服務人員都特別的nice，衹是這個店中國人不多，我住了三晚沒發現同胞。 忘了説位置算鬧中取靜，去中心地區步行十分鐘不到，附近餐廳、酒吧、按摩店也特別多。 整體非常推薦！
