Disappointing accommodation. Bed very uncomfortable hard difficult to sleep in that bed . The mattress under appears dirty, see photo. Nice view over the sea but nothing else , beach and sea not for swimming. If you look for a beautiful sea to enjoy this is a wrong place to stay. A/C coming straight to your face in bed wrong position. Fisherman village is just a tourist trap , nothing to do during the day there, in the evening overpriced restaurants and shops compared with Koh Samui prices, night market expensive not worth. Accommodation extra expensive for what is offered. Looks like you have a room in sort of olf building somehow refurbished not even a " hotel " . Avoid , big disappointment be aware before booking there. The owner contact us in private to cancel the review of the reality of this accommodation

If you want the best sea-view in Kohsamui you are in the right place. The room was Amazing, also the staff was amazing and all services was wonderful. Choose this hotel and you will have a fantastic experience. I want advise this beautiful hotel!!

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the accmodation. It was like something from a movie. The view was spectacular. Everything we needed was provided and the beds were super comfortable. The place was absolutely spotless. Pito greeted us and was an absolute gentleman. I would say this is one of the nicest accmodations I have ever stayed in!

Where do I start, was greeted by Pito when we arrived who was amazing throughout our whole stay, our rooms weren't ready but we sat had a coffee then left our bags and went off to explore. Pito sent me a message when room was ready. It's a great location for everything and there's parking just down the road for 100 baht a day/night which I defo recommend renting a car. Lovely restaurants nearby cocotamz has the best fire show I've seen in thailand, and the beach riveria was.worth every penny and more the room was amazing shower perfect, fresh water daily and a stocked minibar. I honestly can not wait to come back and stay here again thank you for an amazing stay time and looking after us.

This small hotel checks all the boxes. Nicely appointed, spotlessly clean rooms, comfortable bed, cold air conditioning and mini-fridge, hot water, helpful and efficient staff, clean towels every day, great Wifi. It has a convenient location in Fisherman's Village just a 1 minute walk to the full street life, but far enough down the street to be quiet at night. And there are several nice restaurants just across the street. The views from the beach side rooms are lovely. The proprietor, Pepito, is a congenial, helpful person who made us feel most welcome. Highly recommend Riviera Beach Hotel.

I loved our stay here! After arriving from Phuket it was the perfect place to unwind, right in Fishermans village so plenty around! Beds were so so comfy, TV worked great as well as the aircon, We had breakfast provided for us early before a trip to elephant sanctuary which was so helpful. We visited the beach club (get discount been a hotel guest) and had a wonderful day there as we fancied a bit of time by the pool which the hotel understandably does not have. The views, the calm ocean waves whilst laying on your bed were divine! Hotel owner was lovely.

Beautiful room with very friendly and helpful manager. The view is amazing and we enjoyed our stay. Quieter end of road which was fantastic as only a short walk to market and bars. Fantastic recommendations of restaurants from manager who simply could not do enough for us. Highly recommend

Having a full front seat view from balcony y & room was amazing. Aircon worked well as did WiFi. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels (we would have been happy to keep the old ones) bedding was changed on day 3. Location is close enough to the action (2min walk) but far enough away that you sleep peacefully. If you arrive after 6pm the transport can not drop you off outside the hotel as it is pedestrian at night but it’s a 3 min walk from main road. Staff are friendly and the owner owns the beach club up the road (10mins) which is excellent. We had torrential rain and the room did leak from the ceiling a bit… but the staff had already put down towels while we were out & changed them when we came back… it was not a bother… it is Thailand stuff like this happens Would definitely stay here again. Didn’t eat breakfast as went to the Deck everyday… would be a bonus if included but certainly not a deal breaker with that view

We booked the apartment at Riviera Beach Hotel. It had everything we needed with two bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms and a big living area including a kitchen with all the basics. Located on street level with direct access to the beach from the verandah/balcony. Views were amazing, apartment was very clean and comfortable and location is superb to all the restaurants and shops in Fisherman’s Village. Staff are excellent and really helpful.
