When booking and looking at the photos on the booking website I used I was very much looking forward to this stay. When I arrived my first impression was I couldn't wait to leave. We were shown to a small dark dingy room but told we could upgrade to a superior room. Thankfully it was much better, but still nothing like that shown on the booking site. Don't get me wrong this place is very inexpensive and in a nice location but it could be so much better. It was dirty, we had to go to Lotus's to get cleaning products. The bed may as well be a sheet of chipboard, I'm not sure there was actually a mattress on it? In the three days we stayed the room was not cleaned, bins emptied or anything. The pool area was dirty, people sitting around smoking ****, coughing and spitting; again the photos on the website make it look awesome - in real life not so Definitely not a boutique hotel. On the positive the desk staff are friendly and helpful.

I don’t often write reviews, but always use them to make choices when looking to stay here. I booked this hotel to stay at for my son’s 10th birthday in January 2024. The room I booked was no refundable, but having read reviews I was happy to take the risk. 2 hours before we were due to travel there we received an email to say that their pool was closed due to unplanned renovations. Let’s be honest, this is the hotels only real selling point and the whole reason I booked it in the first place. Disappointed, we had no choice but to travel to the hotel to discuss things with their team in person. Arriving at the hotel it was a mess, almost looked derelict. Whoever took their hotel photos needs a pay rise, put it that way. It was clear that the work wasn’t unplanned, and in fact had been going on for some time. Letting guests know on the day they travel is obviously a ploy to prevent confrontation. We were told that we had the use of a pool at their sister hotel, 15 minutes away by shuttle. This runs every 2/3 hours. Not the fairy tail birthday I had in mind for my son if I’m honest. To compound things, the hotel refused to refund me my money and I had to pay again to stay at a hotel that was able to provide the facilities it promised. Looking back at the hotel, there were clear signs. They haven’t had a positive review since 2021, that tells its own story. If you are thinking of staying here, please don’t. You will end up disappointed as we were

Hotel location is a short walk from everything. Reception staff are very helpful. Room was very clean, air con worked really well and was quiet. Bed soft and comfy. Very good night's sleep. Great value at a modest 1300baht a night. I just didn't want to leave. Take note: I hired 2 scooters through the hotel from Mr Pong. They were very poor quality. Plenty of scooter hire shops nearby, go see what you get before you pay.

We stayed here for 6 nights. in January 2023. Staff were friendly, respectful, accommodating & wanted to make our stay wonderful. Special thanks to a lady who ensured our room was really special and cleaned. The room was great and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was awesome and an old man was there, paying attention to all the guests. The hotel in ideally located right on a road opposite of Chaweng Noi beach that is very quiet and amazing place to suntan and relax. A seven eleven is near by the Hotel just 10 min walk. it is 100 Baht to take into the town center by tuk tuk. We rent a motorbike from the hotel which was brand new and we did not need to pay for a taxi anymore. The hotel restaurant offers a variety of foods & overlooks a nice pool with lovely setting. I would definitely come back here & would recommend it without hesitation. Thank you Chaweng Noi Pool Villa for an amazing holiday.

Best experience with our private pool room suite Room is so spacious and with your own infinity pool overlooking the ocean it is just magical and mystical Th staff are absolutely welcoming and go over and beyond to help you have the best stay Although communication isn’t the best they try to understand and accommodate your personal preferences Cannot name all the staff there but all of them from the main boss down to security guard just will do everything to make you happy A mention to Mr Joe, he always was there to help us enjoy our stay and even gave us a personal tour to our wonderful buffet seafood dinner, thanks Joe Also San and Joe for our special anniversary dinner which you designed so we could have it on the beach which almost didn’t happen because of the weather The girls in restaurant and the top chef making our meals All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay most memorable Thank you all for your welcoming arms We wish you all good health hope to see you all again Angela and Bill Mihalakis room 108

Le Weekender Resort est très bel hôtel en front de mer que nous avons beaucoup aimé. Il est bien situé, à un endroit animé et proche des commerces et des restaurants. Il est très appréciable d’avoir une petite superette juste en face de l’hôtel. Il est équipé d’une superbe piscine, d’un restaurant et d’un bar qui donnent directement sur la plage de Lamai Beach. Vous y trouverez également une salle de sport, un sauna, et un parking privé. Des masseuses sont disponibles du matin jusqu’au soir pour nous faire un massage sur la plage. Nous avons séjourné dans les villas avec piscines privées. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Des bouteilles d’eau sont mises à disposition au réfrigérateur tous les jours. Elle dispose d’une bonne literie, de la climatisation et d’une grande salle de bain avec baignoire et douche à l italienne. La piscine à usage privé est à l’abri des regards. Elle est agréable , on peut mettre en route la fontaine et les jets pour un coin jacuzzi. Des portes coulissantes sécurisées donnent directement sur la piscine de l’hôtel puis sur la plage. Le staff est souriant et très professionnel, très disponible, il intervient au moindre petit souci, ce que nous avons vraiment apprécié. Nous avons aimé pouvoir louer des scooters pour notre séjour directement à l’hôtel et sans pour autant payer plus cher. Nous avons pu, grâce à cela faire le tour de l’île et voir tout ce qu’il y avait à voir et à visiter, c’était top! Le seul petit bémol: le tapis de course en panne tout au long de notre séjour et la qualité du petit déjeuner est à améliorer même si les viennoiseries sont excellentes! Il y a trop peu de choix et d’autant plus si l’on ne mange pas de viande…Dommage! Il n’est pas à l’image de l’hôtel et du personnel souriant et investit qui y travaille! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter malgré tout! Merci pour tout, nous avons passé un agréable séjour!

From the moment we arrived at the resort, we received the best service and assistance. The room was very big and spacious with big windows for lots of natural sunlight. The resort is right on the beautiful Lamai beach with sun loungers to chill and enjoy a drink. The area is very peaceful and perfect for unwinding. The resort has a massive swimming pool and a beautiful dining area outside. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this resort!

The best thing about this hotel is the staff! They work so hard and handled any problems we had the best they could. The hotel does need updating, We were allocated a Mountain View room, you could just see it behind all the wires and busy road, we upgraded at a cost to a sea view, it was worth it, the view was stunning! The room was comfortable and clean, as much as I tried not to, I couldn’t help but flood the bathroom, the water runs along the bath and straight to the floor! Breakfast was nice and again the staff were really on the ball, the service was faultless! In reception there is a pond that runs all around with several koi carp in, we brought some fish food from one of the pet shops and fed them every morning (there is food behind the desk if you want to fed them) The beach is lovely, Despite the place needing updating and a few repairs I would stay here again, we had a lovely holiday in Lamai.

Отличное месторасположение. Гуляли по пляжу, этот участок самый лучший. Персонал отзывчивый. Завтрак с видом на море шикарен. Плюс он довольно вкусный. Матрас подустал, а вот подушки были отличные. Бассейн чистый, хороший. По просьбе принесли второе одеяло. Из минусов это подуставший матрас и душ который заливал в ванной комнате весь пол. Прям весь. Но вид из окна закрывал данный минус. Просили не первый этаж и нам предоставили. Бунгало показалось не очень комфортным, а вот наш номер с видом на море прекрасен. Готова вернуться в данный отель. Аптека сразу за углом дорогая, пройдите чуть дальше влево. Пицца вкусная на ночном рынке возле речки в право минут 5.

When we arrived at Ko Samui airport, the transfer service from the hotel worked perfectly. We received a very warm welcome at the hotel and were given our room straight away. The room (Grand Deluxe Room) far exceeded our expectations. It's less of a room and more of a small apartment without a kitchen. The hotel complex is absolutely paradisiacal. Lots of beautiful plants and very well maintained. The beach was amazing, the most beautiful beach we have seen on Ko Samui (we explored the whole island by motorbike that we also rent from the hotel). The sea - turquoise blue clear water. The great thing is that it is a private beach so only accessible to hotel guests and therefore not overcrowded. The food was fantastic. There is a very large selection and there really is something for everyone. The pool area directly on the beach with an included pool bar is very beautiful. And the cleanliness of the whole hotel was excellent. What particularly impressed us and what we have never experienced on our many trips... was the warmth and friendliness of all the staff. Everyone was always helpful, funny and good organized. Friendships developed in this short time, for which we are very grateful. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for what you have done for us. You gave us a wonderful honeymoon and organized such a beautiful candlelight dinner that we will never forget in our lives.
