Hotel berhampiran Samui Butterfly Garden, Koh Samui

I stayed with my bestie for 3 days in August at Lamai Buri Resort. The staff was very nice, showed us around the island. The room was clean, quiet + very close to the beach. Already missing the cutest puppy there sm. I really want to thank the owner, staff for our amazing stay! Highly Recommended💙

The large hotel has modern and very clean rooms and a very good room service. The TV in my room did not work. The swimming pool is very nice but unfortunately there is no gym available. You can rent a motorbike there for 300 baht per day (quite expensive) but unfortunately the staff there is not easy to reach when you wanna return the bike. You can park the bike at the nearby Central shopping mall which is quite complicated because the parking space is very narrow. All in all I would recommend the hotel!

Sarapan: Ia adalah ***a bufet yang lazat dengan pelbagai pilihan. Kolam renang: Di sebelah pantai, terdapat banyak kolam, termasuk kolam dewasa, kolam kanak-kanak, atau anda boleh berenang di laut. Lain-lain: - Jika anda ingin menyewa kereta untuk mengembara di sekitar Koh Samui. Hubungi kaunter pelancongan di hadapan, mudah. - Hotel memerlukan deposit sebanyak 1,500 baht, yang boleh dibayar secara tunai atau dengan kad kredit. We stayed here for 6 nights. in January 2023. Staff were friendly, respectful, accommodating & wanted to make our stay wonderful. Special thanks to a lady who ensured our room was really special and cleaned. The room was great and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was awesome and an old man was there, paying attention to all the guests. The hotel in ideally located right on a road opposite of Chaweng Noi beach that is very quiet and amazing place to suntan and relax. A seven eleven is near by the Hotel just 10 min walk. it is 100 Baht to take into the town center by tuk tuk. We rent a motorbike from the hotel which was brand new and we did not need to pay for a taxi anymore. The hotel restaurant offers a variety of foods & overlooks a nice pool with lovely setting. I would definitely come back here & would recommend it without hesitation. Thank you Chaweng Noi Pool Villa for an amazing holiday.

Overall, Lanna Hotel is a nice place for long-term stays, especially considering the great deals they offer for monthly rates. It is situated in a quiet residential area, although there may not be many attractions or amenities in the immediate vicinity. However, it is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive away from Fisherman's Village or Chaweng, where there are more options for dining and entertainment. The rooms at Lanna Hotel provide good Wi-Fi connectivity and boast beautiful decor. The common areas are well-maintained, and the staff, especially the reception staff, are very nice and helpful. They assisted us a lot when we lost our credit card, and they were accommodating to our every request. However, during our month-long stay, we noticed a few drawbacks that we would like to point out in the hopes that they will consider them and make improvements. Smoking: Smoking is allowed in every corner of the hotel, which can be especially annoying when sitting in the restaurant and trying to eat while being exposed to smoke. When we asked the waitress to request that people not smoke in the restaurant, they refused to interfere. We suggest creating a designated smoking area that is far away from common areas. Restaurant: Prices - The restaurant prices are significantly high. A simple Pad Thai dish costs three to four times more than in a regular thai restaurant, and they add service charges and taxes. Every meal cost us about 800 bhat for 2. Dishes - The Mediterranean dishes at the restaurant are not good. Coming from a Mediterranean country, we can say that the taste of these dishes is not authentic. We tried a few times and gave up. Plastic - Please consider reducing the use of plastic straws. Guests can request a straw if needed, and it would be beneficial to use paper straws. It would contribute positively to the environment. Impractical design - The restaurant and gym at Lanna Hotel have beautifully designed glass ceilings, which are impractical in sunny and hot Thailand. It becomes uncomfortably hot to fully enjoy the restaurant or gym. Please consider finding a way to cover the ceiling. Additionally, having a restaurant without air conditioning in Thailand can be challenging. Internet: The internet quality in the common areas is not good. It was difficult to work outside the room due to the heat, and the Wi-Fi that was often faulty. Since there are many digital nomads staying here and fewer children, we suggest converting the kids' room into a co-working space with air conditioning and fiber Wi-Fi. Activities: We expected Lanna Hotel to offer more activities for long-term residents or digital nomads. However, they only provide early morning yoga sessions. Therefore, we feel that there is not much added value for digital nomads staying here. Other than these few drawbacks, Lanna Hotel is a charming place with modern conveniences. We reccomend to stay here if the price is compatible, as there are other, more well located hote

Fantastic place for family vacation. Calm and tranquility define Hyatt regency log Samui topped with a staff who are professional yet courteous and friendly. Must visit if you are staying with kids as they have friendly pool, kids play area and the highlight is Camp Hyatt! They offer so much more than just a hotel room for stay, definitely recommending it to my friends. Cheers V

The Sheraton Samui Resort is an absolute gem. Set amidst a vast, green landscape, it's a paradise for those who love to explore, and if you'd rather ride, the buggies are just a call away. The breakfasts were a hit – a scrumptious spread of European and local dishes that got us started for the day. Our room was not just comfortable, but it also boasted a stylish bathtub on the terrace and a fabulous view. For the kids, the resort was an endless adventure. Between the awesome camp set in the room and the kid's room filled with activities (our son particularly enjoyed the crafts), they were in seventh heaven. We loved the cool stone pool and the variety of beachside activities – from kayaking to stand-up paddle boarding, all available free of charge. And if you're into some friendly competition, there's a ping-pong table too. With two pools to choose from, one lively and family-friendly and the other more tranquil, there's something for everyone. And the beachside bar and restaurant? A great spot for some downtime. Being close to Central Samui and other attractions was just the cherry on top. Highly recommended!

First time customer of the Mar Yoo in an 'ocean view' room which, unlike the 'pool side' rooms isn't over looked by other rooms. I've just spent two comfortable weeks there with no complaints. The accommodation is comfortable and spacious and good value for the price point. Tiny ******; I would have liked a bedside light and a chair and table on the balcony but that's not something that would stop me from staying there again.

We stayed at three different hotels/resorts for our honeymoon and by far the most memorable experience was during our stay at the IC. The friendly and helpful staff always went the extra step to be helpful and accommodating. We were able to relax and enjoy all of the services that were made available to us, and enjoy having dates at the different picturesque sights throughout the day. In particular, the speed of the services such as requesting a buggy or ordering room service were extremely quick! We would like to thank all of the wonderful staff who worked hard all day to give us such a wonderful experience. In particular Emily at the lobby was extremely helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived to every time we happened to pass by. Thank you all, for making this once in a lifetime honeymoon truly exceptional. We hope to come again for a longer stay during future anniversaries!

Great Boutique hotel in Chaweng. Excellent value. The room were sparking clean and has everything one needs including beach towels and umbrellas. There is a pool but not gym which is fine. It is centrally located. The breakfast is OK but sufficient. Had a quick dinner meal one night since it was raining and had a long day and did not want to venture out to the many restaurants in the area. There was no one else so we did not have high expectations but the meals were excellent and my friend raved about the drink he got. The entire staff were excellent and so kind. Front desk were efficient and warm. The concierge had GREAT recommendations on tours. We took all the ones she recommended and were not disappointed. This part of Chaweng beach is OK. Not a swimmers beach, more of a just a dip in the ocean place. I was not able to take advantage of the Kayak but did that anyway on one of the tours we took. I love Samui and will definitely return and if staying in Chaweng will definitely want to be at The Stay again.
