I don’t often write reviews, but always use them to make choices when looking to stay here. I booked this hotel to stay at for my son’s 10th birthday in January 2024. The room I booked was no refundable, but having read reviews I was happy to take the risk. 2 hours before we were due to travel there we received an email to say that their pool was closed due to unplanned renovations. Let’s be honest, this is the hotels only real selling point and the whole reason I booked it in the first place. Disappointed, we had no choice but to travel to the hotel to discuss things with their team in person. Arriving at the hotel it was a mess, almost looked derelict. Whoever took their hotel photos needs a pay rise, put it that way. It was clear that the work wasn’t unplanned, and in fact had been going on for some time. Letting guests know on the day they travel is obviously a ploy to prevent confrontation. We were told that we had the use of a pool at their sister hotel, 15 minutes away by shuttle. This runs every 2/3 hours. Not the fairy tail birthday I had in mind for my son if I’m honest. To compound things, the hotel refused to refund me my money and I had to pay again to stay at a hotel that was able to provide the facilities it promised. Looking back at the hotel, there were clear signs. They haven’t had a positive review since 2021, that tells its own story. If you are thinking of staying here, please don’t. Замечательное место.персонал внимательный.добрый.один минус -с моря на территорию заносится много песка.нужно положить четыре плитки .много лишних людей ,не проживающих в отеле ходят по территории.очень хочется видеть этот отель успешным.

Service excellent,villa very big, good lighting,but no light at the bed,so bring a small torch.Good bed.Breakfast good, especially we liked the big choice of fresh fruit juices.Unfortunately the restaurant closes at 6pm, but there are 3 good Thai restaurants next door.No breakfast buffet.You have to order the breakfast for the following day right after your breakfast.Not all people know today what they would like to eat the next day.No deck chairs at the beautiful beach, but enough around the pool.As the way to the resort is quite steep, it is not suitable for handicapped people.We were happy and can recommend this resort.

Номера внутри старомодные, как будто у бабушки на даче. Но - супер расположение в тихом переулке и 2 минуты до самого центра. Есть все необходимое - холодильник, кондиционер, телевизор, столик, где можно поставить ноутбук, что просто супер за эти деньги. Горячая вода, шампунь, мыло, все есть.

Everything was great. Just what we were looking for - close to Lamai beach and restaurants, tropical Thai rooms and gardens, excellent service, great pool. Loved the island. Lots of beach chairs and umbellas 2 min walk away. Buy a drink and stay all day if you like.

The whole ambience and communicate was excellent! After having numerous surgeries the owners were so kind and attentive to all my queries and requirements. I ended up booking a month then more! Super clean, safe, excellent communication and within a few strides to the beautiful Crystal Lamai ocean. Many shops and food, massage places all within walking distance too.
