Hotel berhampiran Ta Art Gallery di Koh Samui

Good hotel great staff room was serviced to a very high standard daily, pool was spotless with beds and umbrellas around it, you can also use the great beach at there sister hotel first residence bungalows just a short walk away. We didn’t eat at the hotel as there were so many small local restaurants within a short walk. Would highly recommend first residence hotel. Thank you to all the staff👍🏻😎

When we arrived at Ko Samui airport, the transfer service from the hotel worked perfectly. We received a very warm welcome at the hotel and were given our room straight away. The room (Grand Deluxe Room) far exceeded our expectations. It's less of a room and more of a small apartment without a kitchen. The hotel complex is absolutely paradisiacal. Lots of beautiful plants and very well maintained. The beach was amazing, the most beautiful beach we have seen on Ko Samui (we explored the whole island by motorbike that we also rent from the hotel). The sea - turquoise blue clear water. The great thing is that it is a private beach so only accessible to hotel guests and therefore not overcrowded. The food was fantastic. There is a very large selection and there really is something for everyone. The pool area directly on the beach with an included pool bar is very beautiful. And the cleanliness of the whole hotel was excellent. What particularly impressed us and what we have never experienced on our many trips... was the warmth and friendliness of all the staff. Everyone was always helpful, funny and good organized. Friendships developed in this short time, for which we are very grateful. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for what you have done for us. You gave us a wonderful honeymoon and organized such a beautiful candlelight dinner that we will never forget in our lives. This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. But for the first time since the pandemic. Its main advantage is access to the private beach of Chaweng Noi and the infrastructure of the First family hotels. The hotel itself consists of several buildings with an average pool. The room has everything you need to relax. Because the hotel had just opened, there were only a couple of guests, breakfast, which was included, was served to us personally or in the room or on the terrace of the floor. Everything is delicious and quite varied. Checked in earlier without additional charges and discharged later without additional charges. I really don't want to write anything bad about this hotel. The staff works very hard and it shows. During the pandemic, the entire infrastructure of Koh Samui was badly damaged. They just recently opened. Access to the beach by the bridge (this is the only way to get there) was permanently closed. I had to ask the front desk to open it every time. Or go through First Boongalo and prove that you are on the same network. The pool is not cleaned, because there are no guests. Rooms are a bit old. They tried to freshen up, painted, but it does not help, because the furniture is the same ancient and plumbing too. Everything leaks and looks unreliable. Especially need to change all bedding. Very old pillowcases, bedspreads stained and stained. Loud air conditioning, in which it is difficult to set the temperature, but after a while you get used to the noise.

Была на Пхукете в далеком 2014. безумно понравился Тай! Влюбилась. после Индонезии с подругой решили все же поехать в Таиланд! но теперь через Пхукет на Самуи и Панган! что ж ! 6 лет прошло! а тай изменился. Пхукет стал дико руссским, бездушным,никаким. туристическим одним словом! благо был всего 1 день и мы на утро стартанули на Самуи. ехать с Пхукета минимум 5 часов по скучной дороге. ждать паром час. и плыть мин 40. и вот мы на Самуи! едем еще час до отеля по бездорожью.. ну в целом, первые впечатления, че то не то( приехали в отель. Здрасьте приехали. номер без балкона.... дышать нечем.. душно. в номере пахнет могнолией(ненавижу ее) утро.. завтрак. так себе. но голодным не останетесь. кофе на любой вкус. горячее, салаты. из фруктов арбуз вкусный и дыня не ок).. ну все. и да. русских 80%. будьте готовы! Тагил ждет вас))) другое дело остров Панган.. но это уже совсем др история.)

We stayed here for 6 nights. in January 2023. Staff were friendly, respectful, accommodating & wanted to make our stay wonderful. Special thanks to a lady who ensured our room was really special and cleaned. The room was great and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was awesome and an old man was there, paying attention to all the guests. The hotel in ideally located right on a road opposite of Chaweng Noi beach that is very quiet and amazing place to suntan and relax. A seven eleven is near by the Hotel just 10 min walk. it is 100 Baht to take into the town center by tuk tuk. We rent a motorbike from the hotel which was brand new and we did not need to pay for a taxi anymore. The hotel restaurant offers a variety of foods & overlooks a nice pool with lovely setting. I would definitely come back here & would recommend it without hesitation. Thank you Chaweng Noi Pool Villa for an amazing holiday.

We had a beach bungalow (737) and it was absolutely amazing, it was right on the beach front a few steps away from the sand, bed was comfy the tv was good and the air con was efficient and kept us cool of a night time. You can just sit on the terrace and stare out onto the gorgeous beach with crystal clear water. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and really went above and beyond for my 21st birthday and done the room up and made me a cake. They was very friendly and polite and always made an effort to speak to you as you passed them. The food was good especially for free. The location was very good as you had the peace and quiet of an essentially private beach in a quiet area but down the road a 400 baht return taxi ride away was chaweng (central samui) which was very lively and had a lot of resteraunts and bars. Overall a faultless stay and I’d recommend this hotel to anybody.

РАЗОЧАРОВАНЫ. На фото в инете и сайте Пегаса совершенно не совпадает-здания те же, но добавьте обветшалости и грязи и будет самое оно. Бунгало стоят на 15 тысяч дороже (у туроператора, в отеле на 13 тысяч), но там в бунгало комары и никакого вида на море. Темно, сыро, комарики, зато своя огромная веранда. Лучшего обслуживания и привелегий для бунгало нет. И там и в номерах основного корпуса не хватает то мыла, то обещанных зубных щёток, нет халата и тапочек. Браслетов на руку не дают. На завтраке просто спрашивают номер комнаты. Из плюсов: Ежедневная уборка. Обновление каждый раз 2-х ватных палочек, шапочки для душа, туал. бумаги. Выдают на пляж новые ежедневно полотенца (вечером сдавать нужно). Большой балкон. Теневая сторона нам попалась. Окна в «пол». Плоский ТВ с одним русским каналом и 10-15 тайских каналов. Wi-fi ловит в номере, ресепшн и на пляже. Бесплатная бутылочка воды, сейф, 1 пакетик чая, 1 пакетик кофе, 1 пакетик сухих сливок, 1 пакетик сахара (на одного человека пишу). Есть платные напитки (уже стоят в вашем холодильнике). Если выпьете-готовьтесь за них заплатить. Платный перечень напитков написан на ламинированном листке в номере. Кстати, когда выселялись-никто не проверяет номера и выпитые напитки😂. В номере: зонтик, фен, вешалки, пепельница, столик, кровать, длинный пуф с подушками, ТВ, кондиционер, тумбы прикроватные, настольная лампа. На балконе: 2 деревянных стула со спинкой , столик и сушилка для белья. За время пребывания: Из 6 просьб выполнили одну. 2 раза ломался кондиционер-просили-чинили. Постельное белье и полотенца сменили один раз за 12 дней (лайфхак: берите молча или просите-дадут). Бассейны почистили и запустили 1 раз за 12 дней и то не было желания там купаться-на стенках «зелень», иногда что-то плавает... Ночью в отеле отсутствует персонал вообще! Хотя девочки днём вежливые, приветливые, записывают все просьбы, но не с первого раза их исполняют 🤣. Лежаков на пляже 4 шт (бесплатно))) на весь отель. Пляж отеля своеобразный... Береговая линия очень маленькая, между камней. Из плюсов: чистая вода, пологий вход, в море мягкий песок, можно поплавать с маской (красивые рыбки), есть тень от деревьев чтобы укрыться от солнца. За счёт камней есть «естественный бассейн» для детей очень удобно. Минусы: грязь на песке, много мелких ракушек (можно пораниться), стёкла крупные от битых бутылок, пластик иногда валяется, камни, сигареты и т.п. мусор (не чистят пляж). Толком негде лечь (если ляжешь-то людям негде будет ходить). Вывод-ищите другие пляжи. Лайфак: за камнями, на территории отеля First house отличный огромный пляж (вход через ресепшн отеля или через его ресторан через мостик с 7:00 до 18:30).

It’s actually a hotel with individual bathrooms. It’s very clean and some rooms have balcony. Everything is new and clean, but incredibly noisy! The noise from the street is unbearable and some customers shout at night.

The large hotel has modern and very clean rooms and a very good room service. The TV in my room did not work. The swimming pool is very nice but unfortunately there is no gym available. You can rent a motorbike there for 300 baht per day (quite expensive) but unfortunately the staff there is not easy to reach when you wanna return the bike. You can park the bike at the nearby Central shopping mall which is quite complicated because the parking space is very narrow. All in all I would recommend the hotel!
