ITC Sonar, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Kolkata

We recently visited ITC sonar over the past weekend and had the most amazing time. It was our first visit to the property and we had a wonderful time. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out it was a beautiful experience. The chef Ranvijay personally looked after my 5 year old daughter who was having an upset tummy. He prepared for us Spinach Oats Chilla, eggless pancakes on my little one’s demand and a healthy regional speciality to take care of her upset tummy. Even sent us home with food for her when we were travelling back. There was a cyclone when we visited and the staff made sure we all were safe and sound. The sundowners at the lounge was a great way to let your hair down after the day. The serenity of the lotus pond and the atmosphere of the hotel doesn’t want you to leave.. A special mention to Rajeev at the concierge who helped us get a safe cab and even an umbrella on our checkout due to the cyclone. A wholesome experience!!

Happy and satisfied with service, experience with the ird, upper crust, house keeping was all excellent. In Upper crust we met with Bibek and jyoti and they both were only incharge, and also they took care of us with the pretty smile and positive attitude Will visit again Thank you so much Jyoti and Bibek

The hotel ambience is a perfect blend. The lobby is well decorated and the best part there pond where we get the option to give food to the fish. The restaurant service is also very good especially the service team of pan asian, their food is great ***** with there hospitality. Service personnel very polite and very helpful, would definitely recommend my friend to dine here especially there unique teppanyaki menu

I had an amazing stay at ITC Sonar. The breakfast was delicious and I also had the pleasure of experiencing Chef Ranvijay’s culinary skills. If you’re looking for a unique and wholesome dining experience, I highly recommend trying Chef Ranvijay’s creations. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Very near and clean .Good service round the clock.manas samant excellent house keeping service .Facilities are also good and more suitable for longet stays .Food also very tasty and all kind cusines are available .very near and clean atmosphere

ITC Sonar is not just one of the best hotels in India but one of my favourite hotels to stay at throughout my travels. Everything from the rooms to the staff and food is impeccable. You will never be dissatisfied staying here for 10/10 all day. My husband is American and feels the same

The property is beautiful and well located. It was a wonderful stay, staff was friendly and accomodating.Specially Sweety and Manish from housekeeping for going out of their way and making sure everything was comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property!

Nice hotel!!! You gotta try the Eden Pavilion restaurant it's simply amazing. Staffs are great and the food is delicious. Ask for Priya or Subhaj they will suprise you. They pay attention to their customers very well. I tried out the breakfast buffet and I was amazed with literally everything!
