ITC Sonar, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Kolkata

We recently visited ITC sonar over the past weekend and had the most amazing time. It was our first visit to the property and we had a wonderful time. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out it was a beautiful experience. The chef Ranvijay personally looked after my 5 year old daughter who was having an upset tummy. He prepared for us Spinach Oats Chilla, eggless pancakes on my little one’s demand and a healthy regional speciality to take care of her upset tummy. Even sent us home with food for her when we were travelling back. There was a cyclone when we visited and the staff made sure we all were safe and sound. The sundowners at the lounge was a great way to let your hair down after the day. The serenity of the lotus pond and the atmosphere of the hotel doesn’t want you to leave.. A special mention to Rajeev at the concierge who helped us get a safe cab and even an umbrella on our checkout due to the cyclone. A wholesome experience!!

Happy and satisfied with service, experience with the ird, upper crust, house keeping was all excellent. In Upper crust we met with Bibek and jyoti and they both were only incharge, and also they took care of us with the pretty smile and positive attitude Will visit again Thank you so much Jyoti and Bibek

I loved the hospitality AND humble ,generous helpful staffs.. i loved the lovely environment and beautiful horticulture .. And also i would like to thnk u chef RANVIJAY sir for spinach and oats chilla for making my morning breakfast yummy 😋🤤... I loved that meal v much... Last but nt the least always looking forward for same experience and hospitality for my next trip .. thnk u

Itc sonar provide an exceptional stay during my recent visit from the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive making check in . the room was spacious clean and tastefully decorated specially like to thank you hk assistant tanmoy model. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful.

The location was great and ambience was vibrant. The rooms were luxurious and full of amenities. The pond was perfect attraction for boarders and ample sitting area at every corner. The pool was nicely maintained. overall a very happy experience.

The room was spacious. The bathroom boasted immaculate design and high-quality essentials and amenities. I appreciated the hotel's eco-initiative, particularly the fish pond, and the availability of fish food (to feed the fishes) upon request, added to the experience. The lobby and business workspace were thoughtfully organized and functional. My only critique pertains to the variety and quality of the food, specifically the English breakfast buffet,

We had a lovely stay here for Vacation. The folks at reception and those servicing the rooms were very courteous and hospitable. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing. Especially my kid liked the fish 🐟 🐠 pond and the availability of fish food (to feed the fishes) upon request, added to the experience. The room was good, well maintained, with the right amenities, and hotel staff were very timely in responding to requests. We had a lovely stay here for Vacation. .

The hotel ambience is a perfect blend. The lobby is well decorated and the best part there pond where we get the option to give food to the fish. The restaurant service is also very good especially the service team of pan asian, their food is great ***** with there hospitality. Service personnel very polite and very helpful, would definitely recommend my friend to dine here especially there unique teppanyaki menu
