I had the most exceptional time at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff are phenomenal, the food is fantastic, the hotel is wonderful.

Comfortable rooms and beds, professional service, everything perfect

It is really a nice hotel. Good ambiance. Some people will complain about back side construction view & noise. But fortunately I got front side room, moreover who looks outside in city hotel? But for sound hotel May change backside windows to soundproof options. Clean & decorated room. Breakfast is ok, rather I would say Good if not Very Good. Reception people are very helpful, I got early check-in at 12:30PM. Nearby Shopping District. As it is busy area, so get ready for whole day huge traffic.

Kolkata has been a second home to us for the past 25 years.we have alot of memories in this hotel.this time when we came here we couldn't see the familiar faces that we use to see before they were all very polite and warm.Nevertheless the present employees are equally good .we happen to go for a shoping with Mr Imran our chauffeur.He is a fine gentleman who is ever ready to assist us in taking us to the destination we would want to.His driving skills are to the mark.we had a smooth city ride .Thank you Mr.Imran and we wish you all the very best.

Stay was awesome. Saifur the supervisor was amazing and helped me a lot whenever needed. Highly recommended for personal and business travels. US consulate is walking distance from here. Food was amazing, services were good and up the mark.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the staff's exceptional hospitality. They were accommodating, friendly, and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The room was spotless, offering a comfortable and clean environment for relaxation. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, providing a refreshing experience. The breakfast served was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. Furthermore, the room was quiet, allowing for a peaceful and restful night's sleep. Overall, I had a wonderful stay thanks to the staff's hospitality, cleanliness of the room, good water pressure, delicious breakfast, and peaceful environment.

Stayed for 2 nights in a junior suite with MAP plan. Room was very nice and clean with a separate sitting room with tv . Bathroom was big and clean . Food was very good and tasty. Breakfast was nice and lot of items . Dinner fixed menu was very good . Few dry snacks can be added. Overall very good hotel with good location. Near to our office in Kolkata

Kenilworth is a lovely property, makes you feel like a cosy boutique hotel. While rooms are smaller in comparison to other hotels, it’s stacked up well and the ambience is very nice. Decently priced and has a lot of facilities as well. Food is nice and good spread at breakfast as well. The SPA is very nice, especially the masseur Mercy, amazing knowledge and highly skilled in terms of their work. Highly recommended. All in all a pleasant experience and would surely visit again.

Amazing quality places, with great service and perfect stuff! Cleaning room and service was 2x a day and it was magical! Thank you guys especially Kanhaiya and Ayesha, you guys are super pfoffesional people, thank you for making my stay very comfortable!!! Will come back for sure and recommend for my people!

Wonderful experience. Wonderful service. Amazed with the quality of the food. Specially we booked during pujo and as for navaratri season I don't eat any garlic nor onion and Manish Singh the person we served us was kind enough to make everything without Onion and garlic so that I can have food without hesitation therefore I did enjoyed it with my family. Had a great stay and visit. Kolkata during Durga Puja is just wonderful. Our first stay here, Kenilworth is a great hotel, conveniently located close to Park Street area but not in the midst of all the hubbub. The best part of our stay was all the staff: Everyone from the security staff, front desk (Rita), all the restaurant wait staff and housekeeping (Ayesma) were so welcoming and warm. My wife is telling me that this is where we will stay on our next visit!
