Ulasan Vaperse Hainan Clear Water Bay

Our stay was absolute joy! The staff, rooms, restaurant, facilities, pools were all superb. I've never stayed at a hotel with friendlier, more helpful staff. Everyone from the cleaners to the reception staff would greet you with a polite "你好". Friendly staff make a huge difference!! I want to mention the Room Manager Aya who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. My family and I would 100% go back. Thank you everyone at Vaperse for the wonderful experience!

We had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite making a full payment through Trip.com at the time of reservation for 3 rooms, the hotel staff demanded another full payment upon our arrival. Even after checking out of the hotel on November 21st 2024, I have yet to receive a full refund from Trip.com, as the hotel staff had assured us. This lack of professionalism and transparency caused unnecessary stress during our stay. Furthermore, the security guard refused to let us alight at the main driveway in front of the hotel lobby to drop off our luggage, claiming that it would "block the hotel’s feng shui" as per their boss’s instructions. However, we observed many other cars and guests doing so. This left us scrambling to find an alternative while managing our heavy bags to check into the hotel. Such behaviour is not only inconsiderate but also unacceptable in a service-oriented industry. We will avoid staying at this hotel in the future.

Very good hotel, clean new rooms. Swimming pool is very romantic. Beach clean. Breakfast is good but dinner is fantastic!

Nice hotel with lots of good facilities really suitable for travel with kids. But seems like designated for local travellers not foreigners.

This hotel is very big - suitable for family. My kid loves the pool and the indoor playground. The staff is very friendly. Our check in staff Eva was very helpful throughout our stay. A couple things: if you are looking for an American resort, this isn’t your place. It’s full of local people. Also there is some renovations going on currently.

Room was spacious and clean. Lots of activities for children, indoor playground was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests. We had a wonderful stay in Vaperse!

Surprisingly good hotel with fair price for Hainan. Very good breakfast, nice pool for children and adults. Close to beautiful and sandy beach

來海南住的最適合小朋友的酒店！ 有專門的管家提前聯繫，幫忙調房間，有專門的貴賓接待處辦理入住。 小童超超超級友好！！！ 可以借嬰兒車，提供嬰兒床小童腳凳和小童馬桶圈。 有一系列小童遊樂設施都是報房號就可以玩兒！超大遊樂場，免費的小火車和牛仔很忙，還可以去喂小動物和揚穀子，不出酒店小寶也可以玩兒的很快樂！ 自助早餐中規中矩吧，衹能説上一家海口萬豪太差勁了。 有酒店自己的沙灘，沙子很細，小寶挖沙子也很快樂！ 一樓大堂有冰吧駐唱，據爸爸説晚上在大堂旁的床上躺着吹吹小風聽聽歌超級爽！

1-管家王媛 王媛服務好 王媛 值得擁有，必須給力 公司應該獎勵 2-靠近海邊，咫尺之遙很舒服，海邊沙灘細膩觸感很好 3-喝的水提供的很多很棒而不是要我一遍一遍的去要 4:早餐不行，品種太少，而且還不如亞朵這種級別的好吃，這周邊也沒啥吃的，所以早餐要改進，起碼滿足下基本的口感，大家都出來玩的不是單純為了睡覺！ 5-泳池視野一級棒就是居然沒有恆温泳池無法理解。

淡季入住性價比還是很高的，體驗感👍，網上的差評可能是因為旺季人多房間貴，體驗感不好吧。唯一不足的就是泳池到沙灘的那段路有點拉垮，離特別感謝貼心管家小林，服務周到細緻，給我們安排的是一個正面看海的房間可惜就是離電梯還是有點遠，酒店的設施設備還很齊全！

之前看評價有點忐忑，本着住新不住舊的原則訂了，去過之後發現可以放心沖！房間空間很大，沖涼房簡直是我的理想型，無敵寬敞，整體的設施很新很完善，離沙灘也近，攜程客户還有專屬服務區，小林管家很服務很周到，響應及時，很喜歡。

又一次入住，體驗感依舊不錯👍特別是管家cici 服務很棒，在入住前提前加了微信，問詢了入住要求，特別是在自己休息的時間也會及時關心入住的情況，點贊👍。酒店環境優美，有自己的沙灘，很適合親子，酒店工作人員也很熱情，進進出出也會微笑打招呼問好。值得推薦！

第二次來住這個酒店了，可以説是陵水親子酒店裡最好的呢，管家小艷服務體貼周全，讓這次住宿非常舒適，訂房還得是攜程啊，有自己專屬辦理櫃枱，最基礎的房型還給升級了心心念唸的泳池房，太驚喜了，孩子也十分開心
