Dear Debajit, Greetings of the day! I wasn’t interested in sharing my view about your property and management till the time I received a call from one of your associates from the reception ask me about the extra bed which she wanted to place in our room for the 6 year old kids she had charged us for. I have never heard any hotel providing a 6 year old toddler with any extra bed. I would not like to stretch this matter but would definitely be put it up on the travellers feed back. Speaking of feedback, I have a list of them which now I would like you and your management to know. The room is not ready to be released for check in The shelf in the shower cubicle is just hanging. The reservation was processed in advance and it was reconfirmed by one of your female associate so the amenities should have been placed accordingly. The kettle in the room is pathetic and very unhygienic. It shouldn’t be in the room for any guest. When enquired about no hot water the AYS person told us that the boiler has just been put on and we can let the tape run for 15 minutes to get the hot water. Later a housekeeping staff comes and hands over extra water bottles justifying that there are 3 adult in the room.
