Kawasan hotel yang sangat bersih dan sekelilingnya bagus, daftar masuk lancar dan kakitangan sangat ramah dan mereka memberikan snek percuma yang baik sangat baik, berbuka puasa juga cukup baik, semuanya adalah penginapan yang sangat baik

We usually stay here when stopping over in Kolkata as it's conveniently located. You can catch an Uber to the airport for around 150 rupees. It's located next to a supermarket and just down the road is a nice shopping center. The staff were very attentive and helpful even though it was a busy time.

We booked a night here at the Holiday Inn Kolkata hotel. I have stayed in Holiday Inn chennai as well. However, the standards of cleanliness and amenities and the room, the bathroom fittings and floor were low and some areas felt unsanitized as well. The floor in the room also lacked cleanliness. They also had a torn bedsheet on our bed which I asked them to remove and they very quickly and diligently changed it. However, I was disappointed since the finishing checks if the room is in good condition for the next guest needs improvement. The walls lacked lustre. And we paid approximately 62 EUR. Maybe they need to check the standards of other Holiday Inns like in Chennai. Food that we ordered was nice. 10/10 on that. But somehow the brand that Holiday Inn is and that we experienced in Kolkata was a huge mismatch. I hope they look into all this.

I just caming first time in holiday inn Kolkata. But, my breakfast experience was very good and food quality also good. Because Food temperature was very good. Mafijul Islam is very good server. His behavior was just amazing & taking way as well. If I get this kind of service then definitely second time will come.

Hote isl located near the airport,it only 15 minutes to there Hotel is good ,it has good food ,good service ,good room.the room is big space and clean,make me comfortable to stay here

Value for money and very easy to reach from the airport.

I stayed here with my family and took the connecting rooms, very nice and comfortable stay, the breakfast is amazing and in-room service was excellent, staff is courteous and well mannered. I will stay again ,

Room interior is very poor , headboard coming out. Feels like bed linen might have bed bugs. Avoid till it gets renovated.

Very pathetic experience. We booked a room for one night on 16th January, 2023. No dustbin in room No tap in bathroom No rain shower in bathroom Only one hand shower in bathroom that too broken No hair dryer in bathroom ( they charge very huge but don't provide any amenities) And last but the worst thing happened when I was about to checkout at 5 am morning on 17th, after going to toilet the flush stopped working. And there is no bucket too in the bathroom. So no chance of flush. Called multiple times to housekeeping. They said someone will come but no one came. Atlast we checked out complaining at the reception.
