Room doesn’t look like pictures Hot water not working at all Charging £3 for luggage storage I don’t think the room is clean because there’s a lot of dust on surfaces and the bathroom smelled I was on holiday for a month travelling in 6 countries This is the worst hotel

Well located, easy check in, quiet room, comfortable. Not the biggest room but fine for the central area and building style

No one on reception on arrival and had to kook for them.We asked for extra pillow and tea bags.. Never came. The room was noisy and suffered from kitchen smells in the morning. Bed mattresses are not very good

Warning⛔️⛔️⛔️bed bugs⛔️⛔️⛔️ Unfortunately i found live bed bug. I saw that reviews after i found bed bugs this hotel. I never seen the bed bug in my life. I put my clothes to bin.

The room isn't big, not the newest too, but the location is really great tho. The biggest nuisance was the noise coming from the outside. The receptionist was really nice and welcoming. Overall, an okay place for just spending the nights.

No lift for UG floor. Bad hygiene and smelly room. Flies were in my room… no air conditioning also. The actual environment is totally different from the trip.com. No table nor chair for the UG room. Old facility and you will hear very loud noise when your neighbour closing the door at midnight. Very poor experience…

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. We booked this hotel for 4 nights (3 people - myself, my mum and my sister). I arrived from Australia (over 24hrs of travelling) to the hotel around 3pm. After checking into the room I tried to use the shower & found that the hot water didn't work. I went down to the reception to tell them about the issue. They said they'd send someone up to fix it. Over 30-40mins later, someone arrived to the room to look at the shower. After 30mins of attempting to fix the issue, the plumber told us that he wouldn't be able to fix the issue. I then went down to the reception to tell them about this & she gave us a temporary room to shower in & said we'd have a new room tomorrow. The next morning rolled around and we went down to reception to get a new room (no one was at reception until 9). We were told then that there was no room for us and we'd have to wait until a free room opened up for us to shower in. At this point, we realised we'd miss our booked tour (£90 down the drain). Again we were promised we'd have a new room for day 3. In the rush of that day, we left toiletries in the room that were promptly thrown out. Final full day in the hotel and we were eventually given a room with a working shower after 9am. We lost so much time every morning waiting to receive news, the staff lied to us on multiple occasions, they offered us absolutely nothing for our troubles, no financial compensation, nothing for the toiletries they dumped, not even a breakfast as a sign of an apology. By far the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel in my many years of travelling that ruined and wasted so much time of our trip. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

This old villa hotel is charming and traditional, with an elevator and a wide variety of breakfast options. It's located in the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere.

Room was small and bathroom even smaller, shower kept flooding and had a smell that would not go away. Our room window was next to a shisha lounge business which played loud music all night till 5am every night and the window made banging noises with every gush of wind. Beds were uncomfortable and the TV aerial broke the first night. Staff were very blunt and rude and did not bother to smile or make you feel welcome. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I would not recommend it for business travels. It has a bar below that is very loud.

The Hotel was cozy and clean and the receptionist was friendly and helpful, but we were in a basement room that was right next to a shisha lounge with very loud music until 5am so we could not sleep. It was so close we could hear people’s chatter as well as music. We also could not rest because the banging of footsteps was exaggerates on the wooden floors the hotel has. We were only here for one night to sleep before travel but we did not get any rest because of this.

There are no AC units the rooms are extremely hit in the summer, we were not able to support he heat more than a couple of hours, we had to change our travel plans due to this condition. Only a small fan was offered.

Decent for a night or maybe a couple of nights. The bathroom was very small and the area was a tiny bit grim. 

Nobody on reception to check in at 6pm. Had to wait ages. Room very dated and not even a chair to sit on. Tiles cracked or mouldy in the shower room. Room and corridor incredibly noisy all night. Just no sound proofing because of the laminate flooring everywhere. TV not working at all. Power sockets in no proximity of the bed. Was glad to check out.
